Pretty good variety. Found what a wanted.Skechers Max cushion and Arch fit. Ive have put them through the ringer already and.....They are amazing.They are soooo light and soooo much cushion and support. I bought two pair and I love them both. Wow!

Arrived to the store just before closing. Website hours are wrong. They close at 8 pm not 9 pm. It was 6 minutes to closing and the store manager Anna let us come in get the shoes we needed. We bought 3 pairs of shoes for the great price of 275.00. Thank Famous Footwear for the awesome service. Yes we will be coming back to your store again!!

As soon as we walked into the store we were stared at and not even greeted. A young blond girl instantly demanded and yelled I pull my mask over my nose. I understand the mask rule but it would have been nice for a polite and professional response to ask please put it over your nose and not a demand. You do not demand your customers who are keeping you in buisness. Very rude and disappointing customer service and will not be returning. There are a few shoe places near this location and have by far better customer service and I would recommend them.

The Lady Attendant/Cashier was very knowledgable and enjoyed her fun personality. Only had nails painted on 1 hand. A good laugh. Great buy on socks.

Its still pretty spendy even though its an outlet store. The Bogo deal helps but I spent over 150 bucks for 3 pairs of school shoes for my kids. Yikes, it was a bit pricier than I expected. The selection for preschool shoes was small, but my oldest child loved the selection of Nike and Adidas.

The moment I walked in I was a rather large woman approached me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said I was just browsing right now and she said alright and told me to leave my reusable bag at the counter. So I did and continued looking . Not even a couple mins later she asked the same question and I politely responded with the same answer. Then she noted, in a condescending tone, the holes in my shoes and said it mustve been a minute since I got new shoes. I politely laughed and decided it was time to leave.Bad vibes. Youd just have to be there.Honey, you work at an off brand shoe store. You might want to tone down the attitude, I know you think because you work next to a Starbucks and rue 21 that you have some sort of class authority, but I assure you, you dont.Who knows maybe shes just socially inept and doesnt realize how shes coming across when she talks that way. But either way she works with the public she needs to figure it out. Or maybe im in the wrong BUT aside from the funky treatment, the selection of shoes there are very flimsy and and overpriced.So its no wonder it looks like its going out of business.

I was rejected entrance because my 2 year old can’t keep a mask on her face, I tried explaining this to the lady and she was extremely rude. I tried calling to speak to the manager, and the awful lady who was working the door answered, absolutely refused to give me her name, or transfer me to a manager. She was a large middle aged lady with brown hair. I will never waste 45 minutes driving to this store again.

Its a typical famous footwear. Prices are a bit cheaper than a standard shoe place. The people working here were very nice and helpful. Its close to home so I will go back in a few months when I needed some new shoes again.

Service was just right. Not too pushy but still helpful. Selection was very good. Prices are okay.

A special mention for Tim the assistant manager. Saved me so much time and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Very friendly, well mannered, professional and a credit to the store.

Assistant Manager has like a PhD when it comes to his knowledge of footwear and helping you find the right shoe. Absolutely blew me away! You dont see the expertise like this at places anymore.
