Never again I been here in the past before actually purchased multiple customer shirts but the new staff is terrible disrespectful felt like the price he gave me was made up because again I been there multiple times and it felt like it was just off the top of his head $50 dollars for a t-shirt $75 - for hoodie not a high Quality actually Gildan is the brand they use everything that was print it looks faded but lessen learn and my Business loss.

Great place to get customized items.

Placed an online order at 11am to avoid waiting. Got an email from them at 2pm saying it was being printed. Arrived at the store after 4pm for them to tell me they take walk ins first and they havent even looked at my order. Placing an order online for this store is completely useless. Waited another 45 minutes for them to take care of 4 walk ins in front of me before taking care of my online order at 11am. Highly disappointed.

This establishment is so unprofessional I placed an online order and was told the next day when I went to picked up my shirt it will be another 20 to 30 minutes because walk-ins come before me and I had already paid for my shirt. On top of that the store was not open on time they were late opening. The whole demeanor of the manager I’m assuming it was very rude I would NEVER come back to the establishment. Do not go to this place warning save your money.

Went to this store at 6pm. Closed. Went at 10:40am. Closed. You just lost out on close to a grand of revenue because you won’t have a worker at the register for $10 bucks an hour. Honor the times on your website. And do not give me this Covid bs. Other stores were open. This place is either too lazy or too cheap to staff it properly. When you wonder why revenue is down / realize you can’t make money when you are CLOSED. I mean - I’m here with money in my hands to give you. All you had to do is take it.Cheap man pays the most. Today that is Customized Teez .

My teenage daughters social group needed their new logo design printed on plain shirts within a set budget and Kenny graciously worked with us on price. Not only that, the print turned out great! I know I would recommend this place to people I know.

Prices are average prices for tshirt prints. Friendly staff and quick service. The guy who helped me, allowed my daughter to slide the tee over hers just to make sure she could fit it before I purchased it.

Always ask for prices before you buy because I bought shirts 3 different times and it was always different for pretty much the same shirt..if u don’t ask from the jump they will charge extra

Yes, it is pricey if you get down to the nitty gritty, but arent all shirts about $25 anyway?? Im pretty sure they are. So Im cool with the cost. Was in and out of there with 3 printed t-shirts within 30 minutes. To top it off the guy was able to scan and clean up an image from a CD case, that was drawn on with sharpie almost 20 years ago. I for one am very pleased with the quality that I received.

I literally just called to get a simple quote and was told they can’t provide it over the phone; needless to say I’m not driving 30-45 minutes in rush hour just for that. Sorry... good luck if you don’t live close to their location!!!

Very fast and the shirt was exactly what I wanted. I was a little concerned about the price after reading the reviews but it was very reasonable. They don’t have fixed pricing because each shirt is custom and unique. Overall great experience and will be back for sure!

Best printing place you can ask for! Designs are done right on the spot and are always in a timely matter. Kenny always make sure they’re perfect and will work with your budget.

Service was okay. I had names and numbers put on the backs of two jerseys. It cost me $45 plus tax turned out very nice. The only thing I dont like is no prices over the phone

Very friendly staff, very professional printing, i got exactly what i asked for,i got 5 tshirts done and it only took them 30 minutes to do, i couldnt honestly find any company as fast as this one. the price was very reasonable, i recommend for anyone trying to get custom apparel.

Its been over five years l do business with Customized Teez. They always have done a great job, fast and very great price.

I began by coming into the store to purchase two hoodies, one for my girlfriend and one for myself. They had unique prints that could not be worn by the opposite gender. Mine says Her Beast and hers says His beauty. After talking to the guy, we were deciding whether I should get a Large or an X-Large. I decided to go with a large and the guy printed it for us. One hoodie was 45 dollars and the other one was 50 for a total of 95 dollars! I said no biggie because its a gift, only to go home and found out that the guy printed the His Beauty on the large and the Her beast on the small. I was super upset because we spent all this time and they were flipped, and unwearable. We said its no big deal and well go in to fix it the next day. My girlfriend took them back and the man told her that it will cost her ANOTHER 45 DOLLARS, to fix HIS mistake. I was furious when she told me this because 2 hoodies would end up costing 140 dollars!!!!! We decided that its best to just accept it and move on. After putting my hoodie on, I look down to see that the new print was off centered and peeling off the side of the hand pouch in the front. All in all, I am very displeased with my situation here. I felt that I was cheated and scammed out of 140 dollars, so please think before you go in here, you never know what you may end up being charged

I came into the store at 8:34pm to get a onesie done for my reveal to my mother tomorrow and the guy tells me “I have other work to do tonight can you come back tomorrow? It usually takes about 10 minutes” well why the hell would I want to come back to patronize you and you turned me away because you want to make an excuse to do work for another customer. As a business owner, turning a customer away is never the answer. I am very unsatisfied and will never return.

Despite some things, they delivered on what they said they could do. Several people were there for on spot purchasing throughout my time in the store and they were handled swiftly with their orders. My only issues were pricing discussions, transfer paper material that has the film, and a missing shirt from my order (and initially said I would get no refund even though I never left the store and counted out from the photo I took of my order and they didnt have the shirt size to match the need...they offered an XS to fix the issue but a size down is not as good as a size up so without the product needed I stated why a refund was more appropriate in this case no matter what their policy is if they dont have what was ordered due to size rather than just only forgetting to make one)...all three things came with a solution and for that, it was reasonable enough to feel I could be comfortable enough to give them a shoutout where we gave them credit while being filmed for the news even though we also have a t-shirt business our self. I became sick and was put on bedrest right before an event and Custom Teez/Same Day Customs held up to their same day motto for Tees. Zaina made the difference in my collab with this company. Her customer service was awesome and she went above and beyond to sell me on doing business with them. Their place is clean, they have creative designs, and they print with a white film that they took their time to cut out as much as possible to keep from being visible. They have three locations (Oakland, Macomb, and I believe Lakeside Mall all in Michigan). The manager for these locations met with me in Oakland Mall to personally discuss and help my situation which was a plus. Also a plus was that he informed me of information that was previously given to me incorrectly about VistaPrints usual shirt printing process that I had to call again and confirm because had I listed to the previous VistaPrint rep I would have been mislead and with a late order. Being informative of other businesses in their competition field was satisfying and comforting. Felt like he had done his research better than the reps that belong to the companies. I wish them much success.

Custom Teez cant keep up their mind with prices. They will try to hustle you for as much money as they can. First they say $28 for a hoodie, next $36, next $56. Doesnt make sense.... dont let them play you.
