I went in to purchase wine. I already had a idea of what I wanted. I had a couple questions on flavor i.e sweet, dry ect. The woman there was knowledgeable and friendly, and answered it good enough for me to grab a extra bottle. I also was pleased with the hour and day for which I went. Sunday 715pm. I do recommend

UPDATE: I was in a hurry and stopped in for lime juice mixer. I thought it was in a brown container - I was wrong the lime juice was bad!!!! Brought it back and the owner tried to tell me it was good even though it was BROWN and smelled horrible. (See pictures)This lady ahould NOT be in the retail business.They were alot friendlier when they were in Menands. I stopped in a couple weeks ago and the manager lady gave me the worst look... Made me feel VERY unwelcome! Do yourself a favor and go two blocks up to Hudson Valley Plaza... They treat you much better.

The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. They give great suggestions and there are even sometimes recipes on or next to the bottles so you can try something new, its a really great idea.

Very welcoming and helpful store, the staff only wants to help you pick out the perfect items. Theres always some kind of deal, a special sale or a tasting the staff offers. Theres a wonderful selection of both wines and spirits, Id recommend this establishment to anyone looking for service and speediness.

Bought a liter of Jamieson the other day, charged me $40. Same bottle down at BJs is $30.00. Paying a little more for location and convenience is OK. But paying 25% more is too far.

The prices are higher than most other wine stores in area. If you want good prices you can not beat Empire Wine by Target in Colonie.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with the people here. I never can seem to find the odd ball stuff on their shelf, but when I do cave to ask them, they know right where it is. Very friendly people there if you are respectful or give a quick Hello on the way in.

Went to this store for the first time after my usual spot left Troy. Clerk had no personality, store is small and cramped, and most of all the prices are outrageous! They are nearly $20 more for Crown than I normally pay. I would definitely shop or travel down the road if you can. I wont be back at these prices.

Save More my @$$. Do not shop here, go next door to NY Liquor Warehouse. I bought some regular Crown Royal cost $57 just because I was in the area on a Sunday. Save your $10 and shop somewhere else.

The manager for this company is extremely rude I witnessed her yelling out to people outside shoveling her sidewalk she was cursing at them and not being very friendly at all there is many liquor stores around and I would choose to go to a different one if you want good service and friendly people
