Very good experience. Great customer service, location is very nice and clean. The owner was outside cleaning the equipment and we met him, very friendly and personable! We will use this location again when we need a U-Haul!

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got what we needed and were assisted in connecting our tailor.

Check your receipts people. They charged me an extra $190.00 because they claim I returned the van to a different location which is NOT TRUE. When customer service called the branches neither branch answered the phone. Was told I would get an answer from corporate in 3 days. If this is not resolved corporate here I come. Had to wait over 20 minutes on the phone to get a live person. Will never go here again.

The van was nice but the 19.99 adds up quick fees gas mileage. I spent 127 for a cargo can from trotwood to Cincinnati . Would never rent from them again . Place is clean people are nice but rates are outrageous!

If I could give them no stars I would. I will never go there again nor refer anyone to them. I left without getting the u-haul. Bad service and wouldnt even honor my AAA discount!!!!
