Very frustrating trying to talk to someone after my initial appointment. Choices are: email, phone calls Or wait a month to get in person appointment. I love Alanna as my salesperson!! Five stars ⭐️ for Alanna. Just wish Ferguson’s didn’t fully book her days so there is open time for existing customers. It feels like existing customers are pushed to the side so they can get new customers. Front desk receptionist can be prickly.

What was promised for shipping failed. The shipper was impossible to reach. Literally hours spent waiting on the phone to schedule delivery. The packed sat locally for a week. It was delivered broke. Amazon offers the same product (toilet) 3 day delivery.

A little pricey but cheaper than other high end show rooms. Staff is great. They have designs for most tastes

They have a copper bathtub that reminds me off the old fashioned ones that they used to have to fill with buckets of water.... so cool!!!!

Excellent place! Beautiful big show room and friendly staff! We went to the back parts section...and the salesman, Michael Cesaro helped my husband and I tremendously, picking out a shower head system for our new shower!A great friendly....joking type of guy! I went last week looking for options for parts (in a rush) since my plumbers were scheduled for the next day. The guys in the counter section were more than helpful, far from just giving me right parts they guided me through different possibilities and advice me on how to execute. I feel so bad that I dont remember the name of the lady but thanks ! Everybody from the team were overhearing my needs and they were jumping into it sporadically to help. Not going anywhere else never !

Great experience shopping for fixtures/tub/toilet/sink for our bathroom remodel, until you need help with a return and reorder. We purchased our items in February but, due to Covid, our bathroom remodel didn’t start until July.We contacted our saleslady because the original pedestal sink we ordered was too big. We would like to return it, and reorder a smaller one. She sent us an email of 4 different options, all of which were too big. After leaving several messages for her to call us back, sadly, I had to contact the store manager just to get a call back from her to resolve our issue. Once she called us back, we picked out a new pedestal sink with her stating the sink was in a Kentucky warehouse and would take no more than 5 business days to ship to the Troy warehouse. (That nonsense of the initial call to her, to ordering a new sink took 8 days). In the email she sent us with our new receipt, she stated she would contact us once the sink came in, to set up a delivery date.Two weeks later I call Fergusons to check on the status of the pedestal sink only to be told that yes, it was in, sitting in the warehouse.By the time the sink was delivered and installed, we figured, due to the incompetence of our saleslady by not returning our calls, or calling us when the sink came in, she delayed the completion of our bathroom by 2 ½ weeks.Dealing with another employee to get a refund for the original pedestal sink we purchased is another story.If you love added stress/anxiety and have the patience of Jobe, shop Fergusons of Troy.

My company has sent over many homeowners to Fergusons Showroom in Troy. The homeowners are always happy with the selection choices, pricing, and especially customer service. We always recommend Stacy because she is terrific! She is always helpful with the whole process and has a great attitude.

Was quick to look up what I needed, and assist me with counseling: I apparently need to store my ancient kitchen faucet on top of my Avocado Green refrigerator... which sits next to the Harvest Gold range with an overhead radar range.Good thing I didnt tell him about the Stardust Formica counters...

This place is awesome. I own a local plumbing company and they take care of me and even my own customers who are looking for things for their remodels. They have everything from pipe and fittings to appliances and lighting fixtures. If you need anything for your kitchen or bathroom this is the place to go.

No BS here.The crew behind the counter here on Woodward are the kind of professionals I like to do business with.Very professional and respectful of my time. I know that when I call, theyll have the right answers and advice. And on the occasion that this Express location doesnt have everything I need right on their shelf, theyll immediately find it at another Ferguson location where I can pick it up the same day, or theyll transfer it in, so I can keep my jobs on schedule.I stick with suppliers I can trust.

They look like an awesome place, however their Google listing does not actually help you understand which part of the facility is open and operational. For instance their Plumbing & h v a c counter is not open on Saturdays, while the rest of the showroom is. Just call ahead because their presence online leaves something to be desired.

New product from Kohler came out long story but to make short I called them and went around my contractor (who is awesome too) due to delays and happened to get Drew on the phone. I did not know he was the manager at the time but he went the extra leg and did a work around for me not through normal channels. Very nice of him and deserves the rating.

What a gorgeous showroom. Many different sinks/appliances to choose from. Everything from modern to contemporary and anything in between!
