So I’m kinda dumb. I accidentally selected pick up in store when I order from magnolia. I live nearly 2,700 miles away. I messaged the owner during store hours and within a minute he responded and fixed the issue. Even remembered my address from previous purchases. And I’m not frequent customer; but I will be! Great guys also help run the store. Highly recommend to stop in if you’re in town.

I am a 15+ year Magic player and Magnolia is easily the best gaming store I have ever ordered from. Competitive prices, excellent packaging and fast shipping (especially given the iffy state of shipping these days), but above all a ridiculous level of customer service. Every purchase I have made with them has confirmed they are committed to doing things right. Nobody else has been so consistent, and I have bought from a lot of game stores.

I ordered 2 draft boxes for myself and my girlfriend. UPS lost the boxes. I reached out to magnolia and they refunded me purely on good faith. I’ll be ordering from the again any time I need MTG

I have ordered boxes of MTG from Magnolia for the past 3 sets to be released (×1 Time Spiral Remastered, ×2 Kaldheim, and ×2 Commander Legends) and only had one shipping issue that wasnt at the fault of Magnolia (USPS had shipped it back to them for some unknown reason). Even after the shipping delay, it only took a quick phone call to get my order re-shipped, and the gentleman on the phone gave me a discount code as an apology. Really good customer service, especially for an out-of-state, online customer. I will continue to order cards from Magnolia as long as they have the cards to sell

This is a truly stand up local game shop! The owner personally answers messenger on Facebook and is exceptional to deal with. My order came on time, when promised, there was one hiccup in the product and he sent the replacement at no additional cost. 5 Stars all the way, I live in MD, but I will continue to support the super store!

Nice local feel with the great Scalper prices everyone loves. Everything is triple its actual price on release. Thanks for being part of the problem, better off driving 40 mins to buy things for there actual price somewhere else.

Used to love this place, but you’ll notice there’s no cameras. I’ve had an entire modern deck and a playmat stolen, and nothing done. The employees acted like it was not their job to help me find it, and the owner did little to nothing to help me.

Great prices. Friendly staff. The gaming room seems to be filled with people with all kinds of table games going. I believe some were playing smash bros off to one side. At least thats what my kid said they were playing.

There was issues with my original order, but Spencer reached out and corrected them. Took a little while to fix, but in the end it was fixed. I appreciate that as a consumer.

Nice store with a very friendly owner. Decent selection of new comics and games. Zero back issues other than some packaged sets that he would not break apart. Looks like a great store if youre a gamer. Unfortunately, Im not a gamer.

These guys are always so hospitable and informative every time we go in! My son begs to go every weekend to play Magic and Pokemon with these guys and they are so gracious to him. Never annoyed it bothered and answer all the thousands of questions he has lol. Couldnt be happier and hope they stay around for a long time!

Its a friendly atmosphere with a great owner and a good selection of board games and merchandise for your gaming needs. I greatly enjoy my trips here and it stands as a great place to meet and spend time with individuals who share your interests. I really hope to see the community around this location grow.

Your store is scary and I refuse to walk in. I will never have friends with the same interests because I am petrified by fear, because walking into a place with strangers and expecting to get involved fills me with so much anxiety that I will walk in and literally just leave with one purchase and then not visit again for a solid year. I have no idea what communities you have and when they gather outside of Magic and Smash, because everything else is posted on the wall somewhere or something. Im sure youre nice people, but I am scared (and quite possibly terrified) by both the monetary investment required and the social interaction involved. The fact that I cannot simply find players and friends on places like reddit and Meetup here only compounds the problem, because this area is backwards and has few people like us.5 stars, great store

Great comic shop, always up to date, and if not, theyll work with you to order whatever you want. Costumer service is second to none. They also sponsor board game nights, Magic the Gathering tournaments, ect. 5 out of 5 in my book.
