I have had my Miracle Ear aids for almost 3 years and they work great. The best thing about this company is the excellent customer service. I have worked with Nick for 3 years and he totally takes care of my aids and treats me like family!

I brought my grandad in here, and Maddie was incredible. He doesn’t know much English but she tried her hardest to understand him. She was extremely sweet and helpful, would definitely recommend!!

This place is awesome. My mother has tried hearing aids from a well respected ENT group in Birmingham and Heraing Life which both resulted with disappointing results. This company is so much better in every aspect such as hearing quality, technology and service. Mr.Olsen took his time with mom explaining everything and making sure to answer any concerns. A friendly place and good environment i had the best experience

I bought a pair of hearing aids from Nick Olsen several months ago and couldnt be more please with his service and with the hearing aids I purchased. I had purchased some inexpensive hearing aids over the internet and they helped a little but not much. Truthfully I just didnt want to wear them. I sat down with Nick and when I put the hearing aids on I could actually hear again. Pretty amazing! And they work all the time. It has changed the quality of my life. I can enter into the conversations going on around me because I can hear. And I dont mind wearing something that works. I highly recommend Nick Olsen and Miracle Ears product.

I would like to thank Nick for his professionalism in programming my hearing aids. I received these aids from the VA in Atlanta and here helping daughter with some medical issues. Service great above and beyond

Although Im still getting use to my hearing aids, they have opened a totally new world for me. Sounds I never knew existed around me are pleasantly surprising me to no end. Each day brings something new. Never knew what I was missing. Ongoing but just great and I love the service too.

Bought hearing aids for my mother at this location. We live almost an hour and a half away, and had the choice of going to two other Miracle Ear locations which were just as close, but after meeting Nick Olsen and his staff we were very satisfied, and Nick was extremely patient and thorough with my mother, and when it comes to working with the elderly that is extremely important. After purchasing the hearing aids, he was very thorough to ensure the settings were correct to give her the most benefit. We were very thankful for their service, and would highly recommend this office for your hearing needs!
