My trip to the Vitamin Shoppe Troy was just great. The store is clean, the staff are the friendliest and most professional of any store or business in the area yet still casual and engaging.The store itself is like a miniature of any warehouse big box, pretty 😍 cool. A well stocked apothecary to be sure, the choices are endless and you cant go wrong when you choose to put your health and wellness first.

I needed the big container of V-THRIVE fish oil, and they were the only ones in this region that had stock. I got 2 containers, and I was done, and very happy. They were pleasant, and provided good service.

The team here is always helpful and often knowledgeable. Any time Im not sure about a new type of product, they are ready with suggestions from personal/family experience or other customer feedback. Havent been steered wrong yet.

I need aloe vera gel for making hand sanitizer during the pandemic. They were very helpful and they had the aloe vera juice instead of gel since they were out. It worked great. It made a sprayable hand sanitizer.

I like the Vitamin Shoppe. Its my go to place from all my supplemental needs. They generally have good deals and they sell quality merchandise. I usually shop online and pickup in store. My order is normally ready within 2 hours and its always correct. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the products that are sold.

The staff in Troy is very helpful and knowledgeable on the supplements and dont mind assisting you in helping purchase the best product for your needs

Friendly and helpful staff. The moment you walk in the door, someone from the behind the counter greets you. If you start wandering to the back, youll quickly be asked by a smiling face if you need help finding anything in particular. They genuinely seem to care about helping their customers.The only thing that irks me probably applies to all Vitamin Shoppes. Some of the items I purchase on a regular basis seem to be constantly increasing in price the past year. Every few months, its $0.50 - $1.00 higher. Again, probably not this locations fault and its not a bank-breaker, but you know how it is - everything adds up.

I like the store .But they wont let me shop every 2 seconds they ask me do I need help I reply not yet. The follow me all around the store. I thought it was just me till I just didnt go back I went to a different one on Woodward and they do the same thingNot sure if its me or a store policy
