I ordered 4 T-shirt they told me was going to be ready for the next day at 2 pm. I came around 3 pm and the T-shirts wasn’t ready and told me to wait 20 minutes. I went back 2 hours late and the girls was doing something else and make me wait 30 more minutes.The price was kind of high and the Service was poor. What a bad experience.

I have been a customer of this store throughout the pandemic purchasing a shirt here and there. My sister decided to throw a last min graduation party for my nephew last week. I needed 65 t-shirts the staff was really friendly and accommodating! They made me feel comfortable and stress free although it was last minute. All the shirts came out perfect and helped make the party a success. Thank you Cali Custom see u for my next party 🥳🎉

I don’t even remember how many years ago I first came here but I know I ordered 11 shirts right off the bat. The fact that I’m still coming to this place ordering things every week should say enough. The employees literally went from strangers to friends. I only wear my brand now which this place made possible. Cali Customs is legit and a definitely a blessing to me. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Customer service was great but items look subpar. I ordered two hoodies with my business logo and 5 masks. The quality looks like itll fall off after the first wash, the hoodies look and feel cheap but the most disappointing fact is I wanted Neon Green and just got green. Doesnt look professional at all.

I placed an order for 6 shirts and two sweatshirts. I arrived to find my order was wrong. Only two shirts were made and the sweatshirts did not have our names written across the front as instructed. I had called and emailed with my order so I dont understand how it was wrong. The gentleman working at the time, had no idea about my order and couldnt get ahold of the owner. The designs look cheap and after two washes, the logo is washing away in areas and the entire logo is discolored. I am appalled at how poorly the designs held up. I was also shocked at the price which for two shirts and two sweatshirts was $140. Complete waste of money.

The team at Cali Customs in the Westfield Trumbull mall is professional, friendly, and really wonderful all around. We ordered 2 hoodies and 2 masks - the quality of the custom print products was top notch (color, texture, etc.) definitely a great idea for the holidays or any special occasion.The Cali Customs team went above and beyond in their service capabilities and delivered the products straight to our home the next day! I was looking to order a single shirt in a size with a minimum count online. Cali Customs happily let me order just the one size, and returned the finished product in only a day, much faster than the online sources. Plus, the people there were very kind and had a great sense of humor. I would be happy to shop there again next time I need custom shirts, mugs, or other product.

I recently purchased a huge order for sweaters at the hospital I work in and the quality was outstanding! I’ve shopped here before for personal gifts for family members who were also very happy with the custom items. The shop owner provided me with such great customer service and was very knowledgeable. I have ordered from here in the past. My last visit, I received a pixelated image on the shirt. They would not give me a refund, they only offered to reprint another image, which would have most likely have had the same result. My advice is to have original images at hand, with large image sizes or receive printed images that are unsatisfactory.

Started off as a great experience that quickly went down hill. The design was the complete opposite of what I wanted and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Never again.

Great staff! But dont follow directions! I got two orders from this place, both orders duplicated wrong! They reordered more shirts, and had that order duplicated wrong as well. The store cant process big orders!!! I waited a month for 29 shirts. Not good business at all.

The shop has a cool, hip vibe, very inviting, and good music too. There is a large variety of merchandise along with many options to play with when creating your own custom apparel. The staff is fun, friendly, professional, and very accommodating aswell. They will work with your taste and incorporate your own ideas, such as personal pictures. Good quality material too. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here and will definately come back.

Theyre always friendly whenever I go in. Also ask me how I want my logo styled on anything I get there whether its on a t-shirt, hoodie, etc. Been there multiple times & am pleased with how they design my shirts every time. Im a loyal customer & they do great work there.

The workers were not responsible for their mistakes and still made me pay $26 on a shirt that did not match what I ordered. They consistantly were telling me I was wrong. Not appropriate and disappointed in the service. Will not be going again.
