Great prices on scrubs with both men, women, and unisex styles. I wish the mens selection was bigger and that they also offered scrub jacket options. Maybe mens scrubs with prints like super heros vs only solid colors.

I wish this was a universal uniform store that carried Chefwear. I would be a lifetime customer, as would all of my staff. I was able to outfit myself with pants only... but I like the pants.

These girls are awesome! I came in here to get a pair of pants and left with 3 new sets of scrubs and a really cool syringe pen. I felt very welcome and was helped throughout the entire process. I would like to especially thank ms Alyssa for all of her help. Thanks again! You all are rockstars!

Love this store & their prices, but wish they stocked more printed tops in plus sizes.

I went in there today to get new work clothes. First time in there. Judy helped me and was very friendly. We made small talk while she was ringing me up. I definately will be going back soon.

WORST customer service EVER. Judy Kramer was very nasty and unprofessional with me from the moment I walked into the store up until I left. Store hours are posted online, 10am-9pm. As soon as I walked in, she said she was closing in 5 minutes (at 7pm). I picked a scrub within 2 minutes when she said that I was very inconsiderate for wanting to try on a bottom scrub. I, of course, wanted to try it on if they don’t do refunds. My transaction was completed by 7:02 pm. I usually shop here and never had this type of experience.

I live in Vancouver, but drive the long distance to this store because of the great prices. I especially love the “closeout deals”. This store has been my go-to for years. Although it had been sometime since my last visit, I’d been in a total of 3 times this past week, spending over $300. Last Saturday, the store had about 5 customers and only one employee (Judy was the name on my receipt) allowing customers to try on clothing, even with COVID- 19. I loved what I purchased so much, I came back to the store yesterday, to see if they had more colors in the items I bought. They were completely out, but purchased 3 different tops. One of the tops I didn’t try on, did not fit- so I came back today to exchange. Judy did not allow me to try on the clothing to my surprise. When I asked Judy what changed since my last visit, she yelled, “I already told you why!” Judy’s reasoning was that she was “by herself” and she couldn’t man the dressing room. First of all, Judy allowed me to try on clothing last time when there were the same amount of people and she was also by herself. Secondly, at that point she was NOT by herself. There was another employee working the register.I’ve worked customer service for several years before having a career in the medical field. I get that people can be annoying and situations can get overwhelming.... You should NEVER be rude, disrespectful, or yell at customers especially if they are driving long distances to shop and spend good money in your store.I understand that I myself will not make a direct affect on the profit of this store- But I will never return to this establishment because of how rude Judy was. Take my advice, and spend the extra money somewhere else where you will not be treated this way! In this case, you get what you pay for and saving money is NOT worth it!

Literally just left there, and only purchased scrubs because I need them for work tomorrow. I walked in, no one greeted me, and the older lady with black hair, whom I assume is the manger was berating the young co-worker who was with her today, all while complaining and talking I’ll about another employee. So unprofessional and off-putting. I was the only one in there for a good 30 minutes, and no one said a word to me, except for the young girl who finally could get away from the manager. Finally, another older couple walked in, and then was snapped at from the manager because they walked in the wrong door. Unbelievable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend you go else where to buy your scrubs and shoes. I bought two uniforms and shoes, with just one simple wash the stitching has came undone in two of those items. The sole of my shoe is almost half way hanging off. its highly unexpected considering the amount of money spent and it hasnt even been two weeks. I have been trying for two days to get ahold of the manager, but two employees have explained since the items have been worn they cant take them back. I spent good money at the store for my first time and am very dissatisfied.

Call yesterday to the store they said they carry chef shirts and I drove 30 minutes to the store to find out they do not. Absolutely horrible customer service and a complete waste of my time.

Costumer service was amazing. My sister in law went to buy some scrubs and they as in the store found a pair of pants she had bought a year and a half ago but never picked up. Great costumer service!!!

Super inflexible with their new dressing room policy. 6 items at a time is ridiculous, when you plan on buying 14-16 items. Associate was unhelpful. Only after getting dressed in my own clothes, and ready to walk out, did she ask if I wanted to try on my other items that she held hostage, behind the register.I used to shop here all the time, and they used to be so helpful and kind. Not any more.When someone says theyre in to buy a LOT of scrubs. Maybe consider lifting that dressing room policy. Just a thought.Was it worth losing a sale of 14-16 pieces?

Had a great experience today. I tried on nearly every brand and style they had in the store and the sales associate was very helpful. I felt bad for all the put-backs I had but the associate was accomodating and brought me different sizes and similar styles to the ones i liked. I bought 3 pairs and will be going back!

I bought 3 pair of wonder wink scrub pants and when I washed them. The threads in the butt of all three pair came lose. I went back to the store thinking they could look up my purchase with my debit card. Like most stores do. Nope they couldnt and would not exchange my pants. One of the workers also told me that wonder wink is a good brand and so she is surprised that happen to all of them. As it it was me. Lol well I was surprised they all done it to. Which is why I wanted an exhange. Not my money back, just an exchange. Nope they would not do it because I didnt have my receipt. Other stores can look up the card used. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place.

Gotten scrubs here twice. My employer uses 4 colors of scrubs and when Ive needed to get new ones, both times they didnt have my size in all the colors I need. Theyve offered to let me come back and get some but I cant get there that often. Cant really control the stocking issue, but otherwise really good service and nice quality (love the Dickies scrubs!).

The staff isnt very pleseant and its usually dead inside.

Im so upsrti look at the website it says its open I come to damn Troutdale to the store and they are closed.. I even spoke to a gale earlier in the day she told me yes they close at 9pm I show up at 8:15 they ARE CLOSED THE ENTIRE SHOPPING CENTER closed they need to tell employees to inform folks the actual store hours or update their website or both! So upset I just had a house goes no more scrubd cause of fire and I took off time from with to come hey some new uniforms as I usually work 12 hr shidts either from 8am-830 pm extra 30 minutes for shift report or I work from 9am -930pm..
