This store is very welcoming and Lilian has great customer care!

I run to couple nearby pharmacies,which all closed at 6pm during weekend. I am so thankful that Rite aid is still open and be able to process the drop off prescription really fast!! And the pharmacist really make sure she answered all my questions

I have been going to this Rite-Aid now for years for my prescriptions and medical needs. The pharmacy staff are so wonderful. I appreciate them all so much. They are always friendly, always helpful, and always smiling. I had a back sx at the end of 2020 and was staying at Beaumont, I had meds filled there too before discharge and I had to talk to the pharmacy...well it was the same pharmacist that works at the Rite Aid I go to. She is always so nice, I think (don’t hold me on this) her name was Julie. Either way thanks for all you do. Even had my COVID vaccines done there! Awesome team.

Great store ever. Very clean and organized. I am very satisfied with this store. I love it. They have the best employee.

Brick store does not match riteaid.com prices. One of the few chain stores which isnt with the program. Very antiquated.

The store manager her name is Lillian I guess she is sooooooooo rude and she don’t care about the customers. she is a big time bully too, you can easily tell. The staff at the pharmacy they run away from the customers especially the old lady with the brown hair. She is always mad, you don’t know why !!! If you don’t like your job . change it psycho don’t let people suffer with you . Glad I am a regular customer @ the Cvs .

I was never a fan of Rite Aid untill today. I had gone to 3 other pharmacys and had no luck. This store had what I needed and they were quick about it too.
