Love love love Ironclad! All of the employees were so nice and welcoming and answered all of my questions. Our piercer, Chase, was super awesome and made me and my friends feel super comfortable while getting all of our piercings (because I was a little nervous). Repeatedly made sure we liked what he was doing in terms of piercing position and whatnot and throughly explained everything he was doing/why he was doing it so we could understand. Consistently reassured us we were doing great after each piercing which was greatly appreciated. Gave us great & honest tips in terms of aftercare and such. Overall, we had a really wonderful experience at Ironclad and will definitely be returning for future piercings/tattoos!!

In February Chase did two lobe piercings for me and it was a great experience. Very clean and professional and I felt very comfortable. However, over the summer I went somewhere else to get my nose pierced and it was a big mistake and I had so many issues with the jewelry they used. I reached out tot Chase for help and he helped pick the right jewelry for my needs and was quick, clean and efficient but took the time to make sure my sizing was correct. Highly recommend Chase as a piercer overall!

Everytime I’ve been in the staff is so nice & incredibly friendly. I wanted my nose repierced after a nose procedure years ago and no other place felt comfortable doing it but Benjamin was so patient with my questions and cheered me on the whole time he was piercing me. I just went back in months later to have my piercing changed from a stud to a hoop and was graciously fit in because I didn’t think to make an appointment. Chase was amazing. Mike Moore pierced my septum, it was my second time getting it done, previously (at a different place) my septum was done way too low and it was extremely painful, i even almost passed out. I was shocked when Mike pierced me and i only felt the pinch of the needle and it only took a few seconds. He was incredibly nice and made sure i was comfortable, my septum already feels so much better compared to my old one. Mike is way more kind and more considerate than my old piercer i definitely recommend Mike for piercings he’s amazing at it.

I have gotten plenty of piercings here such as naval, tragus, forward helix, nose, etc and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are always very professional and really know how to put anxious customers at ease. The shop is always clean and they open brand new needles in front of you. I recommend going by Chase; he’s done all my piercings and they look fabulous. I’ve gotten piercings other places as well, and those piercings ended up with problems. As for the piercings I got at ironclad, not only did they heal extremely well, they healed quicker as well. Highly recommend coming here!

I had a helix piercing done by Ben. I had a great experience and it has been healing nicely. The jewelry selection is great and its all high quality. Chase did my post change and he was very nice and professional as well. I had a botched daith piercing done at a different studio with poor quality jewelry. I will be returning to Ironclad to have them properly redo the daith when I am healed and able to have it repierced.

I had gotten a tattoo done by Kurt Ross in June of 2020, a simple logo depicting the Rush starman in honor of the late Neil Peart. the whole initial experience was okay, but when i arrived home i noticed a line drawn on the tattoo that should not be there, almost like he dragged the needle across my skin in a sloppy manner. Around the edges I had several spots of ink bleeding, along with uneven linework. The line done is inexcusable and incredibly unprofessional. This photo is right after getting it done, the red circle around the line i did not ask for.

We like Ironclad because of Chase. He has done several piercings for myself and my daughters. I, will not ever get another tattoo there, though. He did a good enough job, but was very heavy handed and it took longer to heal than expected.

Mike is the absolute best! I came to him after I had some issues with a piercing done somewhere else. I had a double nostril and had a really bad reaction to the jewelry. I was so worried Id have to let it completely heal and get repierced but with Mikes help and advice we didnt have to!Mike was super patient in helping me pick out new jewelry and reassured me it was high quality. It was a multi step process to get it healed up and then getting the final jewelry in, he helped me every step of the way! I absolutely love my piercing now, will only come here going forward.

What an amazing experience! I brought my 12-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced. From the clear instructions of documentation to bring when I called to make an appointment to the use of technology to reduce contact points (and all the additional safety measures that are standard and stepped up in 2020) to the thorough explanations and expertise demonstrated by Mike. He was honest, kind, and listened when my daughter asked for an adjustment on proposed placement of the posts. He answered her questions thoroughly and set expectations accurately. I dont usually write reviews for places because not a lot of places really stick out for me but, this place is absolutely amazing! my mom and I went to get our noses pierced for my birthday and the guy we had, Chase, was super nice and made me feel comfortable, which i think is important when you have someone shoving a needle through your skin. Also the inside is very nice, super clean, and they play some amazing music. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I got my tragus piercing done here in 2017 by Mike. I waited a few years and got my other tragus done this past summer 2020 along with a nose piercing. Both are healing nicely.If you have any issues along the way Mike will take care of all of your concerns. The shop is clean and the front office staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.This shop carries BVLA jewelry. This company has some very unique beautiful pieces. I have a beautiful yellow gold nose stud made by BLVA and am going to upgrade to another piece that is a diamond gold hoop in a few months.I will never go to another piercing place.

I came in for a quick piercing change for my nipple rings and had a great experience. Their piercer was super knowledgeable and took his time despite time constraints. Had my septum pierced here today by Ben. The shop was clean, everyone was friendly, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Ben explained everything he was doing, aftercare, and allowed multiple chances to ask questions. This was my first piercing besides my ears as a kid, and the atmosphere was so comfortable it felt like I had done it a dozen times. I have gotten all of my piercings here, some with Mike and some with Chase. Both gentlemen have don’t spectacular jobs, they make pain minimal, and very clear aftercare instructions. They let you pick from an assortment of different jewelry, some can be on the pricier side but it’s very worth it with the excellent work they preform

Seems unnecessary.Appreciate the owner responding, but saying we love animals and didnt kill them is an odd response. If you dont condone killing animals, why showcase dead animals all over your place of business? Its a complete contradiction.

I couldnt recommend this place more. Mike was my piercer and he pierced my conch and reopened one of my helix piercings. He was super friendly, accommodating, and gentle. Essentially, everything youd want in a piercer. For further context, this is during covid times and the whole parlor staff was doing everting they could to make sure clients felt/were safe. They also had a beautiful selection of jewelry and are more than willing to help you get the perfect piece, even if that means customizing it. If you need a place to get pierced look no further.

I went to Ironclad Tattoo and the girl behind the desk was extremely rude when she informed us before we hardly made it though the front door that we had to wear facemasks. I asked if this was due to the governors orders which have been rescinded, or the business rules. She told us that it was a shop rule that all customers must wear a facemask. Im not medically tolerant to wear a facemask, which I tried to explain to her when she told me it didnt matter because ALL customers must wear a facemask. At this point, I had to leave and Ive never felt so discriminated against in my entire life. To not be able to receive a service from a business due to not being able to medically tolerate a facemask is discrimination. This is why all the orders from the governor and health department have always included a medically intolerant exemption to avoid discrimination lawsuits.
