Ordered a custom arrangement for my mother. Instructions were to include yellow, avoid lilies (fatal to cats fyi cat owners!) and paid $80. They did a great job! Large stunning bouquet with a variety of flowers that all fit the request. Delivered on time. She loved it.

I was assisting my 92 year old Mother ordering flowers for the funeral of her best friend. We saw the beautiful rose that she had sent to the funeral home but it had my name on the card and not my Mothers. I called to inquire about this and the person answering the phone stated she was the one who filled the order and she changed the name without asking anyone else about it. She thought it strange that my Mother and the deceased had the same name so she changed it. Why ask for a phone number in case questions came up if you dont bother to use it? My Mother was grieving the loss of a friendship she had for well over 65 years and this just added to her sadness!

I ordered flowers from a major flower website *cough* Pro Flowers *cough* to be delivered to a family member who was in the hospital. I ordered them on a Sunday and paid extra to have them delivered the next day.Unfortunately, they were never delivered so I got a refund.Your Personal Florist to the rescue! I grew up in Troy but I live on the West Coast now. I called YPF this morning and told them what happened. They said delivering the flowers that day would be no problem, asked me my price point, and asked what kind of flowers I wanted. I simply said purple because that is my family members favorite color.Just three hours - THREE HOURS - later, my flowers were delivered. Now, I was a little nervous since I did not get to pick them out for myself. I was nervous for no reason, though; the arrangement was perfect! I liked it better than the one I picked out online and it was cheaper.On top of that, the customer service I received was fantastic. Thanks to YPF, I now know to order flowers locally and have them delivered versus having the big boys do it (and screw it up).

I live out of state and used their online ordering to surprise someone special. Not only did florist have excellent and speedy communication but she made a wonderful arrangement that the recipient loved. Was very please with the results. Scheduled a same day delivery and was not disappointed, was delivered within hours of my ordering. Overall I was very please with this shop and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

It doesn’t matter what I get from here, it’s always the best! Anything from a stone angel or flowers or even something just a little different than others, they do a wonderful job and they really try to nail the customers idea of what they want. If you ever have questions, these are the ladies to ask. They do phenomenal work!

I had the best experience with this company. Due to being out of town, all of my communication was via email. They were quick to respond, helped to find flowers within my wedding budget, and answered all of my questions. When my flowers showed up my wedding day, they were exactly what I wanted. Due to procrastination on my part, I stopped by this florist on my way to a memorial service in the hopes of getting a flower arrangement delivered that same evening. It was late in the day and Bridget explained that her delivery left work early due to an appointment and that there would be no more deliveries that day. Adjusting to the circumstances at hand, I accepted the fact that the flowers wouldnt be delivered until the next morning for my friends funeral.Later that same evening while at the viewing a family member told me, Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement that was just brought in with name your on it. Needless to say I was a bit surprised that the flowers were delivered in time for my friends viewing and was impressed with what it looked like for the price I paid.This is an example of going above and beyond and this establishment will have my undying gratitude and future business.Thanks again, Bridget.

ORDER YOUR FLOWERS HERE!!! I called another florist in Troy to order flowers for Mother’s Day a whole month in advance. Shortly after I placed the order, they called me back and not only said they couldn’t get the specific flower (white carnation with purple tip edging) I was requesting, but raised the price because it was Mothers Day and blamed the whole seller for raising the cost. I called YPF and they asked ME that if they couldn’t get the flower the way I wanted it, would it be ok if they made it for me.....WOW!!! I grew up in Troy and live in Nevada now and from this point forward, YPF will be the place I call first, no exceptions. Thank you for your great customer service and going above and beyond.
