Cristina did an awesome job selling me a watch
In and out to make a credit card payment.
Contrary to a couple bad reviews on here, my experience at Trumbull Mall was GREAT. I was assisted by Maria. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything and she was super patient. I’ve never purchased jewelry myself, so I had to look/touch at least 5 rings and didn’t feel an ounce of uncomfortability. She was also very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend her to any “first time” buyer :)
Very Good 👍experience
I bought a pair of earring each of 0.5 carat for around $1500. I just wore it for a day or two. After a few years, thought of selling it since it was sitting in the box for a very long time unused. So I took it to the multiple “cash for jewelry shop”. They checked the earring and said it’s not even worth $ 300. I was too shocked to hear it . I couldn’t believe that a renowned diamond store like Zales could cheat me. I am just stuck with it.
If you go ask for Amy! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
Went to this Zales and had a very good experience. I was helped by a really nice lady named Paula . Highly recommended!!!
Sales clerk could not get my account online. Said it did not exist. Mind you I am a customer if many years. So I will have to go back.
Horrible customer service, agents were very dismissive and rude. They never got up to greet us and we had to walk over to where they were sitting for service. Also could not help us with our exchange and made up a story about customer service reaching out to them denying our transaction. i have shopped with zales for years and have never been treated this way. Will NEVER shop at this store again. I reached out to customer service after and explained what happened at the store and they confirmed that NO ONE reached out to this store claiming anything about this transaction. Customer service helped me complete my transaction in the Milford zales in CT instead.
Staff is not helpful at all. went in for a wedding band which lost a diamond and we have a warranty on it. we couldnt find the paper work but asked the staff to search for our names in the system and didnt seem to even try to find our paper work
Had to return a piece of jewelry and the were helpful, understanding and professional.
This place is the worst ever! The staff is unreliable, unwelcoming, unhelpful and totally clueless. I went in about a year ago to take a graduation ring to get a stone placed. They gave me an estimate and said they would send the ring to get checked. I also asked to get a cleaning and reshape. Months passed and i never recieved a phone call from them. I went in person to and asked what was done to the ring. First, it was a major problem finding my information in their computer system. Second, they had no idea where my ring was. Third, i left without my ring and no information. A week after I recieve a phone call from them saying that they found my misplaced ring and i could pick it up any time. They had not done any work on it. Since i live about an hour away just today about 2/3 months after i go in to get my ring. First, their was no greeting at all. I wait about 15 minutes and nothing. I decided to leave and went back about 15 minutes later. As soon as i ask for my ring, they have no clue what i was talking about. I gave in my ID for information and nothing. About 15 minutes later my receipt appears. Still no ring or notes on the computer about the incident. As it appears the store manager is the one who has been working with me the last times I’ve went in. Even then they have no clue where the ring is. I read these reviews and notice my situation isin’t the only one of it’s kind. Apparently they are used to losing their clients jewelry. My graduation ring has sentimental value. How is it possible that this is happening in a well named jewelry store and nothing is being done. I will never buy nor recommend this store to anyone ever!!!!!
Worst jewelry store. Staff was supposed to return or rings that they lost yesterday. They almost refused to speak to us claiming we were not next in line when everyone else was already being helped. Extremely rude! Hope the staff burns in hell. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor by going to a nice local jeweller.
We gave them our wedding bands for a ring spa (cleaning and polishing) and they lost them! Nobody cared to let us know. When we called and the rings still werent there days after the deadline, they tried to lie their way out of it and in the end said that the box with our rings in it came back the week before and then disappeared....Zales, your trust is our top priority... is it, really??????
I love this jewelry store. The costumer service was excellent
