Every time I come here the employee puts up a sign that says they’ll “be back in 30mins.” Its always over an hour and now they’ve lost my business for good.

The General Manager is horrible. only puts stuff out after they buy/try it. Available online for ordering and many people I know in other areas already have products but this location which by proximity is closest to my home is run by a yahoo who only does things upon their leisure . Staff is good but the GM is a f*** tart

The guy was sitting on his phone with no mask . I asked him about products and he pointed to the direction but never got up from the counter he was sitting on . Began looking down on his phone didnt care to help me.

Disgusting how they handled a return! My husband bought a prework out powder and the women wouldn’t return it for the price he bought! So she tried to just give him a new powder which he was not comfortable taking. Then he thought about it and said let me return it. So she returned the original powder for $36 and only gave him the sale powder price for $26. He left the store. He still felt like something wasn’t right.So he decided to call customer service and they told him to return to the store “FOR A FULL REFUND, SHE RETURNED THE SALE PRICE “. She then snatched the receipt when she saw him come back. She was very unprofessional and wouldn’t even speak to customer service! She is so lucky my husband dropped me off at home! He argued with her for almost an hour for $10! It’s not the money it’s the principle. She is probably stealing from others then fights with them not to give them a refund! Shame on GNC in Trumbull Ct. Terrible customer service!

Great GNC and has everything I need!!!!Best vitamins over all the other places to buy!!!!I once switched to a competitors vitamins, and couldnt get out of bed I was soooo tired. I switched back to GNC and will stay with them forever!!!!Their vitamins are potent and work the best!!!!Herbs too are the best!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are no help. have no clue about any item in there . Theyre super awkward, and they made the whole experience sketchy and uncomfortable. Never going back again
