This store deliberately left out glasses when I had paid for them The store on Ghettsburg does that too.

I went to the store at 7:43pm and the doors are locked. The employees are inside looking at me and laughing that I am outside asking why are the doors locked. The store closes at 8pm. They did not come to the window to address why the store is closed before the actual posted closing hours. Very immature employees and manager, who condoned this behavior. This is also very unprofessional of the retail store, to allow the doors to be locked prior to posted closing hours.

Young cashiers are disrespectful with playing on the intercom, cussing around customers and the manager was standing right there and they talked him into closing the store at 6:30pm. This happens often there.

Just like an other dollar tree, however is fairly clean and organized. Staff is welcoming and friendly as well as willing to assist you if youre looking for something specific.

Went to this store at 10:25 a.m. and it wasnt open yet. A Brinks truck driver was waiting to get in. He knocked on the door several times and an employee finally let him in. This is getting to be a consistent problem with this store. They do not open on time (10:00 a.m.). I have started going to the Dollar Tree in Englewood.

I am standing in here as I write, you say Good morning to the employees and they don’t speak.As I am in the aisle the employees don’t say excuse me or anything of that nature as they almost ram you with the items they are stocking. Even the process of taking my money still no effort to speak or make eye contact with paying costumer .Not a welcoming environment for someone who spends money frequently, meanwhile employees are not in uniform, and attitudes were not welcoming nor professional. Won’t go back to this location.

If I could leave a zero star I would. EVERY TIME I went here recently they have a sign on the door saying they are closing HOURS before the actual closing time. How inconsiderate of others taking the time and gas to drive alll the way to this store & it’s closed before it’s supposed to be.

Went in at 2 and they where closed when signs said they should Be open it’s not the first time this happens. Absolutely terrible! Dollar tree please do something about this

I love going to the dollar tree...they have some pretty nice things for the low.... Whats funny is sometimes they might be higher than other places but most of the time they are the least expensive....😊😊😊

The selection of items were good but need more help at the checkout counter it was only one clerk 8 or 9 people in that line and it was moving very slow

Salespeople was great but the second week exactly to the date of being out of stock of what my grandson is looking for

A big bunch of stuff all a dollar strange but true

Cashier tried to tell me they dont accept twenty dollar bills for small purchases because that is a big bill. Only had twenties on me and my purchase was 3 bucks. Embarrassed me in front of other customers acting like i couldnt make my purchase even though i had plenty of money. Going next door to Big Lots from now on.
