Best place in town for prices and how clean the store is. I go out of my way to come to this store from Macomb Township thats how great this store is its very clean the staff is amazing there keep up the good work you guys and females!!

Good Beer/Liquor selection but a guy behind the counter was pretty rude. There was a misunderstanding about the minimum purchase amount of 5dollars for card purchases. When I went to grab more things to purchase I was still talked down to about the misunderstanding. Ive been here a few times but maybe never again.

They have Peppermint Bark Rum Chata! They will go fast. Everyone is saying to do your Christmas shopping early!!

I’ve been buying craft beer here for more than a decade. I’ve always enjoyed the selection. There are a lot of local and regional choices, as well as some interesting imports. I also have to say that the staff is always friendly.I really appreciate that they’ve been offering curbside service during the COVID 19 pandemic. I’m happy to continue supporting this local business while keeping all parties as safe as possible.

The quality of the selection at red wagon is second to few, so five stars for that. However it is unfortunate that masks are not required at this business, neither by the employees or customers. Ill find my wine and beer elsewhere where public health is respected.

This is for sure my favorite party store in the area! Their selection is just unchallenged and far superior compared to other local stores when it comes to alcohol and cigars. Customer service is acceptable and informative. Only complaint I have is I wish they would distribute more mead brands, but besides that this place will probably have what you’re looking for within reason. Their website is also legitimate if you would like to check their inventory. Highly recommend.

We literally just went to Red Wagon for a cigar and we just missed their hours of operation. We were going to go elsewhere to get a cigar but didn’t know what was a good place to get one. We went to go back to the main road, however, saw the workers leaving the store out the back and asked them for a good place to go to and one of the workers offered us one of the cigars he had gotten that day for free. That is the best customer service I have ever received!!! Amazing job guys!

This is my source for the best wines, beers, and liqueurs. The staff is exceedingly knowledgeable and willing to help. The service really pushes them above the rest. Ive been introduced to new favorites thanks to their guidance. Also, they are one of only a handful of places with many unique liqueurs including hard to find Pastis. My only warning will be to go in with a set budget because if you like wine or beer, youll be entering a very tempting environment to binge on some great finds!

This is a great wine shop(pe). Im always given fast and friendly advice and enjoy every wine i get, and Im usually looking at the cheaper end. Ive no doubt Id be even more pleased if or when i spend a bit more. Recently i enjoyed a quick wine tasting there, which was a bit of a treat. They have lots of good beer too, and spirits and little sausage snacks!

Stop here when I need something a bit more obscure or just want to peruse their extensive beer/wine/spirits. Lots of offerings for each, plus a well stocked humidor.

This wine shop offers a wheelchair accessible parking lot, free parking, and automatic doors for hands-free entrance and exit. An ATM is located outside of their building for your convenience. The best place for fine wine, liquor and cigars.

When I was working in Troy, this was always a convenient stop during lunch or after 5. Theres a guy behind the counter thats always attentive, happy to help, and very aware of inventory and other offerings that might impact your shopping experience.Ill give 5 stars for the liquor prices and offerings, as well as the service. Theyre also been known to have killer deals on single shots (e.g. Jim Beam varieties) from time to time. They have quite a few craft beer selections too, and the prices are so-so.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wide selection of bourbon (and beer/wine, if thats your thing)... Ill definitely be visiting this place again

Nice place with good wine selection. Very knowledgeable sommelier. Cold beer selection is ok, but if you want a section of hard to finds and obscure, turn left at the end of the cooler and check out the shelf selection. Staff is friendly. Tough left turn onto Livernois during traffic. Get one of the cigars on the counter and you wont have to smoke another for a month, thats how long it takes to clear the taste from your mouth. But the humidor has an impressive collection of quality smokes.

Widest range of beers, wines, and hard liquor in the area. Any time I need to get a unique Michigan craft brew or bottle of wine, this is the place I go when groceries and party stores inevitably dont have what Im looking for.

Pretty good wine and spirit selection, and not a bad cigar selection in the walk-in humidor. They dont have a great selection on all wines (like Malbec) and no one really there to give recommendations of wines. You have to go in there knowing what you want.

The Troy location doesnt have the same quality of people, as far as customer service goes, as the Rochester location does. I prefer not to go to this store if possible, however they do have a really great selection of bitters.

Manager or whoever it is was a real piece of work, this happened on Christmas Eve last year came in to buy a bottle of Macallan 18 as a gift and the person who was at the door looked at me, he didnt even say hello just looked at me and rudely barked you know we are closing in about 15 mins I told him I just have to grab a bottle I will be quick, when I went to cash out I told the cashier what he had said and he replied yeah I dont know why he said that now I have made every effort not to give them the business because of that, I live in Birmingham and every time I drive by the it is like a kick in the face so here is a honest review from a lost customer (found out you own the store on Crooks almost made the mistake of buying a bottle of Dalmore 18 from them)
