Gustavo really cares about his customers and their happiness. When we had an issue with the granite counter he and his team drove out on a Saturday morning 2.5 hours to our house to look at the issue and problem solve and fix the cracks and repair the caulk - they even made a custom caulk color to match the granite color. The end result was very elegant and professional. This is excellent customer service. I am very grateful for their patience and hard work to finish the job to our liking.
