Id accidentally ordered the wrong tires but they were able to help me get the correct ones, install them & chg the oil with very little wait time. They were very nice & helpful with the situation.

I had a warranty for what was being done on my vehicle bought the warranty from Walmart a few months earlier but they didnt have the documents in their system. They told us since they didnt have it in their records I didnt have any warranty. I was very grateful I kept my records inside My vehicle maintenance book. I was able to find the necessary information even though I found the documents, I was treated as if I was a burden to them. I did get the maintenance on my vehicle, which was a new tire and a rotation but it took 3 1/2 hours to complete..They did a good job on my tire and rotation but I believe they could have been better with customer service care.

Employees are soooo lazy! Ive been here two times and they are rude! They do not want to do the job. If they are unhappy to work at their current job they need to not take it on the customer! Do your job and be nice.

Terrible. They couldnt get my oil plug off after waiting a hour. Went to Express Oil Change and they got it right off.

The employees at the Trussville Auto Center are always really nice and it’s usually pretty fast!!

Got up early and arrived at 7 am to get tires before heading to work. First customer there and the worker told me he couldnt do any tire work until 8:30. Why open at 7 if youre not going to serve your customers?

Just bought a brand new set of Goodyear tires 6 days ago and already 3 have gone flat. And now I cant get any one to pick up the phone. 400 bucks for poor product and service.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.I had a brand new set of Pirelli tires installed on my truck and they had me in and out very quickly.I would definitely recommend getting auto service here.

Worst experience ever! Im waiting for 3hrs to only now be serviced. I should have heeded to the other reviews. 3 customers still waiting at 815pm for 1 tire! This department closes at 7pm. Were they creating the rubber for the tires? I know now not to come to Walmart for tires....

Bought my tires online and had to wait an extra day to get them installed since they clearly can not communicate at all. Also the day after I got them installed, I walked out to my car to find that one of the tires was completely flat and the others were getting there. So to say that I had a horrible experience with them would be an understatement.
