Not many people at the counter, it took a long time to ask for a car part. I took even longer since they didnt recomend anything and just said these are the ones we sell. They didnt even have the parts on the shelf.

Bad branch ever...There is an employee of Leo boys wants to park my truck to make an oil change for it ... he was reckless driving and careless... he hit the left mirror with wall and then I found scratchers with hall left door ... then they said I have to repair and fix it then back to them to pay for me !Also I asked to put oil for 6000 miles and I paid for that and they put oil for 5000 miles

On sep 1 2018 I took my car to your store 160 MARGINAL LAGO ALTO in Trujillo Alto, PR to change the oil and filter. I was very precise with the person in charge about the need to rotate the tires. When picking up my car I noticed that the tires did not rotate them. I notified the person in charge and the technician who provided the service and the response from both was that it had been done. I explained that the tires had been marked by me and the marks were in the same position. Even so, they limited themselves to answering that the work had been done. My concern is that if something so obvious and easy to prove your people try to make me believe that it was done, in the same way they can say that they changed the oil, the filter or any other service without having done it. How can we as customers see the service we pay? Its something they have to think about. Waiting your prompt reaction.
