Its like book heaven. They actually only had one left of the book I was looking for. I got it and I was grateful. Reading is going to be my newest passion.

Can we please not get rid of all the bookstores. It is straight therapy to spend a weekend afternoon here. Love this place

This bookstore is huge! So many cool games and toys in addition to books. The employees are always helpful and kind. There is a Starbucks located inside as well.

Very therapeutic. Great finds. However above the cafe, all the authors in the mural, with the exception of Langston Hughes and Pablo Neruda are caucasian. There are more great classic authors of different ethnicities. You should express them all. Also, the ones I mentioned were not able to be seen because they were on the end of the circle in the corner.

Wonderful staff. As a local author, I am always looking for venues to host my book signings and the staff here was extremely helpful at providing me with the information I needed to get started.

I was thought they over priced their books - nothing has changed. The store itself was clean and organized. I wasnt a fan of the hand written tags throughout the store. Even walmart uses printed tags -- IJS --- the young man that assisted was verrrryyyy dry, no personality or enthusiasm. He didnt even try to offer a similar book to the one we were in search of (they didnt have it). Oh how I miss Borders :(

I think this is a very good place. The smell of new books is heavenly for book lovers. They have all kinds of books and a separate section for kids too. Totally recommend going there!

So great to have a brick and mortar place to browse for the perfect gift for a grandchild. i was surprised at all the good quality options of toys as well as so many excellent books to enjoy perusing. Books I have read about from on- line reviews were on display in prominent locations. My trip was a much needed vacation close to home.

Everyone in our household loves book. We love to hold them, go through them and read them. We are so grateful that Barnes and Nobles are still around so we support them as much as we can. The staff are always friendly and are willing to help out. Our favorite sections are the new releases and staff favorites, the magazines and the young adult. Please shop there to support them, we want them to stick around for a very long time.

Broad selection. Something for everyone

So much nicer to go in and look at a book and read it a little to decide if you want it instead of just buying one online.

I went in to order a book as a gift and have it sent to someone. It was easy peasy! I was there when they opened at 11:00. The ladies bedroom is clean and the chocolates chip cookies are good. The bookstore is still just as great as its always been! Im definitely going back.

This store is very well organized and the folks that work there really go out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking for. I recently saved over $70 on 2 Lego sets that happened to be on sale (note 90% of the sets are full retail) but they do discount 30 to 50% off when trying to get rid of them. Overall I had a great experience.

There is just something about browsing a brick and mortar book store that makes me warm inside.

Wasnt very busy on a Christmas Eve morning. Was surprised the associate couldnt tell me if an item was in their store. I thought the person would at least search on the computer to see if the item exists. I already knew I could get a subscription on the website, but I wanted one copy for a gift. I found a similar item on the shelf.

Always get good service when Im at the store. Usually able to find what Im looking for.Have a birthday coming up and got a coupon via email but, left my phone in the car. I belong to their rewards club so I had hoped they could look up my earned rewards by my membership or phone number. The cashier told me that was handled by a third party and she had no access to it. Not a major complaint as I couldve gone back to my car to get the phone but youd think they would be able to find an earned reward.Im not knocking the store itself but that little bit of convenience goes a long way.

Good place, however I am disappointed that the coffee shop inside isnt an actual Starbucks. I tried using a giftcard I got here and they wouldnt accept it. Otherwise this store is very clean and I can always find what I am looking for.

I love Barnes & Noble! Its nice to be able to have new bookstores to walk into nowadays. I really hope that we can support our local booksellers, whether they are used book sellers or new book sellers. Otherwise we are not going to have anything except for online. That feel for just reading a book and having a cup of coffee in a bookstore will be a thing of the past if we dont change our ways.

My wife ordered a book, they called on a Friday to inform her it was in. We went to the store the following Sunday to get it and they were closed (unadvertised modified hours due to Covid pandemic). OK, we couldnt make back until the following Sunday. We went in to get it and only then did they tell us that they only hold books for 5 days and they put it out on the shelves for sale.... but they said it was still in stock according to their computer. They couldnt find it. They spent minimal time looking, and just announced sorry, we cant find it in a too bad, so sad kind of way. Really angered my wife.

It’s quiet but well populated, and they have many options to choose from and the workers are very helpful and friendly.

Great staff who always know exactly where to find the books your after. If they don’t have them in stock they’ll order them to be shipped to the store or to your home.

On my most recent visit to this location, I found that the store had a lot of inventory, was clean, neatly organized and offered curbside pickup. They also seem to have a quick fulfillment process for online orders.

Always a good time at Barnes and Noble. I was amazed at their Graphic Novel section today. Wasnt even what i came in for but ended up spend $50 on em.

There was one employee (male) who was very obvious he was very paranoid of Covid. I went to the service counter to ask where childrens cookbooks were. When I walked up to the service counter he stepped back as if I had the plague. My husband and I couldnt believe the reaction he showed, we did have mask on and so did he. Then there was another customer back by the cookbooks that was probably a little off. Your employee was upset with the customer because he wasnt wearing his mask above his nose. The customer was a little obnoxious. The employee went to get help from another employee. When the next employee came to assist that customer on their way back from quite a distance I heard him say its that crazy man over there by the counter. I think he was very inappropriate. If hes that worried about getting ill maybe he shouldnt be working in the public. Im sure you know who the male employee is.

Whats not to love about a store dedicated to books! The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

Its 1 of the few True bookstores still open. Any subject you wanted to research,you can find a book on it there. They have music and movies,boardgames for all ages,periodicals also. And for your coffee ☕ drinkers,there is a Starbucks on the premises also

It is a quaint little place. It has the same atmosphere is a lot of Barnes & Nobles. It has a much better coffee bar than the one in Flint. The one in Flint is terrible the coffee bar in Flint has the worst service in the world. The Starbucks the Starbucks in Flint is terrible. The Starbucks here is very pleasant and they are very well stuck in books. Cuz I like to look for books Ive never heard of

I always have a great experience here! There are few bookstores left where you can sit with a book and a coffee and enjoy the scent of the pages. The staff is always helpful when I am trying to locate a book in my favorite genre, and the fella in the entertainment section is very knowledgeable whenever I inquire about a specific film, or artist. The cashier that I always end up checking out with is always so kind, and has similar taste in books. I love books. I also love this store.

I love Barnes and Noble. Nothing is quite as satisfying as coffee and books.

The place always has a nice atmosphere and is what I expect it to be. Never had a problem with anyone. The staff is always helpful in any way they can. Plenty of variety of authors. You should find whatever kind of book you want, if not they will order it for you. If you want to sit, they have a nice little cafe for you.
