Sometimes all I need is something sweet in my day. While in Somerset, my visit was not going to be complete without a stop at Mrs. Fields for some cookies. I am a personal fan of their peanut butter cookies and their brownies. When I smell that freshly baked cookies aroma, I cannot help myself but to stop and buy some.I am going to keep this review short and sweet. For one, the service was great. Secondly, the cookie was devoured in nine seconds. Finally, Mrs. Fields has some of the best cookies when they are hot and fresh out of the oven.

Amazing cookies they taste very fresh and delicious. High recommend!

Not sure of other locations, but this place is a scam. They dont have their prices posted anywhere. You wont know how much it will cost until you order. I ordered 2 cookies and was told it would be $6.39. I asked twice because I thought I misheard him. At that point I just walked away in disbelief. Completely ridiculous!!

We stumbled into this place for lunch recently. What a surprise! The buns and sandwiches are addictively delicious, a sweet and savory twist on some familiar favorites. Will definitely come back when we are in town again.

Can’t get them to answer phone to place an order.. When they did they put me on hold to listen to loud obnoxious noise coming from the mall.

My kids love these cookies. They definitely should have a chart on costs though. Just makes it easier then to have to ask. I can never remember how much they cost. And I could never really seem to decide how many to get. The girls at the cash wrap are always polite and friendly. They definitely should jump on the rewards type of program most retailers now a days offer and incentive or an appreciation type program for patrons. Where you earn free treats. That would be a bonus.

Buyer beware - they double charge you here. Dishonest staff. Cookies are also mediocre.

I generally love their cookies! But Ive been trying to call them all morning to order a cookie cake and no one is answering the phone. Such a shame!

Cookies are delicious but they go up in price everytime that i go ...i went and ordered 24 sugar butter nibblers and usually pay around 8 or 9 dollars this time they charged me close to 14 dollars! These ppl make up their own prices is what im assuming

I saw a cookie I liked. They did not have the big ones just the small ones. She then grabbed my small cookie and around 20 small flys took of flying. They were all over the cookies and stuck inside the icing. She then whispered to the lady next to her. Still asking if I want the cookie and would not give my other cookie for free. Crazy Nasty! No apology where givin. Someone needs to get this place checked out.

It has some good cookies. It has some issues for pricing. The problem with the places is that the customer service. Some times the service is great and prompt. There are times when you get service when they are ready. I have times i just walked away because they were more interested in talking to themselves.

It is 5/31/20 had a craving today decided to go to the mall at 12 Mrs. fields was not open so please if anybody’s trying to get cookies please call them first or you will be disappointed.

There are always flies swarming around the cookies. Ive visited twice and truly believe this is a sanitary issue that needs to be resolved immediately. Im so disappointed especially with this location being in a very high end mall. On the brighter side the associates are friendly :)

Best cookie cakes, lots of choc chips, unlike any other store bought as theirs is made fresh when ordered. Taste amazingly fresh.

My friend and I got 2 of the cookie smoothies, and we couldn’t drink it for an half hour. The drink wouldn’t allow us to use straws for whatever reason. Then the customer service (employees), when we asked for a refund was outrageous, we were told a manager wasn’t in and they couldn’t do anything.

I love Mrs. Fields Cookies but the women that work at Fairlawn mall Mrs. Fields makes you not want to go back. Not nice. Didnt even say thank you. Like just keep movin

It was the worst customer service from the employee that I have ever experienced at Somerset Mall. The cashier was not polite. She tried to give me some old cookies and did not want to give me a copy of the paper receipt. She claimed that the machine could not print out me a receipt. She asked to use my cell phone to take a picture of the receipt on the register so that I could have a copy of it.

Its Mrs. Fields cookies. Theyre pretty decent, but not amazing, but what do you expect from a chain cookie place?

Basic cookies. Nothing spectacular that you couldnt cook at home. Refrigerated break apart cookies are just as tasty.

They need to give up their space and let Chick Fil A expand.
