These guys are top notch! I emailed Clint for a quote initially and he got back to me within 15 minutes, and within an hour sent a video to me as well. after talking to him on the phone about pricing and financing options i decided that it was time to look at the car. I let Clint know that i was going to be heading over to the dealership to look at it and before i could get there he had it fueled and ready to test drive. i was very impressed with how easy going these gentlemen were. very easy to get along with and did not pressure me to upgrade or buy any accessories that were not already on the car. after the test drive we talked about financing and pricing and had worked out a deal within 15 minutes. i was more than happy with the price that we settled on. Mike helped me get my loan squared away, and two days after signing the loan papers called me to tell me that he found a different loan at a lower interest rate.on a scale of 1-10 i give these guys a big 10 all around!professionalism - 10cleanliness - 10price - 10car delivery (car washed inside and out) - 10 (car was absolutely spotless)all in all i cannot say enough good about these guys, they were easy to get along with, gave me a great deal, and were very well informed. thank you especially to Clint and Mike, you guys are awesome!

I went in to Kiefer Nissan to check out a Rogue Id seen online. When I got there, Robert came out to help me. During the test drive I mentioned how I had actually already fallen in love with a car but it had been sold to someone else before I was ready and in all my searches I just couldnt find another one with everything I wanted. As soon as we got back to the dealership, he ran inside and looked at the inventory at their 9 other stores and found one in Bend. During the loan application process he under promised and over delivered, one of my favorite things! They had my car for me by the next afternoon. I have to admit, purchasing a car Ive only seen pictures of online made me a little nervous but, he reassured me that if I didnt like it for any reason the contract would be void. There was no need for that, thankfully! I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her! I would have to say this was my best car buying experience. Robert was honest with me, educated me about the process a bit and was just enjoyable to be around. Since your spending a good part of a day with them, its nice when theyre nice. I would tell anyone I know to go talk to Robert!

Best car buying experience you could ever have. Aaron was super great to work with. Even the finance guy was awesome to talk with. Outstanding service and I even drove from Portland to Corvallis without even knowing what level or quality of service I was going to get. Made it worth the trip for sure! Other car dealers should take lessons from Kiefer Nissan.

I actually had a really good experience. My sales person was Krista. I really needed a reliable car for me and my family. Ive had my 1973 Mercedes for 11 years and it was starting to go downhill. I was hesitant about trying my luck getting financed for a newer car. Krista kept following up with me and Im really glad she did. I told her what I needed and what I could afford. I just wanted to take the time to write a review in appreciation of the excellent service and help I received at Nissan of Gresham. I was helped by Clint and Lars. I had been to another Nissan dealership and left feeling mislead and disappointed. I easily made and appointment with Clint over the internet. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and positively. From the moment I got there, Clint took the time to introduce me to people in the different areas of the dealership. He also had the exact car I was looking for and went through every detail. He remained positive about the whole process which is something I did not receive at the other dealership. Behind the scenes, Lars worked on the details of my loan and options. Gave us a great deal, worked with us and were friendly throughout our experience. The sales manager and Robert were professional and experienced. It went as smoothly as buying a new car could go though they, like many car dealerships, could take a lesson in how to treat women (especially if theyre the ones who end up buying the car) the same as men in dealings. My fiancée was ignored and interrupted by some of the sales staff, until they realized she had the dough. They gave us a great deal and were very fair, however, and Id recommend trying them out... if youre a guy.

Overall purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership was good. The dealer was willing to negotiate in good faith and when the deal was made they have followed through with all that was promised. The salesperson seemed empowered to make decisions and also did not make things high pressure. I have bought many new vehicles and I would say that this was one of the better experiences I have had at a dealership.

Ive been coming to this Nissan for years and Jason Hersey has been my service writer for the longest. Hes so friendly and knowledgeable on all things vehicles. Have a warranty fix? Hell call and let you know. Have an issue you can do a simple fix on? Hell let you know. He always takes the time out to be friendly and explain everything in detail and doesnt get annoyed when I dont always understand whats going on. What a service writer that cares? Call Jason Hersey he cares.

It was a pleasure dealing with Robert and the rest of the team at Kiefer Nissan. I was not only impressed with what Robert and his team did, but what they did not do. When I buy a car, I do a lot of research to understand what is out there and what possibilities exist for funding and features. The first time I went to the lot was to look at different models and do some comparisons to see what vehicles best matched what I was looking for. Robert walked through the different vehicles telling me what they offered and how they compared to other Nissan models even though I told him I was not buying a car, merely doing research. He still took the time and didnt pressure me to act now or call me 3 times a day asking when I can come in to take a test drive. I appreciated that about Robert. Other dealers were literally calling me 3 times a day and did not respect the fact that I was fact finding. I know my requirements were very difficult to meet but the team at Kiefer Nissan got the job done in first class fashion. If you are in the market for a Nissan, head over there and tell them I sent you.

I went to get my Nissan car serviced for a air bag recall and ended up buying a used car. I am on a tight budget and wanted to stay very close to the same payment I had with my previous car. Ryan Montserrat was so patient and kind and worked along with the staff to get me very close to that payment. I love my Toyota Carolla and would recommend them for any one looking to but a vehicle. I was interested in a BMW they had on the lot - and figured that theyd give me a fair appraisal for my 2008 Nissan 350z.The commute was over 40 minutes - one way - but I really wanted to see the car in question. I arrived and really enjoyed the service I received from Ronny (a sales rep) and Chuck (a finance manager/purchaser). I was frustrated when the BMW was in much worse shape than advertised (physically, scratches, scrapes) - the front bumper was even missing the tow hook cover, leaving a random hole. Chuck (in financing) informed me that Ronny had exaggerated what they could do on the price on the BMW. Despite this, Chuck gave me the impression that theyd love to buy my Z - and give me about 18k for it, easily.I returned the next week with my wife, mother and sister - to sell the car to Nissan of Gresham, and was not met by Chuck, but instead by some other (rather large w/ gray hair) finance manager. He was, without a doubt, the biggest slime ball Ive ever met. He test drove the car, despite being AWFUL at driving stick (grinding gears, thrashing the transmission). He pulls into the parking spot and pulls my Z over the curb and scratches the skirt. This guy then says Oh, its no big deal - nobody will ding you for that -- no remorse whatsoever. I was furious.He then took us inside and low-balled the crap out of my car - telling me it needed new brakes (it didnt - my local dealer showed that it had more than 50% of the pad left) and started his offer at $14,000 and was a total jerk about the whole thing. He insisted that if I bought a car from them, he might be able to do a better price.We left - and every one of us (wife, mother, and sister) were furious with this guys rude and careless behavior. We were all livid that he had wasted ALL of our times, and I was embarrassed for even taking them out there.To put this into perspective - I sold the car a month later to Wilsonville Nissan for nearly $18,000. They took it to their service department and did a detailed and thorough inspection and offered me a great price. I was able to talk them up to a higher price. I encountered no run-around, no sleazy excuses. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes.I spoke to Mike, Nissan of Gresham sales manager, and gave him the complete story. He was receptive and I really felt like hed do something to instigate change. Mike, Chuck, and Ronny earned Nissan of Gresham some kudos - but they have a rotten apple in their finance department.

If i could rate this a 0, believe me, I would. I just bought a car there in March, 2015, and it was the WORST thing I have ever had to deal with. (And am still dealing with) Everyone was, of course, super nice and helpful before we had given them any of our money. However, that all changed the second they got our down payment and signatures and then they just booted us out the door like we dont matter to them at all. The car we purchased broke down two days after we got it and we were stuck 4 hours away on a Sunday needing to get home to our jobs Monday morning. Well of course NO ONE in the Kiefer Nissan of Gresham dealership would help us with ANYTHING. After hours and hours on the phone, spending the night where we were stranded in a hotel room, and spending over 9 hours sitting in a dealership where we even the service staff of the dealership we were stuck in agreed that Kiefer Nissans employees are completely incompetent to deal with the problem, we decided to get a rental car so we wouldnt miss another day of work. So then after about a week of calling Kiefer Nissan and trying to figure out what was going on with the broken down car we just purchased we found out that it had just been sitting at the dealership where we left it because they hadnt done what they finally agreed to doing. (Which was transferring it to Eugene and getting it fixed) Then it took them about 4 more days to get it to Eugene and then another week and a half two weeks to get it fixed. FINALLY we have the car back and they said they would reimburse us for the hotel and the rental car, which we were glad to hear. So they did that by taking that money off of the down payment which for some reason didnt go through because their system messed up. However, when we saw the total for the downpayment and the amount they took off the amount was incorrect and I said something to them about it and they said If you are right and it is that amount then we can get you a reimbursement check for that amount So as soon as I got home I sent him the receipt for the amount that it actually was and now have been waiting three or four weeks for that to get taken care of. I have emailed the person who helped us multiple times with only a few responses from him saying Oh yes Im working on that its a load of crap. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE, EVER. They do not care about you as a customer or even as a person. This was the absolute worst car buying experience and this dealerships employee morals just disgust me.

They conned me into driving 45 minutes to redeem $5000, that I had won via a match 3 contest mailed to my house. When I arrived, I was told even though I had the matching three, I didnt win but they would give me a $5 splat ball. Are you actually seriously inviting people all the way out to your shop for something called a splat ball? I took time out of a day off for this, Im very unhappy about this.

Kiefer turned out to be great. My wife and I were getting close to wanting to buy a CUV anyway and they had this promotion flyer that said we won something. I knew my chances of winning anything was slim to none, but I was like heck I wanted to test drive a Rogue anyway so I went in. I won a splat ball, but got to meet Urban, Dave, Barnaby, and Eugene. They were all great guys and I was able to negotiate a great deal. In the end it was a seemless process of honoring the original deal giving me a fair value for my trade and I came out owning a Rogue. If you in the market for a Nissan, or a car for that matter head in to Kiefer and talk with one of those four guys.

Stopped in to look at a used Honda Crosstour. We have been looking for a nice used Crosstour for a few months. Fernando Ortiz showed us the car, took us for a test drive and was great! Had a sweepstakes thing trick us since after, embarrassingly enough, though we were skeptical enough not to be angry.They were nice enough people, but we dont understand how being tricked into thinking you had a windfall would encourage you to spend money with them. I have purchased the 2013 Murano LE Platinum AWD for a week now and am still so happy with the car by far my best buying experience is at this dealership in Gresham.From the sale person who was so helpful, to the Sale Manager and especially the GM, they are so nice and friendly; I was impressed by his commitment and straightforward approach. I heard an ad for Keifer Nissan on 95.5 about a program they offered. I reached out to see if I qualified and gave them all my information in advance in order to make sure I qualified. They then proceeded to set up an appointment so they could help me. Not so much, once I drove there they then decided I no longer qualified. Waste of my time! Do not recommend a dealership that uses an ad to get you there and then changes the plan.

False advertising. Radio ad $199 payments; all you need is 420 credit score and a job! If they decide they cant make enough money off of you other factors are also determining factors for approval, or come up with a few grand and your golden! Take your business to Hertz, they really care about finding a solution to your issue with out jerking you around!

Received a mailer pull tabs and if you get a 3 same cars in a row you win we read small print and the entire flier, called the number my husband drove an hour and a half away because according to the flier he had won $5000. yah no, totally misleading. You dont win based on the cars in a row, its based on the ticket number on the mailer. NO WHERE on the mailer did it say this. So he drove and hour and a half ONE WAY to find out he won a $25 gift card. Seriously? Talk about misleading and fraudulent. so my husband wasted 4 hours of his day, and half a tank of gas for sorry for the misunderstanding but heres $25

Negotiated for hours on a late model Acura. After settling on a price, I told the salesman I would be back the next day to pick it up. When I came back the salesman suddenly developed amnesia, and said we had not negotiated at all and the price was suddenly 2k higher. I was extremely disappointed. After driving for hours to pick up a vehicle, the last thing you need is a salesman trying to take advantage of you because he know you like the vehicle. Will never do business here again.

Sketchy sales practices are one thing but outright scamming people and then trying to discredit them when they fight back is another. Its very simple. If you have a business and someone is not happy with your product or service you do what is necessary to resolve the situation. You scam an old lady and all she wants is her old car back and the sale cancelled. Is it really too much to ask that you treat people, especially the elderly, fairly? Or do you really want to be uncovered for the lowlifes that you are?

I with no hesitation have recommended Gresham Nissan to all of my Friends and Family members after recently buying a car from here!! Simply put they were beyond awesome from start to finish! I first called and spoke with Chuck about the car that I wanted to trade in and the car I was interested in buying. I also told him that I wanted to work directly with him since I had explained my wants and needs to him already. I arrived there with my husband about an hour later and was greeted right away by Chuck ~> He had already been running numbers and was ready for me and my challenging situation (lots of negative equity in my car) he never once tried to beat around the bush or feed us any BS. Mid way thru we were greeted by Steve - what an honest, upfront guy!! He worked magic and I drove away in my brand new Nissan Altima :) I am more than happy with Nissan of Gresham. NO complaints. More hair gel than Jersey Shore. Pretty small inventory of new cars, not many options available; I came in looking to test drive and compare an Altima with leather with other mid-sized cars, they didnt have any in stock... The sales manager was trying to sell me another car, which he said they could get re-upholstered in leather. Wasnt impressed with the car itself, either; getting options that are standard equipment on many other cars will cost you a premium.The salesman I got handed didnt really seem to know much about the cars, inventory or pricing; he kept going to other salespeople asking for help searching inventory and getting info, most of them were not really interested in helping him or me out, they were busy making cold calls. During the mediocre test drive, the salesman commented youre not much of a car guy, are you?No, you just dont have much of a car to sell.

I came to Kiefer Nissan after hearing a radio commercial about how they can get anyone into a car as long as they make $350 week. I have an older vehicle and had been dreaming a new car for awhile, but with my craptastic credit that dream seemed far out of reach. Anyhow, I go to Kiefer Nissan to see if their ad was legit. Ryan meets me and puts up with me and my million questions. He tells me he has a car in mind and Im thinking Oh great it is going to be some crappy used thing. Long story short Ryan and David got me into a new car and cut my interest rate in half. No heavy sells pressure, both are nice guys. I would recommend Kiefer Nissan to others.

Id sent a fairly nice negative review on Facebook regarding a radio commercial theyve aired in local stations. In a round about way, it promotes the use of recreational/medical marijuana and driving. But they use two characters that simply reminded me of Bevis and Butthead. Went on to suggest it was similar to promoting drinking and driving and was in poor taste.Two days later, the General manager, Greg Berke sent me a message asking me to call and discuss. I politely declined. He asked again, I said that Id said all I needed to say. He then began to pressure me, offering gift cards if I would call him, insinuating I was being frustrating to not call and repeat everything I said. Saying he was just trying to provide good customer service.People do not like high pressure sales, and if this is what he considers good service, I can only imagine the frustration when you go to look at a car and they beg, pressure, and attempt to bribe while they provide you that service

Had one of the worst experiences of my life here. I was assisted by the rudest woman. I was talked down to about my previous car and stuck up their nose at the thought that I could possibly have the money to buy a brand new car. I would never recommend this dealership not even to my worst enemy. 0/5, is that a thing? Yikes watch out for this one

Beware of internet sales. Contacted Keifer regarding a used vehicle. Salesperson used all the typical dealership tricks to get me to travel 1.5 hours to their dealership to test drive the vehicle. Expecting this, I had no issues with it. My issue is with the appointment. I was to be there at 6pm to test drive the vehicle. I arrived and no one had a clue I was coming. After waiting for another salesperson to find the keys, I was finally able to test drive the vehicle. Still, not a big deal... The interior of the vehicle was awful. Food and beverage stains were on the front seats, all the cracks ad crevices had crumbs in them. I was told that the reason for not finding the keys was that it was supposed to have been detailed. This vehicle has been on their lot for sale for over 2 months and it has never been detailed. At this point, Im still not upset. Liking the vehicle, I made an offer based on what multiple sites said the vehicle was worth, and the amount of time the car had sat on the lot. The sales manager said they were already losing money and we couldnt come to an agreement. I was a little upset that salesperson mentioned they might be negotiable if I came in, but no big deal, it was just a simple disagreement on price. It should have ended there. Someone, in all of their infinite wisdom decided contact me repeatedly using text messages and get an attitude. They stated the vehicle was aggressively priced at $4500 under retail. A simple internet search proves this is based on some obscure site that only a dealership would use to prove they are at a good price. The big auto pricing sites were nowhere near the Retail price she mentioned. This is 2017, everyone has the ability to research car prices. Why in this day and age would someone attempt this after they have already failed with the sale? Again, it could have ended with a simple disagreement on what the vehicle was worth...

This Dealership Took advantage of a family members language barrier and inability to review in detail English documents and sold them a vehicle far above market price. A vehicle worth $13,500 KBB, avg. dealer price $17,000 was sold to them for nearly $24,000. Far above value! Car back seats were damaged in areas never shown to my parents, and the lending agency was told this vehicle came with Sun-Roof and Navigation which is ABSOLUTELY DID NOT!Be Cautions with this Dealer! I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!Take Advantage of People and are unwilling to work with un-happy customers! Save yourself and your wallet and stay clear!

I came into Kiefer Nissan on January 17, 2015 due to a sales promotion they were having. I really didnt expect them to be able to help me, however, as I had limited funds for a down payment and questionable credit rating. I had been turned down a few years ago by the previous ownership and not shown the courtesy of being a valid customer. I had been driving my 1998 Altima since about 2002, and it was needing some engine repairs, so I knew I would have to purchase a newer car, but I expected I would have to go to a used car lot and go thru the normal degrading ritual they normally put a person through. I was pleasantly surprised at not only, my sales person, but everyone at Kiefer giving me the VIP treatment..No pressure and they asked only the questions needed and were attentive to me and my friend while they were getting the necessary credit investigation. they put me in a clean 2008 Nissan Sentra in a short period of time and for a nominal interest rate and payments to fit my budget. I have NEVER had such a nice experience in an auto agency!! All the staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. They even replaced a brake part that was on recall on my model by calling me the next day. I DEFINITELY will tell anyone how happy I am, and my friend feels the same way. Kiefer made my purchase a wonderful experience!!!

I went to this place like 3 different times, talked to him about 12 times over the phone and always answered all my questions and never felt as if he didnt care about me or the sale anymore. Im in sales as well and his friendly, positive consistency the whole time made me go back and buy the right car from him. I recommend this place. Ask for NIck!

I am very displeased with this establishment and Nissan as a company. I have brakes that squeak very loudly when I even tap on the brakes to stop. So I took my car in to get fixed since its under warranty and the technician says theres no problem. Thanks for the bad service.

My 80 y/o mother-in-law went in to redeem a scratch ticket and was coerced into buying a 2016 Versa. Shes a timid lady that can hardly walk, lives of Social Security and a part-time job and traded in the only asset she had...a 98 Plymouth Breeze. A death trap is what they called it and still have her $1,000 in trade! When we went back the next day to try and get her out of it the GM said she signed for it and there is nothing he could leagally do. When we called Ally, the bank the loan was sold to, they said there was no account set up yet and that the GM could break the contract if he was willing. That was also confirmed by Nissan corporate. These people are crooks and scum! They will do absolutely anything to sell a car. Stay away and tell your friends not to to buy a car from this place!!

I would post 0 stars if possible. Got a mailer from this dealership asking me to drive over an hour away to claim a supposed $5000 prize. I had to do some serious research online and skim every last word of the mailer to learn that this was a flat out lie. Theyll state that it was all in good fun when I post this negative review, but I can tell you if I actually fell for this I would be out 2+ hours of my life and a tank of gas which certainly wouldnt be covered by some ridiculous consolation prize. Anyone who thinks they can pull such an asinine bait and switch scheme in this internet infused time is flat out dishonest, both with the people they mail it to, and themselves. Grow up Kiefer Nissan, sell a car by showing the quality of its construction not trying to trick your potential customers. I was never a fan of Nissans in general, but now Im never buying one, especially from this company. I spread the word to my local community bulletin boards, to people who amazingly are also $5000 winners, and needless to say they arent happy and arent going to your sales event.

Met up with Robert (Josh) on a Friday evening..after researching Xterra for months..Kiefer was the only dealership with an white S model..Some chit Chat and tire kicking..I explained to Robert, tha tI had done my research, what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade..Saturday I show up to drive and buy..the rig had been sold to another dealership..lol..While I wasnt particularly upset, (I hadnt put a deposit on the rig) I was buying that day and Robert knew it..he makes some calls, finds the Xterra didnt sell at the other dealership, has it brought back asap..A minimum of haggling and the deal is done..Robert listened, didnt try any car salesman BS..and was genuine in wanting to get us in the rig we wanted, at a price comfortable for both parties. Im sure he would tell you we are different buyers as I could care less what the payment is, I bought on out the door price, so contrary to most buyers we drove the negotiation a bit more than usual. Robert handled this with aplomb.If shopping Nissan, Id recommend him without reservation.

I Was silly enough to go check out the prize I had won from their current promotion ($5000) It turns out that I didnt win cash, but a splat ball. I was a bit upset and left. As I was leaving, a staff member took the splat ball away from me as he said can I have my prize back? Basically, they want your info to run a credit check. I wouldnt have been as hurt if they had not taken away the prize I did win. Ridiculous.

After noticing an ad for a vehicle we were interested in purchasing, I contacted them by phone to see if they were flexible on their asking price (they were above KBB). The salesman, Ty told me to come in and theyll absolutely work with us. After driving out of their lot on a test drive, it sounded like the shock/struts were going to fall off the car at any moment! There was such a harsh metal-on-metal sound, my wife didnt feel comfortable driving it anymore and asked we go back to the dealership. Afterward, the sales manager, Richard attempted a hard sale for the car. I told him what was wrong with it and he produced documents to show it had been fixed. Clearly it had not, so Im not sure where these documents came from. I also pointed out that since their was condensation in an otherwise factory sealed headlamp assembly, it was indicative of a crack. Logically, the car must have been in an accident which would explain the undercarriage sound and cracked headlamp. I was then provided a clean Carfax (which doesnt mean anything). Richard told me that I should fix it myself if I wanted to buy the car. As I began to walk out with my family, Richard asked what it would take to sell me the car. I gave him a fair market offer based on KBB with the stipulation that they fix the car. Richard took my offer to the finance manager who turned out to be Tys dad. He agreed and we spent 4 hours filling out paperwork. When it was time to meet Tys dad in his office to sign the final documents, we noticed that all the documents specified the car was RWD when it was advertised as AWD (the car itself is not manufactured with an indication of this). We pointed out this error and showed him their website that lists the car as an AWD. Tys dad seemed shocked and told me someone dropped the ball. Based on this revelation, the cars value is $1000s less then what we were negotiating for, so we backed out of the deal.UPDATE: Its been nearly a month since this incident and Keifer Nissan in Gresham is STILL listing the car as AWD!

We wanted to trade in our car for another newer car. during negotiateation we agreed the price of what we wanted in a loan to not surpass 22k and during the financing portion. the person did not show any numbers of the loan just told sign here, here here and said ok your all set. we didnt know what we got untill later that night after looking over the papers. The total exceeded $33K!!! are you out of your mind! we found hidden service contracts and fees that we did not agree on. We immediately that same evening went back and spoke to this person and said you were only going to put 22K??? where is the 22K? we found a total of 27k PLUS the fees And service contracts we didnt want. Come on this is ridiculous! I have been buying and trading in cars at several dealerships but never have i had such a terrible experience at a nissan dealership. I had such high expectation after shopping at others. Ive been a customer of Nissan of portland and nissan of beaverton and each time i had an amazing experience but this experience at keifer I will never forget as one of the worst! Kiefer Just lost a whole family of nissan buyers and I will not only not recommend anyone to this establishment but ensure they seek better business elsewhere! Kiefer Nissan will be hearing from our attorney.

I made my first car purchase at Nissan of Gresham, here is why:I had my heart set on one particular car they had. When they let me test drive the car, James guided me on a variation of scenarios (highway, tight turns, outskirts of town and in town) to ensure it was to my liking and even checked certain features of the car while I was driving to guarantee they worked. James Cloyd, who sold me the car, was very upfront about what he knew and didnt know about the vehicle. Negotiations on the price were quick and I felt I got a very good price on the vehicle. Steve, the sales manager, helped me understand extended warranties that I was looking at buying from my credit union and I felt they really cared that I got the most out of their services.I had been shopping for a car for about a year and test drove cars at dealerships all over, but I always felt something was missing in what the salesperson was saying or they tried to distract me while I drove it. This never happened at Nissan of Gresham and I cannot say enough good things about the sales team and even the finance dept, who refunded my DMV fees and sent me the title within a week so I could get the OR 150 Pacific Wonderland plates, after all the paperwork was already processed.People who I dealt with and what they did for me:James Cloyd: sold me the carClint: replied to me email inquiries prior to coming to the dealershipSteve Puryear: manager whom I negotiated the sale price withTish: finance person who worked with me to get the title and DMV fees refundedFor sure a 3 star rating.
