Good selection Halloween shop. I bought accessories for my witch costume that I had ordered from Amazon. So I didnt know weather I needed the purple or black hat to go with my dress, so I bought both. They said that I could return one of them before the 22nd. So I did today. When I went in to do this they told me only the manager can make returns, well ok I was wanting to get out of there, but had to wait for her. So I ended up purchasing spider jewelry to go with my costume. Ended up spending another 20$ oh well.

Worst customer service ever. The girl who was on the register provided the worst customer service I ever experience. I myself work in retail and I know how important it is to provide everyone the best service they can receive. Unfortunately this is not the case. Never again will I go to spirit. I will no longer support this business.
This was the worst service I’ve ever had! we came in 30 minutes to closing and we were in the store about 5 minutes and right after we heard a worker say “five minutes to closing” and I went up to the girl worker and said there is still 20 minutes left... it’s not five minutes till 9! All of the 4 of the employees had very bad attitudes and were very rude! The lady that checked us out Said to another customer that we were the last ones to get checked out because“ I already closed the other registers“ keep in mind that this is with 15 min left till the store is supposed to close!!!!!
As soon as you walk in, the entire store reeks of pot. it has the same half-dozen costumes as every other store in the entire state with zero originality and one shelf of home decor.
Either it doesnt exist or has moved. Not by the Starbucks and Doba like the map says.
Bought a costume and found out when we got home that an accessory was broken. They refused a refund for something they sold damaged and told us to exchange it at another store. After leaving we found they didnt even give us all the parts back and upon returning they lost the pieces, leaving us unable to exchange it and they wont refund. Go to Walmart instead.
