Please please please make more Swiss cheese bagels why in the world would you only make a few of these. It’s infuriating that they are always gone, if they are that popular why not make more for Pete’s sake! Literally the only thing worth going in here for

MY LADY BRUNG ME HERE EARLY THIS MORNING TO TRY THEY BAGEL BREAKFAST SANDWICH FOR THE FIRST TIME IT WAS SO GOOD I HAD A WHEAT BAGEL WITH TURKEY SAUSAGES CREAM CHEESES EGG AND AMERICAN CHEESES I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING😀

After waiting about 3 or 4 minutes for the two girls behind the counter to finally stop chit chatting, I was asked in a very unfriendly manner if they could help me with something. Up to this point I had not been greeted and there were no smiles to be seen. The bad service made my decision not to order food, I wasn’t paying for food with bad service. I have been in customer service 35 years and the staff could take a few classes. Teach them to greet, smile and be happy to help the customer.

The bagel factory is a place that I usually will order breakfast or lunch from. They are only open until 2PM, so make sure to arrive before then. They are super reasonably priced and everything Ive had from here tastes good. You get your monies worth. They offer breakfast sandwiches which can be made on a bagel or bread. They also offer GF bread, for those seeking this out. Their breakfast sandwiches are under $4 and very filling. You cant get this for the same deal anywhere else that I have seen so far. They offer sandwiches, salads and soup during lunch, with many options to choose from. My favorite item at lunch is the tomato basil soup, which I think is offered on Wednesdays. One thing I would like to mention is that they can be inconsistent with getting your order right. I have had 3 orders that were made incorrectly. One time I ordered a turkey sandwich and the girls forgot to add the turkey. Another time I ordered an egg breakfast sandwich and the sandwich did not have any egg on it. Ive also received another order with the incorrect meat on it. I would highly suggest checking your order before you leave.

They have the best bagels in town especially the Herb & Garlic ones and the staff is tremendous and always accommodating.

So apparently, if you want to buy pastries, you have to get in line behind the people ordering sandwiches all the way at the end where you cant even see what kind of pastries they have, which they dont tell you until you get to the register and the lady at the register says oh you have to order down there. I already waited in line once, Im not waiting in line again. Too bad when I was buying multiple for my co-workers but I guess I know where NOT to buy them now.Why do you have to get in line with people ordering sandwiches? You cant see what pastries there are from back that far? Why cant you order where the pastries are or at the damn register? And why are you going to make someone who just waited in line, wait in line again? Makes ZERO sense.

The bagels are good and they have a large selection of them. The service has always been very friendly as well.

I wish i could give them a 10 star. I work across the parking lot and come here a couple times a week for either breakfast or lunch. Everyone is so nice and offer friendly good and quick service. They have an impressive menu and everything I have had i have enjoyed!

Went here for breakfast today. Had an everything bagel with cheese and egg and a large hazelnut coffee. everything was perfect will be back for the same Friday!!!! Very quick and friendly

Always love the selection when I get in early enough! Only complaint I have is when they run out of some mainstays. Friendly staff and the bagels taste better than most other places. The sandwiches are filling and priced well! Love going there and enjoying my food in a coffee shop relaxing type atmosphere.

Sandwiches are good. Coffee is good. By 10 am a lot of the bagels were gone but its to be expected. The women who work there are friendly. The dining area is nice to relax in.

The food is very good and people friendly, however, they could improve the ordering system. I’m frequently doing takeout there and they often forget something (potato salad, pickle, to grill the sandwich, etc.) or mistake the order. I keep going there because it is close to work and, as I said, the food is good.

Best bagels I have found in all of Metro Detroit. They are fantastic, rivaling Barrys Bagels in Ann Arbor. They have a real bagel flavor that so many baked imitations are missing (Im looking at you Panera). The flavor is just right and they have a nice shiny crust with just the slightest crisp to it. At around $9 for a bakers dozen, they are a pretty good price as well, and $14.50 for a bakers dozen and two tubs of cream cheese (one regular, one flavored) makes for a nice spread.

Our company uses Bagel Factory each St. Patricks day for 300+ employees. The bagels are big and fluffy inside and are always delicious. They are always helpful when it comes to helping us get all of the bagels to our cars and making sure were satisfied customers. I would recommend Bagel Factory to anyone. Weve used them at least four years in a row now for this occasion!

I spent $30 with tip for less than average sandwich, picked short of a dozen and received half and half of that was incorrect. Whats really passive aggressive of the server was that they walked towards the selection but never actually grabbed the bagel and kept rolling their eyes. I ignored it and continued with my order. I was no different than anyone else calling out bagels. This is a more than 20min drive from my apt so I didnt see the point in driving all the way back before 2-3pm when we were just grabbing breakfast before a long work day.I wish I could say more of the bagels on its own but this tarnished our first and last experience at bagel factory. Watch out for a fake smile with a tight ponytail when you walk in. Cheers!

This is the Best place for bagels. They are much better than chain bagel places. Always fresh and a great variety. The have multiple choices for coffee, too. Breakfast and lunch menu, juices. The staff is friendly and fast.

There’s only one lady that works here that’s ever smiled at me. Every other worker present does not understand customer service whatsoever. I’ve walked in on lunch for the past three days, been the only one in line and not a soul greets me. It took them at least 5 minutes of cleaning and talking amongst themselves before anyone bothered to take my order. On one of these occasions I was waiting In-line, just how I explained above, and a man that was waiting to check out had to ask if they wanted their money. Mind you there were four girls present behind the counter and only one was about to help me. After he paid they proceeded to make fun of him in front of me about how angry he was. No one here, except the girl with the nice eye makeup, knows how to handle anything with professionalism. When I think about getting mad at them I just realize that this is where they’ll be with careers for the rest of their life and I’m okay after that. Never coming back.

Perfect for lunch with a large variety of sandwiches. I especially like the Fiesta Turkey on a jalapeno bagel, or my favorite is the California Club on chobatta grilled. Of course this place is a great option picking up bagels on the morning to take to the office.

Wide selection, delicious bagels, and a friendly staff! A good atmosphere to meet up with a friend or get some work done. And if you need more than plain coffee to go with your bagel, theres a Starbucks next door.

I always enjoy the quality and flavor of their bagels and cream cheeses. Their lunch sandwiches are tasty too.

Pretty good. I go here at least once a week. The food selection is good. They almost always get my order wrong, no matter what I order. They seem to have high turnover so the employees are always new and don’t know what they are doing.

One of my go to spots for lunch in Troy. I like the Godfather sandwich (chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, honey mustard). Dont forget to get a punch card.

Yum yum! Everything I have tried here has been fantastic, from their bagels to their salads! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful as well! This is my favorite Friday I need a treat today stop!

Almost every day I stop in to get a Cranberry/Walnut muffin and Im disappointed because the chef/baker doesnt know their clientele and doesnt bake enough Cranberry/Walnut muffins. Every single day you run out early in the morning ....... BAKE SOME MORE!!! BAKE EXTRA!!! Love the staff, love the muffins, I just dont know how you can continually run out of what is obviously a popular item on your menu.

This place is right across the street from my work. The bagels are good and they have great coffee. $4 for a bagel with cream cheese and a large coffee. Great deal.

Waited 20 minutes for an online order. On top of waiting so long one of the workers had a puppy laying on them as they took orders. Very nasty never will I ever order from them!
