Went here today to check out a ct5. There were none that I could find on the lot, and not one, but two guys working saw me outside and didnt bother to address me, let alone inquire about my visit. One of the men walked right past me and just looked. The other stayed up by the door. I wouldnt consider purchasing here again. I know the market is rough right now, but at least greet your customers.

I called in advance to schedule an appointment to replace the filler neck of my vehicle. No loaner cars were available. I rented a vehicle for the day of my appointment from a local rental car agency. I dropped my car off for its appointment at 7 am. I was told that they may not be able to look at it that scheduled day and it may be a week or two! I questioned them as to why I wasnt told this when I made the appointment and why even make an appointment. I was told that your appointment basically puts you in line. I asked to at least have them look at my vehicle that day and then maybe I could bring it back for service another day. I could not continue to afford a rental vehicle for one to two weeks nor could I miss work by not having a vehicle. I returned that evening and it had not even been looked at.I subsequently texted Jessica on line explaining the situation. I was informed that someone from the service center would contact me the next day. No one did. So I texted Jessica again and was informed that a manager would contact me and received an email from that manager that I would be contacted the next day. It has been six days without a word.I had better service at my recent appointment at the Secretary of State Office.

They called me to schedule an oil change, I asked what time works best, 1pm, ok awesome see you then. I pulled in at 1:10, thats on me. Two to 3 hour wait. What was the point of scheduling the appointment? I completely understand that things happen, but a phone call should have been made. Its a half hour drive, they just wasted an hour of my work day

Jack exceeds your expectations of your service appointment. He definitely went above and beyond by ensuring my car mats were cleaned. I had worst experience with this dealership. Dropped off my Cadillac esclade 2 weeks ago for estimate. Matthew promised me for Wednesday no call no message, thats okay i called on Thursday have been told my Matthew is busy will call you back, left voice mail, no reply, called again after 2 hours again told we will call you in 30 minutes no call till evening. Next day i got call with estimate. Called again for update no one have clue whats going on all they can tell its still not done. Haven’t even started on it. Brought my car back and will send it somewhere else now at-least where communicate is not issue.

I took my car for service September 1st 2021 after calling for an appointment 10 days earlier. The useless service advisor Jack told me it would be 2 days to get through it, and the paperwork showing promise date September 3rd at 3:30pm. I can’t make this stuff up. The car was setting there for 18 days before they even looked at it. They finally gave me an estimate of over $6000 for various repairs but I opted for just one item to be repaired. Few days later they finally finished it and billed me for all the diagnostics in cash only. I’ve CarShield insurance they told me they paid the service shop for the diagnostic and after speaking to the useless service manager Dan trying to negotiate the bill, he made it clear this is an extortion and my car wouldn’t be released except for cash payment charging me for useless diagnostic where paid by insurance again after keeping my car over 3 weeks.Very unpleasant people and bad experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy all though I don’t have any enemies.

This was the first time Ive taken my car in for service (oil change) as Ive only had it for about four months. It was a great experience. The associate was friendly and efficient. He said the work would be complete in about 45 minutes. It was done much sooner than that. As I wait, I watched TV in a very clean and comfortable waiting room. It was not crowded so it was easy to practice social distancing. Kudos to Suburban Cadillac of Troy!

Ryan relieved all my concerns, stayed in constant contact, answered all my questions, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle and made me confident that I was purchasing a high quality vehicle from a high quality dealership. I was so impressed at the speed and care Aaron took! He called me at 11am to see what I was looking for, and by 5pm the same day I was driving home in my new XT5!! The whole thing took about 3 hours from going up there to do paperwork, trading in my old lease, and showing me how everything works in my new car before driving home.I went to Prestige first and their service was trash. I wish there was a way I could rate the sales person a 0 that I worked with to voice why I chose not to move forward at their dealership even after putting a deposit on a car and submitting a credit application.Aaron is the reason Im a fan of Cadillac of Troy! Stay away from this dealership at all cost. So many issues with the car I purchased and the service. Todays issue, the drivers seatbelt will not latch correctly, takes about 20 times of trying to get it to finally grab. A week ago I scheduled an appointment to bring in my car to fix the seatbelt, this was the earliest appointment they had. I had to have a babysitter to take care of my daughter while I go to the dealership today. I arrive and getting checked in and Im told the last loaner car was just checked out! What a joke, I made the appointment and no cars available, I have only one car and need transportation to work. Not sure what is worse, the fact they dont care my car has a faulty seatbelt or give away all the loaner cars when they know appointments are on the their way in. The dealership literally has a huge parking lot full of cars, they cant spare one? Why make appointments if you cant fulfill them? After leaving, I called to talk to the service center manager, the receptionist said theyre with another customer, but leave a voicemail and hell call you right back, it has now been 2 hrs and nothing, very typical of this dealership, Ive called many times before scheduling service etc, and never a call back.
