Jackson was absolutely AMAZING!! He brought out tons of different shoes for us to try and was telling jokes the whole time!! He was super knowledgeable and BEYOND happy to help. Seriously going above and beyond!! He deserves a raise!! Carson who check us out was also extremely friendly and kind! Amazing workers and great choice of shoes...keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service. Friendly helpful staff. It’s a really small store. Not many options whenever I come in the sizes I need aren’t available. There sale selection is weak. I can find better prices and styles I want —online.

We had so much fun with Stephanie finding new shoes for the family today. She was extremely helpful finding just the right pair.

My son and I made a special trip all the way up to Somerset to get to this Vans store, not realizing that their hours had been shortened due to COVID. We showed up 15 minutes before the new early closing time and the doors were already locked. The employee inside saw us and walked to the door just to say, “Closed!” before he turned around and walked away. We knew exactly what we wanted and could have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Maybe I didn’t look rich enough to spend money worth his time? Lame.

Griffin was amazing! Helped us find the perfect Vans and was super cool!
