Just left this place trussville al location!!! And they were so engaged in their conversation with a young lady that they didn’t want to do their job and go look for shoes that I picked out !!! The first guy didn’t know where to look to find the shoe so I doubt he really looked ...so I looked n found a different shoe n another guy felt sorry n tried to look but the guy who didn’t know where to look stopped him n said ladies shoe size start at 8 !!! How n I’m a lady with a size 6!?! Please have management on day n night shift !!!

Store smelled like they smoke inside, never got any help. Ended up leaving and ordering online

I love the store but the website doesn’t work!! Press and hold button never allows access to the site which is beyond frustrating. Hibbett’s please fix your website and I will gladly rate you at 5 stars!

Don’t recommend you come here for shoes on the release date !!! Unless you have a raffle and you can barley even win a raffle for the trussville location .. this store should really be shut down !! After 12 IT SHOULD BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ‼️‼️‼️ No waiting list because that’s just like a raffle .. if the person has the money up front after 12 you should sell them !!! & NO OTHER HIBBETTS STORE DOES THIS !! We were looking for wrestling shoes for my grandson. Pell City store didnt have them so went to Trussville location and got them. Nice helpful people at both stores.

The sales associates was extremely kind and helpful. She measured my kids feet and gave great suggestion

Supposed to open at 10 were standing there the lady looks at us looks at her phone which is now 1001 put her phone back in her pocket and continues to talk just completely rude about opening the doors then have no practice jerseys football season just started kids need jerseys dont call yourself a sports place if youre not going to carry the sports supplies that people need

If I could give this location no stars at all, I would. Im an African American male and Im not one to play the race card but never in my life have I ever gone into a shoe and apparel store and not gotten greeted. There was at least 4 workers in there and they were all white and I know they saw me when I walked in. I had to have been in the store for at least 10 to 15 minutes and no one came to ask me if I needed anything the entire time. Meanwhile, the guy that was working on the floor continuously tried to help all the other white customers in the store. I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. To sum up my visit to this store in simpler terms, if youre black or African American and you want some shoes from this store, expect to get treated with the upmost disrespect and expect the workers there to go above and beyond for their white customers.

Went there with my neighbor,he purchase a 300 dollar ping pong table and they wouldnt give him a ball set,which was only ten dollars. I like them a little but that deal put a bad taste in my mind. Should have give him some ball or something 300 dollars a kiss on the cheek on something come on guys.
