I came across Keven at Copy Center and he did it quickly and inexpensively, and delivered it to the persons house. He was knowledgeable, had everything we needed to get the project done, and super efficient. A++++ for effort! Would use him again in a heart beat.

While on vacation in Truckee, my iPhone developed a large crack across the screen. Although I contemplated waiting until after vacation to get the screen fixed, the crack continued to expand and worsen. A quick Google search revealed Copy Center in Truckee. I called and was relieved to know they could fix my phone efficiently and effectively. Right from the beginning, there was a no-nonsense approach and a level of expertise beyond my best hopes! Not only did they replace the screen but they fixed missing hardware from the last time my screen was replaced by one of the largest names in iPhone repair. Additionally, all smudges on the screen as a result of the crack, were eliminated at no extra charge. I am so impressed with the staff and the quality work done at Copy Center that I wish I lived closer. They would always be my go to store! Don’t hesitate to take your highly valued devices to this store. The work they do is stellar! Much gratitude to Copy Center in Truckee!

This business has been providing me excellent service for my snow removal company. They have been printing my contract copies for over 10 years. One time they printed me 500 business cards the same day. I shipped UPS out of their previous location. They no longer ship with UPS and the business that took over their territory is 3 times more expensive. Copy Center is run by long time Truckee residents.

ALWAYS great service. EVERY time Ive gone in, since it opened in other location. And, I always got accurate time for completion of varios jobs, including screen repair and copy jobs.

The man at the counter was clearly more interested in fiddling with as Mac than talking to me. He barely made an effort to make eye contact. I went in with a hardware issue and he said they mostly do virus removal. I asked what my other options were and he said there are some guys who I could find in the yellow pages. How do you advertise computer repair but not work with hardware or even have the ability to refer me to someone with a a full name or a business name? I often make copies for local events but I wont be returning to the copy center for even that...

Wouldn’t go here again. They told me my phone was bent and I didn’t believe them. Took it to the apple store and i’m fine. Just kinda dingy looking and feeling inside.

TERRIBLE IPHONE REPAIR...These guys repaired my cracked screen on an iphone 6 and the quality of the screen is deplorable! I think they must have used the $6 dollar screen from Amazon but charged me $140 for the repair. Im already seeing a layering effect that others have mentioned...plus I cant see it with sun glasses. My phone is already developing cracks after just 3 weeks after service. Copy Center is a SERIOUS RIP OFF when it comes to IPHONE REPAIR. Dont go near this place.

I would definitely believe the bad reviews. I was not greeted when I came in, nor did they offer to help. I had planned on printing some things as well as look into getting a new macbook. I was so put off by the service I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.

1 review1.0 star rating 8/3/2016DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPAIRED HERE!!!!They use the cheapest, turd screens money can buy. You cant view it with polarized shades (blacked out) so you have to take your sunglasses off every time you look at your phone. The image quality is pixellated and degraded. It also has a ghosting effect where you see the keyboard on top of other images (video/photos). My friend also got his screen repaired here and has the same issues.The screen developed stress fractures several weeks later and was the images were fraught with static lines.I had to go to Reno to HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM and they did an excellent job with a high quality screen repair. When he removed the screen installed by Copy Center he was blown away at how poor the quality was, showing me it was cheap real glass which is why it fractured so easily and Should never be used on phones. TAKE YOUR BIZ ELSEWHERE!

I purchased a lifeproof case for my iPhone 5 since they had the cheapest prices that I could find offline. When the port cover on my lifeproof case broke, I called the company to file a claim as the case was still under warranty. Lifeproof asked for the serial # inside the case & when I gave it to them told me the case was counterfeit and that Id need to go back to the store I purchased from to request a refund. I brought the case back in to discuss and was told by the copy center that they purchased the cases as authentic cases and that lifeproof was being dishonest because they didnt want to honor the warranty and refused to give me a warranty or even a new case. I would never go back here, the customer service was horrible. Save your $ and time and go to a reputable store.
