GODIVA - customer service is always first.Nice store layout but the customer service was less than pleasant. A man behind the counter wearing a blazer with an accent assisted me. I asked if the store carried an item and he provided me with information about an item I clearly did not ask for/about in an uppity, down-the-nose manner. The fact that the item was not available didnt bother me but his response to a customer inquiry lead me to purchase my item online. That said, I will not be returning to Godiva or recommending it to friends or family.

Okay Lets get started. We went to the Godiva store for my birthday. The guy in the store was so nice super duper nice. I bought 16 pieces of chocolate. So..... I went into the pantry to get the GOOD Godiva chocolate! By the way the the chocolate is mucho dinero. THERE WERE BUGS EVERY WHERE. No joke, bugs every where. We had to throw out all of our food in our pantry. Thanks for ruining our weekend. We have to go to Costco again on a Saturday. Never buy from Godiva ever. This was GODIVA Stamford. GODIVA go back to your ant hole where your chocolate is made of.
