Went there today to get a ice coffee cuz they usually have good coffee but the last two times my coffee tasted off come to find out my ice had little black specs of black which looks like mold. Never again

No wait to check out unlike Stewarts where you have to wait for someone all of the time! I like how everyone has a job.Not everyone doing everything and the customer comes last. Great job guys

1st bad cup 🍵 cup of coffee my roommate has had from a Cumberland Farms. If it is the first time you go to this ⛽ gas station just take some extra time to slow down to find the exit and enter. No signs showing where to find them. In the rain 🌧️ doesnt look like it has one.

The store is very clean and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful.*My only complaint is that it is unnecessary to be cleaning the floors and the coffee station when someone is standing right there making their morning coffee. Last week I was standing at the coffee station while a young man decided to wipe down the counter with a nasty, dirty rag which wreaked of alcohol/chemicals and he came extremely close to touching the rag to my own personal drink cup. I attempted to move the cup (as I was also opening flavored coffee cream) because it was so invasive of my personal space and I almost spilled the coffee all over myself! I was very upset because if I had spilled that coffee, I would have had to wear those clothes at work all day. Then this morning I was again making my morning iced coffee when the same young man decided to use a floor cleaning machine right next to me. He was very close to hitting me with the machine as if he couldnt just wait until I left the area to clean the floors.... and I was the only person over there at the time! The machine also smelled terrible. I finally said something to the kid about waiting for customers to leave before he cleaned in that area (we had to talk about respecting personal space) and he responded with Im just doing my job. Yes, I get that and we all appreciate you keeping the store clean, but respect personal space! Seriously, I almost spilled coffee on myself the last week while he was cleaning the counter and today he practically pushed me out of the way with the smelly floor cleaning machine. This is not how people should have to start their day at 8 a.m. This needs to be addressed because I heard another customer complain about the same thing last week. Next time it happens I will be contacting the store manager and the corporate office.

DONT BUY COFFEE IN THE EVENING...Two weeks in a row I stopped by after working out next door at PF to get some gas (pretty good price) and a cup of coffee. This is about 8:30 PM. On both occasisions...most of the coffee pots were empty...and the few choices they did offer were old/dark/and burndt. Sorry CF...LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DRINK BAD COFFEE...and Ive made my last evening stop in this location.

Side door was locked, should have a sign if thats the case. Other than that I love most Cumberland Farms, this one fits suite.

I very rarely write bad reviews, but this company is an absolute nightmare.I used to love Cumberland farms. I would go there once or twice a week to get gas and maybe grab a snack. I had there SmartPay app and it was great until this company absolutely screwed me over and ruin my credit.I accidentally got subscribed to their monthly coffee service. I rarely ever drink cumbys coffee. It must have been a pop-up or something when I was filling gas. I immediately called customer service to get the transaction undone. Why pay for something that I was never going to use?Customer service didnt help me at all. They transferred me to a different company that runs their app and that company said I have to call cumbys customer service to get a refund which was who I called in the first place. After I got called again they said theyll transfer me to a manager, but it went to voicemail.I was fed up at this point so as soon as a transaction posted on my bank account I disputed.3 days later I got my first call from a debt collector asking for the $25 for the coffee subscription service. And they said if I dont pay in a week they will charge an additional $10. I refuse to pay and filed a dispute.I still get daily calls from debt collectors about this. Ive called customer service trying to get to a manager, but always goes to voicemail and left multiple voicemails. Never got a call back.This company is basically trying to force me to pay for something Im never going to use. This is absolutely insane. Ive never seen the company so unresponsive an unwilling to help.And I still dont even know how I got signed up in the first place. I was filling gas, put my phone in my pocket when I took it out I noticed I was signed up. It must have been a one click sign up that didnt need a password or pin to confirm the purchase.This transaction appears on my credit report that I have something in collections.
