Use to come every morning for several years. Lately, after change in management you are never sure they are even going to be open. Currently closed for last few days. Temporary employees are trying but I feel the place doesnt have a future unless things change quickly. Coffee is terrible since they changed back to the old recipe.

Ive visited twice in the past week and both visits were very efficient and everyone was friendly. Bagel sandwiches and the twice baked potatoes are delicious! Definitely part of my regular rotation now.

The Front Staff. Needs to wise up and pay attention to who is next in line to be waited on and not act so dumb about it when they do pack you order they need to separate some bagels from each other some sweet, some salty Bagels were descent driving from Sterling Heights to the Troy Store next time I will try another Store

The store appeared clean and well maintained. The person who served me could have been a little bit friendlier but wasnt rude or anything just didnt seem interested.

Tasteless bagel... Im used with Einstein Bros of Crooks and Big Beaver, they prepare them very well. This time here was horrible and with missing ingredients... Bacon just a strip of it (photo attached).. the bagel was cold, just put half of ingredients over it and thats it...

Good bagels. Hate to see it not open during business hours.

2X per month visit, as Im pretty fond of the lox & cream cheese bagel toasted. I was earlier today, so there were a multitude of bagels to choose to take home. 1/2 dozen with a chai tea to go.Its going to be a good day.

Food here is good but you may have a long wait. Maybe short on staff but it can take a while if they are busy.

Very rude employees, they don’t even say thank you or welcome or respond to your how are you, common guys we are humans. Employees are frustrated between themselves. I bought bagels from there many times, always miss somethingDear owner, please create a friendly environment 😡😡

Great customer service and great food

Love this place! I’ve gone to other Einstein’s by my work and they never could compare to this one! The manager is super sweet and knows most customers which is great customer service! Always nice and helpful here and never messes up orders! Plus, the food is always fresh and tastes great ☺️

Einstein has the best Bagels. The staff is always great! But, today when I got there (around 8:00 a.m) to get a dozen....they were out or I got the last one (when I wanted 2 or more) of our favorite flavors. The flavor options were very limited today.

Well mothers day was an exceptionally busy day albeit even after they ran out of the bagels I came for they were able to accommodate and offered to scrape the salt of before making my mothers day breakfast sandwich she had been craving. I would have never asked but they went out of their way to offer and do so. Not only that but many customers were not taking social distancing seriously and the manager was able to politely but firmly implement proper procedures and had the overrun of customers to form a line outside to comply with the current safety guidelines, I am exceptionally surprised and delighted with their current staff who where running this mothers day and they deserve more for such outstanding work going above and beyond to protect their customers while still fufilling all of our breakfast needs with impeccable services! 7/5 stars I will be back, I couldnt have asked for more (outside of maybe the jalepeno bagel and plain bagels our hearts desired this was perfect and that was not in their control, they were busy!)

Good product & Service

The staff at this location is so nice. It can get crowded and parking can be a bit of a hot mess (Starbucks is next door) but it’s worth it. Of course tasty bagels and toppings, and I haven’t had a screw up on an order here ever.

I like Einstein Bros Bagels in general, but this location put a sour taste in my mouth. Two guys behind the corner ignored me for about 5 minutes while I waited at the register. I mean, no eye contact, no acknowledgement, nothing. They then proceeded to take several other peoples orders before mine because some people were ordering at the order here side of the counter and others at the pay here side. Its understandable because the layout is not intuitive and the signage is way up high and easy to miss, but the employees handled it in a way that was unfair and frankly rude. Ill take my business elsewhere in the future.

Great coffee and beagles and very friendly staff

Went in this morning to pick up a breakfast sandwich for my better half only to learn that the Southwest Egg White is no longer on the menu. But Tim came to the rescue, the only ingredient they no longer have is the sauce which the wife does not care for. So thanks to Tim I remain the Breakfast Sandwich hero. 😀

I usually order the Nova Lox as my go to. Bagel, salmon, cream cheese, tomato and capers are the only toppings.

The best place ever!! My before work stop, 3 out of 5 mornings. I order an Everything Bagel, toasted with Garlic Herb Cream cheese, spinach leaves, and bacon, cut in half, with a medium or large coffee...just recently tried the farmhouse bagel that has bacon on it, excellent!!!

Service was ok. I got a turkey avacado bacon sandwich for lunch, and they use what looks like mechanically separated chicken, like the stuff they serve in jail.

Great Bagels, Staff is excellent as well, Sunday mornings can be a bit crazy if youre in a hurry so be patient :) Asiago and their Pretzel bagels are my favorites :)

I ordered the Lox combo and when my order was ready, the employee handed me my food without a bag..i asked does this come with a pickle and she said no, not the Lox. I then pointed to the menu to show the EMPLOYEE where it says PICKLE and she just said, oh!! My lox had a little piece of salmon, mostly tomatoe..I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE EAT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NOT REVOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THAT FEMALE WHO WAS WORKING ON 5 JULY 2017 AT AROUNT 130 SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE SHE IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!!SIGNED,ONE PISSED OFF CUSTOMER

Poor service!! The kid at the counter didnt know how to make a cold drink for me because on their menu they only sold the drink I wanted hot, he charged me for a size larger than what he gave me, and couldnt do the math correct to give me the difference. And his manager was standing right there conversing with the other employee about his weekend instead of assisting!! Dont come here if you are in a hurry or if you want something that isnt word for word on their menu.
