Went in to look for something I needed and couldn’t find it. Person behind the counter was apparently too busy playing video games instead of asking if I needed any help with anything. Guess this is where we are at nowadays with customer service. I Always try and help local small businesses but this is one I won’t be going back too

This place was sorely needed for poor folk like me. Now I can just walk or take the bus down and they have what I need. Always friendly and helpful staff! I could spend a few hours walking through there!

Great place when you need to grab a few things or have a project that you need done. Prices are fair for a local hardware store. The gentleman behind the counter and owner are very helpful when you have questions or are uncertain of what you exactly need.

Price gouging mandated face masks at $6 each! $30 for a pack of five, $60 for ten. I didnt have all day to shop around, so he got me for $30, I hope hes happy with himself. Never going back.

If I could give this store less than one star I would I was a first time customer and I will never come in there again because once you open a product they no longer return it or except it back or they give you a store credit I bought hoses for my washing machine they end up not fitting my washer in the man told me he’s not a big store so he can do what he wants and he’s not gonna take my returns because they were already opened and he cannot resell them no customer service skills at all worst experience ever as a first time customer

Excellent service, very helpful. Helped me nail down the exact size bulbs I needed and provided much needed light to my man cave.

I had a small project in mind to devise a way of holding the hose nozzle in place while I do other things in my garden and when I asked for materials that I needed for that one of the employees acted like it was a foolish idea and I had no idea what I was doing so I felt insulted about that. But the other employee took me seriously and help me get the things that I needed. If the first employee had not acted with derision I would have given five stars.

So happy finally a close hardware store again.The owner and employees are so polite and very helpful to your every need.Needed a locksmith the other day and 15minutes later my locks were all set Thanks guys wish you best of luck will refer you to everyone

I just bought all my electrical supplies, locks and hardware for my new house the workers was knowledgeable service was fast and great prices i saved money and time by coming hereI highly recommend this place they are also a 24 hr lock smith my neighbor was locked out they came 2:00 am and opened his door this place is great
