A terrific experience! I own a business locally and had sought the help of three previous companies, that offer embroidery services, for help with a few new shirts, a jacket and a hat with my company logo on it. None of the three could or would do what I wanted. It was just crazy and frankly maddening. Dealing with Joe at Screen-It was an entirely different experience. He listened to what I wanted and had a sample ready for me that same day! Amazing!! I had been dealing with the three companies before him for 5 months to no avail. I had spent over $200 and had nothing to show for it except frustration. Joe not only turned the sample around the same day, he finished my order the day after I dropped off the items I wanted embroidered! Incredible! He charged me half of what I expected and over delivered big time! I couldnt be happier with the process, the price and finished product! Thank you!

I have worked with this shop a number of times over the last 15 years and am now bringing a team account back to them. While they have been known to make mistakes, my experience with them has been that they have always been willing to correct their mistakes and make amends. I have found them to be flexible, professional and easy to work with. They have always delivered on time. I prefer to work with a small shop where the owner is ready and willing to be held accountable. Im looking forward to doing business with them again!

Sadly I had a horrible experience with Screen-It. I had an item I wanted a 6 letter word embroidered on. I emailed them to ask for a quote. We discussed the item and details. I was quoted a price of $10 and told to bring it in. I get there to drop off the item and was told that it would not be $10 but $20. That wasnt what we had agreed upon but I wanted the item embroidered and I like supporting small, local businesses so I agreed. I dropped the item off on Tuesday and was told it would be ready later that day or tomorrow. It is now Friday and I have heard nothing. So I called them and the guy said it should be ready later today. Double the price quoted, double the time quoted. Very unprofessional.

Screen It Ltd. is a great place to do business. They are detail oriented and do fabulous screen printing. All in all, I recommend this business to anyone looking for superb printing and service. They get art, too!

Having all of my t-shirt screening and embroidery needs under one roof, i am so satisfied, i would suggest them to anyone, a family owned business for over 25++ years.

I was referred by someone I knew that had used this for other t-shirts recently. I was ordering t-shirts for a school event so I needed around 70 t-shirts. I sent them my design and they fixed it up and sent me what the final design looked like, and my experience was great up until this part. I live approximately 35 minutes away from Screen It, so i told them ahead of time when I would be there to pick the t-shirts up and they confirmed that this time would be good and the t-shirts would be ready. I drove 35 minutes to the place and when I got there to pick them up, they said that my shirts would not be ready for at least 3 and a half hours because there was another job already on the machines. I was furious.I finally got the t-shirts and I bring them home, only to find out that the design was NOT what they sent me and the colors on the front were wrong. And I was missing a shirt. Im not trying to tell anyone not to go here but they seem very unorganized and the lady did not even apologize when they were late, so I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would not recommend using this company, staff are unpleasant to deal with. The pricing may seem right at first but with setup fees they really burn you.Skip this shop, you will get better pricing and better product from anywhere else.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the customer service and quality. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. I was quoted a price on a specific design and was called the day before they were supposed to be done that we had to change the design.
