They wouldn’t take back $150 shoes because my little brother painted on them he’s 4 and my parents didn’t want him to paint on the floor it was black paint shoes are completely fine

Spent 400 in the store for them to give me the wrong size and wont exchanged them and to have a so called manager laugh like the little boy he is. Very unprofessional and will never spend another dime there.

Great place for kids, victor was the best customer service and friendly staff.

They need to hire new workers in there they too unprofessional and comments need to be kept to there self!!

What an absolutely joke this place is. Having your workers at the store demand people that they must use the hand sanitizer that is located in their store? I can understand wearing a mask to appease all of you sheep out there and the corrupt government and politicians. But telling a potential customer they must use hand sanitizer or they cant shop at that store? So what if somebody has a skin condition and hand sanitizer just happens to irritate it? Am I being discriminated now because I have sensitive skin and eczema on my hands I cant shop at your store? Thats fine Ill go spend my hundred and $50 someplace else. Good luck having a bunch of ignorant underage kitties work at your store and leave a terrible first impression

Placed order online 12/20 with guarantee to arrive 12/23. Size was available online and card was charged. Followed up next day and was told the item was no longer in stock. No one reached out to me with the update. Requested refund. Will never buy again.

Staff (store manager) is the most unprofessional person ever. I had to return two pairs of shoes and I had to go three times. First they didn’t have the cash. Second day was because according to her you could only one pair per customer. Not sure what her name is but was really rude and claimed she didn’t like the tone of voice even though was my second time back to the store. Because of my tone she said I had to go back the next day if I wanted to return my shoes.I called corporate and they had already spoke to her and the reason was because She didn’t like my tone and I had purchased 12 pairs according to her. I told them it was not true and they said they would have a talk.What happened to costumer service and sorry for the inconvenience? Very disappointed with the store management and corporate.The sales person embarrassed me infront of everyone, no customer should be treated that way!!

Nice selection of shoes at reasonable prices. But the staff at least when I was there clearly did not feel like waiting on customers. Mr . Alans play R&B music nice and loud if your into that while shopping.

Unhelpful employee working there. I asked the young lady to look up the name of the color of a shoe so that I could find it online. She did not look it up, she did not look at the shoe, she just said orange is the color. Not satisfied with her response because I know the color wasnt orange so I looked it up on my cell phone and the color is coral. I wanted to smack her face.
