On Sept. 24th 2021; my 2015 Lincoln MKT Fixed Panel Sunroof Glass Shattered. Called Allstates Auto Glass Claim Express (Safelite) for glass claims. Received a Reference number and called Sunroof express. Mitch asked questions one was if the sunroof opened, I explained that it did not open and was stationary. Mitch said he would have the glass sent over night to AutoOne Glass and they would install. Mitch said AutoOne should have it by Tues. or Wed. of the following week.Called AutoOne on Wed. Sept. 29th and asked if the glass for my MKT had arrived. They informed me that they have NO record, email or phone call about replacing a Glass Panel for a MKT. I called Sunroof Express and was told they weren’t sure why a confirmation Email had not been sent out but, they looked into the glass panel and said they showed it being shipped out ground. They would change it to overnight.On Thurs. Sept. 29th. Received a call from AutoOne that the glass was delivered. I had taken off ½ a day from work to get the Roof Glass replaced. Received a call two hours after car was dropped off and informed that the wrong glass roof panel. The glass was for roof that opened and would NOT fit my vehicle. AutoOne stated a New Glass Panel is not currently but, they did find a used one. I was informed that using a used glass panel would require Allstate Approval I went back and retrieved my vehicle. Called express glass and Allstate to resolve the issue. I was informed by AutoOne. I should hear something back on Fri. which came and went.Sat. Oct. 2nd. I called AutoOne and was informed that the Glass panel still waiting on approval.Mon. Oct. 4th through Fri. Oct. 8th. Called my Allstate agent multiple times since I still hadn’t gotten my glass replaced. I was told on Mon. there was usually a 72 Hour approval process and AutoOne was still waiting on approval so they could even order the glass panel.Oct. 11: 17 Days after claim was filed, I’m still without a vehicle, still NO glass panel or a scheduled date to install????It seems AllState Insurance, Corporate has for whatever reason turned all their Glass claims over to Safelite. It seems Safelite contracts it out to Sunroof Express (Who has many complaints and bad reviews). SunRoof Express sent it to AutoOne. This makes one wonder was contracting out the Glass Claims to Safelite done for the good of the customer or for the good of Allstates pocketbook? Shouldn’t SunRoof Express REMOVE the word Express from their Companies name since they are NOT express. What the heck is going on. I realize there is a pandemic however the lack of communication, misinformation, wrong part orders and the approval chain is just terrible.

STAY ON HOLD WITH NO ANSWERS FOR HOURS. TWO DAYS NOW AND NO FOLLOW UP ON APPROVAL FOR MY GLASS REPLACEMENT. WILL DEF RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORST GLASS COMPANY IVE EVER WORKED WITH AND IVE BEEN WORKING IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY FOR NEARLY 10 YEARS NOW

The eta changes later and later in the month if they even have one when u contact them. The website does not keep u updated on whats going on. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If this is the kind of junk u have to deal with dealing with statefarm I think Ill change my insurance company. Almost 2 months that Ive been waiting for a panoramic roof glass to come in and im still waiting to get my car fixed. Im highly mad! I wouldnt recommend these people to anyone. On top of that the person at this company that I spoke with in the beginning said they would not take my deductible out until they spoke with me 1st. Then the next day they took it out. If they was as in hurry getting my part to the shop as they are taking my deductible out I might be happy with this company. But their not the ones going through the issue of water getting into ur car causing more damage. I do NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!

I have been trying to reach this company for the last several days .... i have mapfre insurance who contracts with safelite who said they can fix sunroofs and they contract with sunroof express. I have been going through hoops with them for the past 5 days - mapfre sends me to safelite, safelite to sunroof express who never calls back/ picks up or responds. Horrible Experience !!!!!

Im the ninth 1 star. I had an unnecessarily horrible experience. Sunroof is agent for Mapfre auto insurance: 6 phone calls, 2 voicemails, 1 long char, 5 emails and 26 hours later approved. I spent 3 hours on phone. Hire some help, get friendly ones, stop telling the customer your mistakes as excuses: I was promised quote OK 24 hours ago, then told no quote, quote was spammed, and glass repair shop unhappy with plans to pay. Took Manager Jamal to work this out in 2 minutes: clone Jamal please and hire some people!!!!!!! Your phone and voice mail callbacks are fictional.

I called for the replacement of my sunroof and their sales team was great. They had my glass in stock and we’re able to get my sunroof replaced the next day (Dealer would have taken 2-3 days and cost almost double). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a sunroof issue.

They go above and beyond to get us the parts we need in a timely manner. This goes a long way in helping us meet our customers needs. Customer service is top priority for them and us.

I discovered my sunroof glass broken and I filed a claim through my insurance providers (USAA) glass team. They referred me to Sunroof express. They told me that was impossible because my car was a convertible (it isnt) and that i needed my back glass repaired. I told them multiple times no you have the wrong info. The next day they called me to let me know that my convertible (again not a convertible, its a hard top) isnt able to be fixed. Thankfully i worked with USAA to get this straightened out. However, Sunroof express told me that I would have to pay my full deductible ($500). I didnt think anything of it.I took my car to the shop where they sent the glass. Out of curiosity i asked the shop what the cost would have been to repair it in house. They told me I got worked over, their cost would have been $250 total.Upon hearing this I spoke with my insurance provider who called sunroof express. Sunroof express told them that their total cost was $600+. My question here is why would a local auto shop provide me a better deal than the referral from my insurance provider? My guess is that theyre taking advantage of customers deductibles. I will be looking for a new auto insurance provider and let everyone know how badly I was gouged by this business. Avoid at all costs, before contacting your insurance check the cost of repair with a local shop.

I am getting my sunroof fix through sunroof express and so far I am very disappointed with the way you company do Business. I reported the claim to my insurance on Thursday July 5, Sunroof Express ordered my Sunroof on Friday July 6, Sunroof arrived Tuesday July 10 at 2pm and I never received a call to let me know when to bring my car for repairs. I called the company on Wed July 12 two times to get an appointment and I received an appointment until the following week on Tuesday July 17. To me it doesn’t make sense if they already know when the part is coming why not make an appointment then. Now I have to wait another week without a car thanks to the poor communication and the way they do business.

Had the worst experience of all the claims i had till now. First Sunroof wasnt shipped at right time,Sunroof Express said they shipped the sunroof on Tuesday, dint received till friday and had to call them and remind them and so they sent Sunroof again and arrived on Monday, wasted almost a week. The shop which i was redirected was the place why i gave poor reviews and never want to use your service. I went as per appointment timing Shop was still closed called them multiple times and no response, Called Sunroof express still dint received proper response, went back to office and received a call after 30 minutes that they are available now. Went to body shop technician checked that there was no glass behind sunroof, once he cleaned glass and applied new sunroof he says that there is glass behind and to get this fixwd it will take 3 days and there are chances of windhield breakage. Once I reached home i noticed a lot of scratches on front windshield and also contacted Sunroof expreess and notified them of further process. Fast forward 10 days there was no reply from SUnroof express for claim from Geico. Called Geico they were not aware of anything. Had a confrence call with Geico and sunroof express and tried to expedite fixes, and they said me that Shop dint scratched my front windshield. TO fix it i need to find one more claim and spend $500 deductable to fix an issue for which GEICO & SUnroof Express are responsible directly and indirectly. So i requested for new body Shop. New Body shop guy just fixed in 3hours instead of 3 days. Due to this experience i am cancelling my Geico insurance once it completes and in future any issue with My glass i am contacting safelite and requesting it not to get it fixed by Sunroof express.

Worst costomer service EVER.!! so my wifes 25th anniversary Trans Am, valued at $17,275 T-top was broken, Liberty Mutual subcontracted SafeLink who subcontracted Sunroof Express. Liberty Mutual approved the work on Wednesday the 18th, Here now the 23rd, still NO T-Top!!!After spending and hour on the phone Friday the 20th, I find out I have to wait till 2pm cause sunroof express is in a company meeting in the middle of the day on a Friday!! SMH. Instead of a Monday morning.Was promised that shed get her T-Top by Monday morning. Monday at 10am I called the shop no ttop called SafeLink was told Tuesday morning.Then at 12 I called liberty mutual was told the first T-Top got broken, so they ordered another,. Then I called back to have liberty mutual stop doing business with these idiots, .was told Id receive my t-top by Wednesday or Thursday.. really,. Theres 1 a mile away. This terrible company is costing thousands in interior damages cause they cant get a t-top. Worst company ever!!!

Horrible experience, if I could give negative stars I would. They sent over a guy to fix my sunroof he did not do it properly so i set up another appointment which he still left glass in my sunroof. My sliding screen was also off track and never fixed. My sunroof is still sticking and does not slide up and back properly. He left black Marks all over my grey headliner even the new part he replaced! He also said inappropriate sexual comments to me, why you are fixing my sunroof. Im so frustrated because everytime I call sunroof Express to still try and resolve the matter they never call me back and act like they dont know what is going on. Over all my experience was horrible. I will be contacting management and my insurance company.

Agreed with every negative review of how this company operates and their customer service. They never called to inform me that my sunroof replacement had arrived at the shop they contracted out to do the work, and by the time I contacted the shop/sun roof express, the shop was closed for over a week due to holidays. The work was never completed because my sun shade, which sat for nearly 3 weeks with glass in it, was never properly repaired. If you can avoid using Sunroof Express with your insurance company, do it.
