I am new to renting storage and had a million questions. The on site manager was great, really patient with me and answered all my questions. the facility itself though could use some work- i actually passed it a few times when I was first trying to find the location- it looks like an old empty warehouse. great prices and great service though so I guess its worth it.

My mom got a storage unit here and Christian was a huge help during the entire process! I would definitely recommend Life Storage!

(Reposting from Yelp)Do not use the location for storage. when you arrive, you get sold upcharge items that you werent told about over the phone including a lock, a tarp to cover your belongings because there is an immense amount of dust due to the ongoing construction, and insurance which is not mentioned when booking. the construction that is going on blocks the loading bay leaving an old wooden flight of stairs as the only way to access the facility, not convenient for heavy items. The only positive point of this review is that the onsite Officer worker is extremely helpful and kind, however he is obviously limited in his capabilities to help by the management. I was moving in on a Sunday, which usually is not a day that the facility is open, because they are only open during office hours due to construction, so I had to come the Saturday before that to access my things. When I arrived after a 4 hour car ride, a sign posted on the door said modified weekend hours, Saturday 12:30-500, Sunday 12-4. i arrived at 11am. I paid to stay in a hotel room overnight and for a parking garage because my belongings were going to have to stay in my car overnight. When I asked how I couldve known about the hours, the response was that the sign on the door was the only way to know. i had been at the office less than 2 weeks before that and had asked what I could do about a Sunday move in and then staying over in a hotel was suggested. the facility is not nice, has limited access, and the management clearly is just trying to make money while construction is going on.TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never would have thought something like this will happen. I moved in last month everything seemed fine... well all of my sneakers(very expensive) and my husbands sneakers were stolen and some of my 6 months olds stuff GONE! When we moved in no one seen what unit we were in except the guy in the office, there was construction workers around, and some others but they were on the other side. We moved in about 60+ boxes of shoes and about 40 are gone. Theres a sign that says there is video surveillance and when I asked the guy in the office he said there is none and just brushed it off. I told him some items were stolen and he said “ oh no how did that happen” he did not care at all. The lock was messed with and I have the pictures. Very disheartening because We work hard for our things for someone to feel so entitled to take what doesnt belong to them is absolutely disgusting.

DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIFS ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS WORKED WITH THIS COMPANIE AND ALMOST EVERY PAIR OF SHOES THEY HAD WERE STOLEN EVEN BABY ITEMS !!! AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE CAMERAS DONT WORK THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE !! AND HAD NO COMPASION THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYERS !IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD !!!

Moving is an immensely hectic process especially during a pandemic. Christian put my mind at ease and really made the moving process such a hassle free experience.

This place was ready when I needed it. The representative was very polite, kind, and answered all my questions. Not to mention, got right back to me within minutes to make my appt. And tour. Very inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Looks sketchy, But I left my stuff there for storage twice and there has been no issues. I use this storage to leave my college essentials in Albany, while I go back home during summer break.
