Edited review; We had problems with our purchase and the recall repairs. I will hand it to Devious, they reached out to me and took care of me. I feel confident with the management (as I told them) that I will start new and put it all behind me. They are going to be my shop. I left off one star due to all the hassle, but they really did step up.

Just bought a 2021 Polaris Rzr XP4 1000 from Devious Power Sports and was very impressed with there customer service and wanted to thank Alex for all of his help. They were very helpful and will definitely be back for all of my ATV needs!

Worked with Alex 95% of the time, and Jason a few. Bought our 2020 Rzr Pro and Alex was super easy to deal with, had all our paper work and financing ready when we showed up just like he said he would. Jason delivered the Rzr to our door since we didn’t have a trailer yet.I broke a door latch on my first trip out (my fault) and to get us riding again ASAP they took one off a machine on the floor. I text Alex questions or if I need parts and he responds quick and has the parts at the counter waiting when I show up.

I brought my ranger in, I couldnt keep it running. I met one of the mechanics Gavin and he was able to figure the issue out. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly figured out the issue!

I called and spoke with a guy named Alex and he told me he could have the Polaris I wanted built in a day which he did and I only spent maybe 20 minutes there for paperwork then loaded my new quad and was gone great experience my hats off to Devious Powersports. Thanks guys!

Took these clowns two four wheelers for service on Nov 1st. Got a call about mid February that they were ready for pick up. Asked if they had everything done... they didn’t, so the guy says let me give you a call back in a minute. No phone call... about 50 days later, I got another call saying they are done. I don’t even ask, I just go and pick them up.Service guy was out to lunch, so I had to wait for him, apparently it wasn’t anyone else’s job to help a customer pay for service work.Batteries were both dead, so they had to jump them, not that big of deal. When they pulled the big wheeler around I noticed it still had the original tires on it, which I asked twice to be replaced. The four wheel drive switch still doesn’t work.Pretty sure they have seen the last of me...

Excellent customer service. No pressure. Ryan,Andy,and Crystal made for a easy deal. It was so good. I bought 2 quads,2 snowmobiles, and a trailer. Very highly recommended.

Yeah was not a good experience.

I used to enjoy spending time at Devious. It was a place where you could go and just hangout and talk about your hopes and dreams for your car. They always had the best advice and always happy to get you going in the right direction. Now it’s just about the bottom line and getting you out the door regardless of if you make a purchase/service or not. I was there recently hoping it would be the same and this guy (David) rubbed me the wrong way. His attitude was very unbecoming and I will no longer waste my time going to Devious! They are apparently are “Under New Management” sometimes that can be a good thing, but NOT with this place!!

If you love to ride in the dirt and the sand this is the place where you need to come buy your next toy they sell arctic cat and polaris mostly known for doing high-end performance and aftermarket parts and sell new side by side and 4 wheeler and also use motorcycle,4 wheeler,and side by sides

I took my ATV into Devious Powersports July11 for a full service and to check a noise in the running gear. Told them I use the machine every day and hoped it could be done quickly. After calling multiple times, I finally got to pick it up September 5, 2017. 3 days after picking it up I had to add oil, and the noise is STILL THERE.

I bought a couple special order parts back in May of 2018 and didnt get a single call until January of 2019 being that it’s has been over half a year didn’t need them anymore. So finally I go to get my refund and the owner Jason refuses to refund me cash and charges me a 20% restocking fee for the parts and blames me for not comming to get the parts. That I had to pay for before they would order. He states there is a no refund policy and that if I don’t want to pay the 20% restock fee i can take my parts and leave... this is comming directly from the owner Jason’s mouth.

The guys seen knowledgeable, but yet thier shop is incompetent. Do not trust these guys with you bike, youll just be disappointed in the end

These guys are bringing the UTV segment to the next level. Being a So Cal guy i see pimped out Razrs and sand toys all over my area. To see what these are doing up here in Oregon is awesome, they are building as nce of vehicles as anyone and they are really sharp on getting the power out of those engines. Nice work Adam and crew.

Bought an XP Turbo and a bunch of parts. Wish I had gone to Florence. Took forever to get my parts, and the sand tires were mounted on rims that did not fit my machine. Paid cash for a $20k car, and have still not received an MCO over 7 months later so I will surly have to pay extra for a title when it is time to sell. 2nd trip out I broke an axle and was told it would be replaced under factory warranty no problem. I sent photos and brought the broken axle to devious so they could start the claim with Polaris. 5 months later and a dozen phone calls and no one knows anything about my claim, and now I am out a broken axle to send to Polaris, and my warranty has expired. I am sick of dealing with their BS. They say they will call you right back and never do. Don’t do business with this place, they need to get it together.
