You need an appointment to go if you want your device to be checked, but if you just want to buy a device you can walk in. I was pleased with the service, the representative that assist me answer all the questions I had. The computer arrived earlier than expected. The place was not crowded when I went.
These guys rock. I stopped in today to get a screen replacement as I dropped my newer iPhone 12 and cracked the screen. Greg helped me. He was great to deal with. The store was pretty crowded, and they handled it well. I was really impressed with everyone there.
I came in after multiple failed attempts at a T-Mobile store while transferring the data from one phone to another. I initially came in without an appointment and was told there was a 3 hour wait. However, a kind representative was able to get me squeezed in with a specialist within 30 minutes. The data was transferred and the phone was as good as new within 20 minutes. A smooth and efficient experience.
As someone visiting from NYC, it’s a refreshing sight to come into an Apple store that isn’t overly crowded, you get help instantly and staff here are just so pleasant. I miss this experience in the city, and here you can have it. Solved my problem, repaired my item in one hour, just a great all-around experience.
At first they said it would take 2 1/2 hours to buy a Laptop we had already researched. Then we asked another manager and she had us taken care of in 15 - 20 minutes!!! Thank you for your friendly and efficient customer service.
Excellent customer service. Great vibes. Went in didnt know I had to make an appointment. They made me an appointment with in half an hour. Fixed my daughters phone with in less than five minutes. Then someone else checked the phone just to double check that the phone is not damaged. Kudos to them
Bad customer service in store. No one comes to help and when I asked they asked for my appointment which Apple doesn’t need to come in store. She judge the client from face. I was there to buy Apple Watch. But because of their wrong judgement and bad service. Don’t want to buy from this store and bought from new haven. I used to love Trumbull Apple store but now I never prefer it. Or recommend. Girl has lot of attitude and other staff don’t care if you are standing there to anybody come for help.
Wanted to purchase another desktop and the new m1 laptop. Made a reservation and went in at the appointed time. When I got in a representative said an available rep would be right with me. I waited for aprox 10 minutes. I noticed that there were Im some cases 2 reps at one table just hanging around. I went back to the door to ask the person in charge of scheduling whats going on and to speak to a manager. Before he heard what I had to say anything he started point me towards the line. I explained to him that I have an appointment and I was inside...I just want to speak to a manager he repeated that I should join the line behind a customer that just showed up. He was very condescending in his tone. I felt like I was begging to purchase a computer. The sad thing is I have to go back because I left my laptop in another state and needed one to travel this week. We will see when I go back.

Just had a great experience in the Trumbull apple store with Robert. My Face ID and camera were not working so I set an appointment. They got me in right away and I walked out with both items working again within 30minutes. I was fully expecting pushback and/or having to send my phone out for lengthy repairs(who can do that these days). I am so thrilled with the service there, just incredible.

Store is open again after it was closed for a while because of the covid19 pandemic, they have signs that tell which line youre suppose to be in depending on the reason for your visit. Enter through the main doors on the main street side of the mall and pass cheesecake factory on the right and its the second on the left.

Yesterday 3/29/21, I visited the Apple store in Trumbull Mall, CT. I went in to purchase an Ipad Air in the color blue. Upon my arrival, I was instructed to stand-in and get my temperature taken. I then made an appointment with one of the employees to enter the store. He took my name and email address, then he told me Ill have to wait for 20 to 25 minutes. I said okay, and I stood in another line. I ended waiting for 45 minutes, I was just standing there watching employees standing around and chatting with each other while looking at their phones. Finally, a young lady approached me and Asked my name and said I’ll be helping you today. I spent less than five minutes in the store. They didnt have the what I wanted in stock. She told me if I ordered it I will receive it on the 6th, however, I needed it right away. WORST SERVICE EVER. I ended up driving over to Best Buy, it took me 10 minutes to get there and 8 minutes to complete my transaction and 10 minutes to get back home. I will never go back to the Apple Store in Trumbull Mall!!!!

I was introduced to Phil and he was a great help and had a positive attitude, by the end I was able to make my purchase, received info on the ipads I bought and was informed about the monthly workshops held in store(which one was going on while I was there). I am a Google guy but it was an amazing experience dealing with Phil and William, check them out.
Hello I am Liliana Giordano... Last week I went to visit the Trumbull Mall Apple store with an Apple six phone my daughter in law gave me Rachael.. The phone screen wasn’t working and a customer representative told me I had to wait 3 hour to get it checked by a technical support representative, She said her next availability wasn’t until August first... Another Customer representative Destiny was amazing she took the phone check it said the battery was charge the phone just needed a screen replacement for $129.00.Destiny was excellent at her customers was very concerned to help me resolve my phone situation.I highly recommend her for she is a great customer representative and support to Apple Company.I got my phone fix by another independent service technician at another place and my phone is working at this time.I was saved $129.00 during this difficult times.Thank you Destiny for your excellent help knowledge and experience.I needed the phone to work right away for I had a granddaughter and needed to check on my family in another state July 24 2020 was the day after her birth day I visited the store around noontime.God bless you.

First time there, worst experience. If I could give them a zero star I would. If I didn’t already purchased my items in that store I would have taken my business elsewhere. They had me waiting for my item until closing time to tell me nothing was there. They didn’t offer any help, not even let me cancel my order and purchase my items in the store. They were all standing around on their phones doing nothing. The worst customer service I have ever received. Today Dec,8,2020.

Apple products are truly the worst products on the market. Purchased and Ipod with 256 gig. Had only 15 gig for music used for 30 hockey games while i ran the clock. It was 1 year and 4 months old. While i was eating dinner the ipod made a noise in my living room. Got up to see what it was for the screen to light up in the background and do nothing ar all. Tried several times to reset it. Ridiculous that Apple does not srand behind their products. The rep even said that the ipod was in very good condition and he is guessing the processor fried. I should not have to spend money on something that they use poor quality parts in. I will never own another Apple product ever. It would be awesome for Apple to go bankrupt and shut its doors forever.

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales and Genius Bar associates. Every question was answered thoroughly and the issue was resolved.
It took us 15 minutes past our appointment schedule to get our phones fixed. As well as people who got here after us were allowed in before us. Terrible customer service. Lots of people standing in the back doing nothing. They also could not even put on our phone protective screen for us after waiting all that time.
Has four security guards outside. 4/5 stars. One for each security guard doing nothing.

They are so bad. 3 moth ago I went to take out a phone . They put me 2 phone in my Account of AT&T and I only purchased one phone. Now AT&T is charging me for the whole device $1125.03 . Now they can’t fix my problem with AT&T. I have to pay all the money. And that was apples fault . They are so bad they don’t know what they are doing.

Needed a repair to iMac. Eli was assigned to work with us. He is excellent. Ran a series of diagnostics and identified a simple fix.We did have a bit of a wait, but very happy with results.

I arrived a little early and a nice young lady greeted me and told me I would have to wait until about 10 mins before my scheduled apportionment to swap out my battery. I made the appointment online and it was pretty easy to. Around two minutes after my appointee was schedules to start David introduced himself and asked what was up. I let him know I was there to have the battery replaced. He said fine, but just one thing, please log into you apple account. I let him know right away I didnt know my password off the top of my head. He handed me the phone and said please log in I said that is not going to happen. I have my password in a password safe and I dont carry that with me He said I am sorry, but we cant service the phone unless you log in So I asked So I need my password? He said yes. I then said well, you guys should have let me know that before I came in. I picked up my phone and walked out. Apple had multiple chances to remind me of that, but it didnt happen and I wasted my morning getting to this store and dealing with someone who didnt seem ready to help me, and was quick to put up roadblocks instead of solutions.
Just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to 11. Had some problems with not having cellular data. Due to the pandemic I expected the wait to be a while, which didn’t bother me. There were lots of people waiting as well, but it seemed like all the employees were doing their best to attend to each customer and prioritize who’s needs required less time to get them out and the customers with more time consuming issues in. I waited a little longer than anticipated but again, that was expected. I was helped by Muhaad (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong). He had great customer service, showed his concerns for my faulty phone and tried to what seems like the best of his abilities to figure out what was wrong. It ended up with me just getting a replacement phone and SIM card free of charge. Overall had a good experience, welcoming atmosphere, I felt like a priority, nice staff and got my problem solved. Thank you!
Issue was resolved but with a little confusion. Tho the rep was knowledgeable, he tried to help many people at one time..asking me to continue to wait in between customers. He was polite but I had to ask why he was doing that. He then explained. I thanked him for his help and I just thought he might communicate a little more what he was doing.
Worst customer service on the planet. Girlfriend called apple when phone went black, they directed her to the apple store in Trumbull that told her they could help right away. was 2.5 hours away, which they were made aware of and they told her no problem we will put you in the schedule. got there. made her wait an hour. just to tell her there was nothing they could do come back in a week. she called me from her car in a panic/tears. i called the store. waited on hold for 2 hours to be told your problems arnt my problems then was hung up on as i was speaking. HIGHLY recommend you stay far away. with customer service like this they are sure to start dropping customers left and right. its a damn shame. if i could give no stars i would. i will certainly be referring every one i know or come across to a different apple store.
The people here are the best in terms of attentiveness, knowledge and willingness to help. The store is popular, so wait times can be prolonged, but I have never been disappointed. The Geniuses are extraordinary, going the extra distance to make sure that customer needs are met. (In New Haven, for example, it feels like an attractive factory, where the goal is to sell and get people on their way, vs. taking the time to respond...)
Pushy sales lady, didnt want to take the time to show me the touch bar on the 15 inch MBP I wanted to buy. She said just go online and search YouTube, Im spending $3400 you better take time to show me...I walked out and going to a different Apple store.

It started off right when I walked in the store. An associate noticed me right away, asked me what I needed help in, and directed me to the area/station where I could receive assistance.Unfortunately, when I arrived at the area/station where the AirPods were located at, two associates were there, both seemed to be talking to one another exchanging information, perhaps in regards to the “would be customer.”Now I have no problem with that, that’s their job. But what I did have a problem with, is you ignoring me. I’m standing there, I’m looking at you, you’re looking at me, and you choose not to address me, not acknowledge me, nothing. All you have to say is, “I’ll be right with you,” but no, I actually stood there for a few, until another associate came up to me, and he had to decipher which associate was helping the woman (unbeknownst to me, only one was). He asked the young lady associate was she assisting the customer, she told him no. Once he determined she was not, he then had to actually tell the young lady to assist me.That type of behavior is just unacceptable! Her behavior left me not wanting to ever return to that store. That will be my last purchase from Apple at Trumbull.It’s great that some people have a very professional attitude at work, while those that don’t, can tarnish the reputation of a business.
They are very helpful but it is very pricey so I rarely walk out with items
I have been an apple users for over 15 years and visited many stores. I am planning to upgrade my system but not from the Trumbull store. I was in the store for over 45 minutes and received no attention. This has never happen in New Haven or Stamford. Trumbull needs to rethink customer service, maybe the staff needs training from the other stores. Thanks for a great experience and I wont be back to this store.

Gorgeous store, as Apple know how to make. The best products, as Apple know how to create, OK customers service, apparently as Apple know how to serve. My issue wasnt solved, and this is the second store I tried. Love Apple, less than I used to.
Love the place when certain staff is there. I refuse to walk in when I see certain managers on duty. Shame that I’ll even choose to run up to New Haven instead of going to this spot sometimes.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employees. !!BUT!! the seem to always seem forced to prioritize the apple first before the customer. in my case i use my phone for business and when my iPhone has obvious issues that theyre last option is a device swap, they will always like to enforce the most time consuming approach for the consumer/customer before resolving the issue with repairs or sending the devises offsite to get repaired or inspected with out a guaranteed ETA. They will always make it seem like if the apple devices come with problems under warranty it must be the customers fault or they believe it can always be fixed with a software update or master reset of the device after running diagnostics. MY MAIN POINT HERE IS IF YOU KNOW THE DEVICE HAS PROBLEMS PLEASE EXPECT A VERY LONG WAIT OTHER THAN GETTING A QUICK REPLACEMENT, EVEN IF YOU USE YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS FOR BUSINESS USE OR PERSONAL
I had one good experience there (technician fixed my screen cover on my iPhone and did it very quickly) and one very bad experience (had to wait an hour for an appointment for an obvious battery problem and after a few tests, the technician tried to sell me a new iPhone and never fixed my problem). Disappointing. Not sure if its the luck of the draw or if the store has a problem finding and training good technicians.

I recently purchased a brand new unlocked iPhone XR from this Apple. To my disappointment, the phone was already damaged with an internal tech issue where the Face ID was not working. I took it in the immediate next day, which they told me they needed to ship out the phone and wait another 5 days to either fix the issue or replace the phone. I am confused to why I couldn’t just get the replacement then and there, considering those model phones were most definitely in stock, and the phone was given to me broken, and was less than 24 hours old.Service is average. The only good thing after the terrible wait is that the salespeople are relatively nice to their customers.

Unfortunately, service is poor or none when it comes to recover forgotten apple ID. They lied to me numerous times that I will get a text message and I can change my password right away. In reality they sent me an email that someone is going to call me in month to help me recover a password. First month no call, second month no call ... on and on. It took me about 6 months to do it by myself.I regret that all our products at home are from apple with apple care.As a customers who spent big $$$ we do not deserve to be treat like that.Besides being nice in the store, lie that someone is going take care of you and soap your eyes thats all what they can do...Id better be buying Android
Service is terrible. Scheduled a time to fix my Apple Watch. Upon arrival I was told my appt was canceled because they set it for a time that I wasn’t told to go to. Instead of taking me right away, I was told to wait an hour to and hour and half before I see a genius.

I understand the Apple presentation concept however if a client walks in knowing exactly what they want and ask for that specific item and they narrow it down to size and color why would you have them sitting there waiting for 15-20 minutes before you get them the item and take them through a check out. Your sales people may know their product but have no concept as to what selling is. I made a comment about an item being priced too high and the sales person told me and I quote you dont have to buy it how arrogant can you get? My computer, my tablet, my phone and my watch are apple products...thats not how you keep clients.

This is, without exaggeration, the worst store and worst customer service I have ever experienced. They replaced my broken iPhone with a broken iPhone, and then made me wait over a week to receive a replacement for their broken phone (which I never had an opportunity to actually use). They wouldnt pick up any phone calls, wouldnt expedite the diagnosis/replacement process, and wouldnt transfer this issue to my local Apple store.
I am very disappointed about the fact that they dont give military discount on their products when we got there after it was stated on the website. Planning on getting rid of all my apple products and telling all my military people to do the same.
