This the 2nd time I have used Action Auto and have been very impressed with the customer service and quality of work. Awhile back, I brought a replacement front bumper to Action Collision to be painted to match my car. I was beyond happy with the excellent quality of the paint work and the color matched the rest of the car perfectly. Till this day, the paint still looks amazing. Recently, I brought in another replacement bumper to be painted, this time the rear bumper. And sure enough, once again I was blown away by the excellent quality paint job as well as the attention to detail. The bumper looks brand new like it just came out of the factory. Best collision and auto service around. Have had 2 cars repaired there and their work is awesome. They even detailed the inside of the car when it was done!! They call you every 2 days with updates on your car and when you will get it back.

I had a bad accident when a car pulled in front of me and no time to react. Action saved my baby with frame repair and a lot of body work. Radiator, intercooler, trans fluid cooler all replaced. I got my F-250 restored like new!

About two weeks ago I was out for bit and somehow my truck was scratched along the passenger side in multiple places. I called up Action Collison and they got me in right away to look over the damage. It was disappointing to see the actual cost come in at 27% above the estimate (especially with the great majority of that being labor increases). The reception area was very nice and the people were friendly. The quality of work was good.

To your reply: You did repair a vehicle of mine in the past and there was a few flaws that I wasnt happy with. After trying to repair them, they werent fixed. The vehicle at the time was a lease, so I said forget it, Im done wasting my time.The quote did seem high and to me a lot of extra stuff to be done that didnt seem necessary.I did receive a quote cheaper that is closer to my work, so I decided to go with them.

I implore you to get an estimated date of completion from this shop up front if youre paying for your rental. I dropped my car off for some body work last Monday (1/30). I did not get an estimated time of completion up front which I thought was strange, but they said theyd have an update in a few days. This was important for me as I was paying for my rental out of pocket (250/wk). I called the shop Thursday and they still didnt have an update, but they assured me that Id have something Friday. I called Friday and still they didnt have an estimated date of completion but they said they would on Monday. I called Monday and nothing. I called Tuesday and still nothing. At that point, I just decided to pick up my car and take it somewhere else because thats unacceptable. The estimator from the insurance company said he wasnt contacted until 1/2 on Thursday.

Easy to schedule appointment and they took care of all paperwork with my insurance. Will be using them again

I took my car here I few months back it was recommended by my insurance company. Allstate (My insurance company) set up the time to take it in. Action collision set up the time for the rental car company to pick me up to get my rental. From the moment I dropped my car off they let me know what the estimate was and also let me know that could change depending on the additional damages once they took the door apart. They kept contact with me every few days additional funds were needed to fix my car but I never heard a thing about it they delt directly with the insurance company! This was the most stress free experience I have ever had. Once my car was ready they called me and let me know. I told them I would com the following day. But I changed my mind and let them know I would pick it up. I got my car it looked and sounded (by the slam of the door ) brand new again. They were so apologetic because they didnt wash it because I told them I was coming the next day. Which I didnt mind in my eyes the car looked Great! They were super personal, nice, friendly and welcoming. This would be the only place I take my vehicle for repairs for collision damage ! Very clean and inviting environment! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS ROCK!

These guys are artists.I just got my car back, and it looks as good as the day I bought it, 8 years ago. Often I notice where there is some little miss match, where the color is a little different, a transition problem, orange peel, dust in the paint. With Action - no problems at all. The car looks factory fresh. It couldnt be better. I cant find any evidence of the repair, other than the paint looks perfect.They have great service too. They explained everything to me, walked me around the car before and after, told me how long it would take, and regularly kept me up to date on the status of the car. Quality work, and quality service.And for long term durability - Ive use Action for 25 years, so I know from experience that their work stands the test of time.

Action collision did a great job on my 2020 equinox, I was rear ended and hit hard, it took them 4 weeks to complete everything.

What a shop. Matt was great and gave me sound advice as to what could be offsetting my suspension. Also, Matt managed to remove my wheel locks since I misplaced the key. Cost $5/lock to remove which is super reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

Awesome place! Paint matched the stuff that needed to be replaced perfectly, and didn’t take long to get it done. Also have to say whoever they have detailing the cars is great too! When I saw they had washed my car I was a little scared of any swirls/scratches, but after checking it out I see absolutely nothin and my car came out great! Would not go to any other collision shop other than this one!

I delt with Nick and he was great. Repairs we good customers service was excellent. They texted me every time my car moved to a different stage of repair which I found nice. Along with washing and waxing my car they detailed the in side also and it really needed it. When I need a collision shop again Ill be back.

Like other reviewers, I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a body shop. At first, it was a very overwhelming experience because there are just so many body shops in the area. Allstate helped me narrow down the list, and once I browsed through their Good Hands Network shops, Action Collision stood out from the rest. I also learned that they are an FCA certified shop, so that made me feel even more confident that I was truly in good hands.As soon as I selected Action Collision, the stress level from this whole experience went way down as the folks at Action made this a very easy process. Great service. I got my Cruze repaired here when I was in an accident. They were very open and communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what repairs were being done, and they kept my insurance in the loop as well. Extremely timely. Enterprise also picks you up from here if you need a rental car.

I had a great experience with Action Collision and I highly recommend their painting services! Mike treated me greatly and maintained communication each day my car was in the shop. Action painted the front fascia on my Camaro and they were able to match my premium Mosaic Black Metallic paint perfectly.

Their paint job is very good. After 6 years of my negligent care, the paint is still strong as original factory finish and there is not a sign of color or sheen difference with unrepaired area.No paint dust inside the car after the repair and the fit and finish of the panel is excellent. I have used it for six years and am always happy with it.[Updated for detailing work] Have may car exterior detailed after owning it for 4 years. The polishing and sealing worked thoroughly without swirl mark. I am satisfied with the result.

Had a scratch on my car that I thought went through the clear coat. Went in, without an appointment, and the advisor quickly determined they would be able to polish it out. The total time I was there was 20 minutes, and the scratch was completely gone.

My mazda cx5 was in a horrible accident on December 5th. I had it towed to Action Collision and they immediately had my car ready to be repaired. Mike was amazing to work with along with all other personnel there. Not only did they fix my car it looks and rides like the day I drove it off the lot. My neighbors friend hit my car one night backing out of his driveway and did some damage to my car. Big dent on the rear wheel well (anyone who knows cars knows thats a big $$$ fix especially on a large welded quarter panel of the car) and hit the wheel and dinged that up as well Not cool. What was cool was how professionally Action handled my case, they kept me posted every few days on the progress of the repairs, and they did a fantastic job. I hope i never have another reason to visit them haha but im glad I did :)
