The flowers were beautiful and heavy, but a little costly. After I looked closer, they had browned leaves and an unknown fungus later identified as spores on them. I contacted them in a letter about my concerns, and they offered to replace them, which I was hesitant about but accepted. I got home from work today and they are now HALF THE SIZE OF THE LAST! Edit: The flowers were explained as young so they would look tighter and small. This could have been explained prior to delivery. Flowers are good.

Fantastic selection of flowers, plants, and gift options for all occasions. I was not sure what the best mode of action was so I called the store. I had my questions answered by the pleasant automated message. After listening to the message you still had the option to speak to a member of the team if needed. I went to the online shop and found a beautiful flowering plant. Instructions are included for easy care. City Line arranged the flowers for my wedding, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier! They were absolutely gorgeous and looked like flowers from a magazine. We worked with Candy to choose the flowers - she and the rest of the team at City Line were so accommodating and really made sure we were happy with everything. They turned out even better than I had initially envisioned! We had a fall wedding and they were able to get all the flowers in all the colors we wanted. They made bouquets, boutonnieres, large arrangements for the church, centerpieces, and a large wreath for the reception. So many of our guests commented how beautiful the flowers were. Ive ordered multiple times online from City Line Florist, to have flower arrangements delivered to my home, and the quality and expertise in arranging them has always been excellent. Called City Line Florist to deliver an arrangement to my dad at Bridgeport Hospital. I picked a floral arrangement from their website and placed my order over the phone. I was shocked how quickly the arrangement was delivered. It really brightened my father’s day! Even my dad’s nurse mentioned how beautiful the flowers were and that she loves this florist! I’m sure she sees many arrangements from different florists daily. I would highly recommend City Line and I’m definitely planning to continue using them in the future.

UPDATED BELOW!!!We have been City Line customers for years, using them to help celebrate occasions from our wedding to birthdays as well as a multitude of celebratory events. Today I went to the florist to order funeral arrangements for a family member who is local. It was not a good experience, and far from what we have come to expect. As I walked in, the ladies in front asked what I needed. I explained I needed funeral flowers. I was told they were busy but would be right with me. I then looked around their adorable gift shop and waited for assistance. No one came to get me (I was the only customer in the store at the time).I went back to the front after a couple of minutes. One of the ladies saw me and went to get a 3 ring binder. It contained pictures of arrangements I could “choose” from. I stood at the register looking at a 3 ring-binder of flowers I can get anywhere. I went specifically to this florist for the personalized service we have had over the years. Had I wanted to look and pick I could have done that on any on-line platform on my couch. As she is going through the book, she is telling me most of these are very feminine. I realized that was an issue, since the family member is male. However, instead of suggesting substituting flowers to make it masculine, it was down to two I could choose from out of the book..I also wanted a flower arrangement gifted from my kids. She made one suggestion that was not in the book - which was red roses - but when she went to show me their roses, she could not. Either they were out or not easily accessible. She then continued to point to items in the book. I had to explain multiple times who this was for and from, as she was not listening. I then asked for a card to be put in with the roses, to which she looked at her computer blankly and acted as if this was going to be a challenge. I gave up on the card as a result. I requested a pick put in the rose arrangement reading, “Grandfather.” She continued to say sash and I even paid extra for said pick/sash. A sash on a vase of red roses will be huge. I also explained multiple times I did not want the sash on the other arrangement. After I paid, she asked how I wanted my receipt. We agreed on paper. She went to get it and they were out of paper. She came back with no receipt. Could she not have filled the printer and reprinted it?From start to finish it was a clunky transaction at best. To me, it all comes down to the feeling I had when I left: I did not feel listened to and clearly the florist had more important things to do than to help me with flowers. I am concerned about what the flowers will look like, which should be the least of my worries at this point. I will probably not be back. My husband had a similar “impersonal” experience there last time he went and figured it was an off day - maybe it wasn’t. I hope I am pleasantly surprised and that everything turns out great. I will be back to update this review after the funeral.Edit: I received a call the next day from a nice woman who listened to the troubles I had the previous day. She assured me the flowers would be beautiful, on time, and how I ordered them. She explained anything could be written the ribbon (not sash) for the roses. She did take down the information I wanted on the card for the roses, too.Both arrangements arrived beautiful and fresh. The only thing missing was the card Id asked for now twice, but in the end I will give the benefit of doubt that the card was made up, but did not make it to the church.I updated the stars to reflect the fact the florist took the time to reach out to me and LISTENED to my concerns.

I called them at 1130 asking for a delivery before 4. I wanted to get my boss a good bye bouquet and it was her last day at work. They were so sweet and helpful and really receptive. It has been many years, since I first called on City Line Florist for flowers and have not been disappointed yet. Now that I reside out of state, they still are my choice. I call direct and discuss my plan and they follow through.This Valentines Day, I did something different. I asked if they could, instead of candy or cookies, to include a box of blueberry muffins, since the one intended loves blueberry in all ways. They came through and it was a success.The next order for flowers will be in a few months for an UN-Birthday, which they have done several times before and was a success. They go out of their way to make the occasion memorable. I highly recommend them for their dedication.

My daughter was getting married the next day, she forgot to get her flower bouquet. So I told her I will order it for her, since she works in NY and I was closer, I was going with another flower shop, but since her fiance always buy her flowers (every week) at city line she recommended this place. I placed the order on Wednesday 11/4/20. I asked for lilys and pink blush Roses with green leaf. I get there on Thursday and when I received the flowers the pink blush Roses were semi brown. (Almost dying) I was going to complain but since I only had 2 hours before the wedding I didnt complain. Thinking if I did I wouldnt have enough time to deal with everything I had to do. So I just grab the flower bouquet ( $63.00) and was disappointed as Im putting it in the car 🤬 I was told do not let them freeze (Im thinking 🤔 you guys already let it freeze its brown) I get to my daughter house showing her fiance the flowers ( in which he goes there every week ) name angel Sandoval (ups driver) he was like its ok we cant change it now. Later after the wedding he tells me he was very disappointed, and thx god that the photos didnt capture that the pink blush Roses were brown. $63 wasted for sure, the lilys and the flowers died the next day, I was extremely disappointed, I will definitely go with the first place I recommended next time. I want a refund
