The personal that was there were kind and helpful, however the corporate IT department lost some of my purchases and did not store in my previous buys for diamond bond documentation that I purchased from buying past items. I do have my written documents. Covid is to blame (NOT) IT Dropped the ball.

I came here looking for a bracelet or necklace for my wife, the lady that helped me was very nice and informative. They have a very nice selection here, just not the styles my wife prefers.Even though I did not find what I was looking for here, the customer service made me feel happy and good. I will come back next time and reccomend this store to my friends.

Worst shopping experience ever! The store employee that attempted to help me began making snarky little comments towards me, so hurtful that i changed my mind on my purchase and just walked out. I will never return there.

I’ve been using Zales for years but this is the first time I will be going out of my way to avoid a location. This manager is condescending and looks at me with such a judgmental face. I asked them to change my information in their system multiple visits which was frustrating for me.
