We ordered an island BBQ in April. This has been one of the worst experiences of our many years of ordering online. There was no communication for 6 weeks after ordering until my wife called without return after many times of trying. Finally, we learned the island was being assembled in Southern California by a subcontractor (Lion) we were told over the phone it was ready to ship in July, it took another....month to ship. When it arrived two weeks after that it turned out to be 1,000 pounds.Mwy wife and I are in our late 70s. Two weeks later the BBQ and fridge arrived We are still sitting here looking at the box of rocks and two other boxes.There was never any warning about the weight, ordering, terrible communication.

Placed my order Dec. 1 of last year and still haven’t received it. Their communication is extremely limited and generally unhelpful. The last communication I received, which was Jan. 13, said there was a delay and it would ship March 1. It’s now March 6, and I’ve heard nothing. I reached out by e-mail and on their web site, but no response. TERRIBLE company - do not order from them.
