I love JCP but the restroom here needs a complete makeover. Other than that I prefer coming here. I like the salon too. They do an amazing job! Leslie and Dawn are amazing!

I have always had a good experience shopping at Pennys. Recently I purchased another set of Liz Claiborne towels and Clarks shoes. You will find name brand quality items and when using their coupons its a real bargain. Their staff at checkout has always been friendly and helpful. It makes shopping there a pleasure.

I used to shop at Milford location, was much better than. Their prices got higher and the materials for clothing gotten a lot a lot worse. I guess they are short with stuff because all the stuff I got from discount rags were regular price at the cash register. Try a different store instead.

I was at the hair salon. My stylist, Dawn, is amazing. She cut and colored my hair and did a spectacular job. Dawn has a wonderful chairside manner, listens to what you have for ideas and cares about what you want. Shes the only one who I let touch my hair. You cant go wrong getting her!

So dissatisfied with the service, I asked for a differing colour and they put their own colour and told its the darkest colour they have and spoiled my hair and they billed me for 170$ n took 200$ which is not worth for the worst service I regret so much for going their ..

Manager Shavare wasnt having the greatest closing shift I guess?? But guess its the customers fault? Anyways, completely understand people want to leave when the store is closing. However when you have ONE location through out the store to return items it becomes very inconvenient to myself for waiting in a line that doesnt process returns and to the associate who has to take care of needs when the intercom goes on saying to go to the nearest register. Anyways, approaching the return line I asked MANAGER Shavare if he was available @ 7:03. He said he guess he was as he wasn’t closed out. I would of understood if he said he wasn’t available. I had plans to return the following day. Ok? Cool. I approached him letting him know I had a return and needed to exchange. To me, it was something quick. I knew what I needed. Not rocket science nor is it a 5 min process. After standing there for a good minute with nothing said, I looked at him waiting to be directed on what he needed. Of course i was pulling up my receipt, however nothing was said that he needed it. (Dont know if he needs time to log in, finish what he was doing, me not trying to interrupt :s) he began with saying I cant exchange something without another item. OK MR.KING KONG ATTITUDE, I need to order the right size. Good 3 minutes pass and my receipt wasnt loading, and I looked at him again and asked what he needed. With an attitude “your receipt” and he aggressively took my items from the counter and began looking at them. I don’t put up with attitude, enough said, I asked him Why wasnt that asked from me to begin with? Am I supposed to magically know he was ready for the receipt? He said “ you know what mam, you can take that right back” and gave back my pants. He refused to return my items for what reason? And his attitude- a customer has to put up with but when its given back its an issue? I asked to speak to the manager, and loudly and proudly he said he was the manager. As a manager, i asked him if that was a way to treat customers. I asked to speak to another manager, and thankfully someone else came at the right time. I let the manager know how our altercation went and he proceeded to lie saying he had said certain things when he clearly didn’t which was MY issue. If he actually would of said what he claimed he said to assist me, we wouldnt have had an issue. Maybe I was bugging out not hearing things, but I looked at my friend to make sure I wasn’t in another world and she said what had happened, he was just standing there doing nothing. What could of been a 3 minute thing, he prolonged it for several. I asked him to spell his name several times, thanks for repeating it several times. As a manager, refusing to assist a customer for no reason isn’t customer satisfaction. Giving attitude and making it an issue for the customer is not a managerial skill. Maybe rethink your position if not able to handle the little things?

Went for the first time since the virus. I was shocked that there was no hand sanitizer at the door. It was very warm inside. I had to leave because it was to hot with a mask on to shop. Inventory wasnt great, but I guess understandable trying to get going and flipping stock since closing in March.

I have not been to a mall in years. I do go to Penneys when I need to pick up online orders. The store had alot of activity considering Covid. People wearing masks. JCPenney did have barriers at their cash registers. They also provided hand sanatizer.4 stars because I received a bad item. It was a previously returned item missing the hardware. Oh well they credited me back.

Great cashier, very attentive HOWEVER yall need cashier active around the store.. The most important element in retail business or in any business is NEVER MAKE THE CUSTUMER WAIT to cash out.. especially with the social distance requiremnts. Regarless how slow days are.. more than one register needs to be active at once.

This is for the salon: Crystal did an excellent job on my hair! I came in with green tips and I left with a beautiful lavender. She was more than happy to take all the time we needed to make it perfect. She was great at keeping conversation going and keeping me informed through every step of the process. I will definitely be going back to her!

No one available in Mens department to help purchase a suit jacket. With a $279 price tag, you would think somebody might assist or an associate would be there, but no. Shirt $50. Sure its an okay white button up, but really is it worth fifty dollars ? Try Marshalls or TJMaxx first if you need mens business attire.

There sale prices can be good at times but this location lacks adequate customer service. I had a pick up order and was never informed the that If I wanted to return or exchange the item, I had to go back specifically to the pick up station. Therefore, I waited in a line for 20 minutes when I didn’t have to, and all the women at the register said was I can’t help you, you have to go to the pick up section. Then when I told the women that was in pick up that they should advise people of that, she gave me attitude. It could’ve been as simple as “I apologize that no one informed you.”

Worst return experience Ive ever encountered. Had to drive 30 minutes to get to a store because its practically impossible to return something you bought online.I waited in line at a customer service desk on a Saturday during Christmas season to only be told that I needed to go downstairs to another counter to return the item and then waited and another line.

Really boring displays and merchandise. I used to shop at Penneys regularly 10 years ago for decades. Many displays in this store were completely empty. Aisle flow was confusing, and transitions from department to department were awkward. I looked for their advertised Sephora counter but never found it. Would not shop here ever.

Jc Penney use to be a different i dont know what changed. It just a different vibe in the store. Honestly I cant tell if the employees are trained to stare at the few customers they still have or if they think everyone is stealing. I thought it just might be a that particular day but i went back 2 more times and sure enough still weird vibe. But anyways the clothes are meh... Basic. The household items are the only up to date things they sell so if your over 50 and like to be watched while shopping go for it.
