Shakora is amazing! She greeted me when I walked in, asked what I was looking for and I told her I was looking for dresses for my Engagement Photo Shoot. She showed me all of my options to choose from (which were plentiful) and even helped in the dressing room. My entire experience was amazing because of her and I found the dress of my dreams!

They told me the wrong return policy and tried to give me only store credit after they said I could have my money back after 30 days. I complained to corporate, who said I could have my money back, and when I called the store to confirm (so they wouldn’t give me a hard time when trying to return it), shakorah refused to let me speak with the manager, saying she couldn’t talk to me because she was with other customers. I said I would be put on hold until I could speak with her manager. She put me on hold for over 20 minutes and when she came back, again, her manager couldn’t speak to me. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store.

I would give zero star if I could. This store always disappoints me I haven’t been there in over two years but it happened to be the closest near where I was. I purchased an item online I got size xs the item runs a bit small so I went in to exchange it at the Oakland location for a bigger size. The item qualified for an exchange or return even though I got it with 30% off as the item was not a final sale. I go in and the manager was at the register as she was processing the exchange she gave me a price that’s 10 dollars more and I asked why her response was well you got it on sale and we don’t honor the online prices. She was not sorry and was very rude about it. As I replied back to her it was the same exact item and it was just an even exchange I wasn’t buying or returning. She repeated again we don’t honor online prices rudely. It just blows my mind how she was trying to charge me more for the same item for an even exchange! Never returning to that store.

One of the worst retail experiences that I have had. I purchased two pair shoes online and attempted to return them in store at Oakland Mall. The associate in the store advised me that since I used amazon pay that I would have to return them online through the mail in order to get a refund. I asked if I could get store credit and I was told no. I went home and discovered that I could not return it online because I used amazon pay. SO I RETURNED TO THE STORE and was told AGAIN that I couldnt return them because by this time it was beyond the return period. Long story short the young lady contradicted herself over and over...and I received a credit of $17 for 2 pair of shoes. I love the clothes but I will NEVER spend another dime at Windsor.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Literally waited in line for a good 20 minutes. And when we asked to be checked out and the “store manager” responded “in a second the girl is busy” with an attitude. Definitely won’t be back.

Today was my 1st time ever going into Windsor at Oakland Mall. I was almost enjoying my experience there. A big HUGE Thank You goes to Charlie. He was VERY HELPFUL!!!Heres where it goes south!! While Charlie was helping me with my jewelry selection, a young lady behind the register at that time said Okay, you need to wrap that up, cuz I need you to do other stuff! Im like what??? His main job is customer service & hes helping a customer. Im shocked that she would said that & even say that in front of a customer.If it wasnt for Charlies interaction with me, I wouldve put the merchandise back. However I will never go back into the Windsor inside of Oakland Mall.The stars are only for Charlies help bcuz I wanted to give 0 stars!!!!When in customer service remember what it means to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I was encouraged to visit this store by a friend. However, it primarily sells S-L size clothing. I didnt have any luck finding what I needed in an XL.

I went there yesterday with my little sister . 2/22/19 and there was a lady she looked young working there as cashier and she was Black and skinny . As I was looking through the clothes my sister she’s 1 she was playing around and at some. Point she threw something again she was playing anabolic that rude self girl said “don’t throw s*** at me really rude to my little sister I thought how rude ! She doesn’t even know how to talk yet ! And after that it seemed like she was talking about people in the store ! Once I was paying she didn’t even ask if I find anything okay or anything she just said it’s this amount !! And I put the money on the cashier bc I was taking cents out and she rudely took the money and snatched it ! I don’t think I’ll be going back soon that employee needs to be gone !! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Otherwise really good place !

There should be a zero stars option. Very unpleasant experience. Extremely unprofessional, immature, unhelpful and rude store manager. Totally unfit for the position. Hopefully theyll get someone new soon.

The most awful service I had ever gotten, was in the store at 8:30 wanted to try on dresses at 8:35 was denied that because they close at 9:00. The worker there named key was totally unprofessional, talked down to everyone that wanted to try on dresses. Apparently you can only browse after 8:00. You lost my money will never ever come to this store. Absolute insanity
