Went in with a receipt and the part that failed which has a lifetime warranty, David didn’t want to help, because apparently submitting a warranty and ordering the part to the store is very Difficult. He tried to pull the i don’t understand what this recipt is until I Told him to call the store that I bought from. I only went because I saw good reviews. It is dissappointing to have rude people like that as the front of a big company. I will NEVER go to this store again

They sell bulbs without trying to sell you more. I was happy to purchase a tail light bulb recently without the cashier trying to upsell me for stuff I didnt want. While they may not install the bulb for you, be happy they didnt try to sell you products without your consent.

Reminds me of the old neighborhood hardware store. They have good advice for helping you on your auto project. 5 stars.

My check engine light came on so I went there to check it, it was mostly cloudy outside and the cicy guy inside the store said its raining and he cant come outside the store to have my check engine light checked !Oh really ? It was only mostly cloudy and they cant check your engine in mostly cloudy weather? went to autozone and got it done like it should be
