Everyone was sooo nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had been to several places prior and was very frustrated that I was not being listened to. The sales rep listened to my needs and steered me directly to my mattress. Delivery date and time was scheduled and delivery guys were most accommodating especially since I was in the middle of a move. I would recommend mattress firm and in fact already have. We had a fantastic experience buying a bed and it was primarily due to our salesman, Trey! He had us try multiple styles and was super knowledgeable about all the different options. Very understanding and we didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever. Ended up with a very nice hybrid bed with adjustable base at a price point we were all very happy with!

Robert was great and knew about product knowledge. But, my delivery window was between 11-1:00. I wasn’t at home. But, Ring doorbell alerted me of someone at my door at 9:30. I didn’t get a notification that they were going to be delivering my mattress earlier than I was planning. Thankfully I was able to get my neighbor to let them into my home. (And I watched them from my Ring camera of them bringing in the new mattress and taking out the old.) Five minutes and they were done.I was just disappointed with not being alerted. I give that one star.

Purchased a dog of a mattress, spent a LOT of money to get it delivered. Then when we wanted to return it, spent an incredible amount of money to get rid of it. I would have exchanged short of that part but it was no longer worth the hassle.

We desperately needed a new mattress, and were way overdue for a new one. We went to the nearby Mattress Firm, to check if there were any Black Friday deals or promotions. Our salesperson, Terence Huber, was very helpful, and we purchased a hybrid mattress with an adjustable head base. With Black Friday deals, the base was no additional cost. The new mattress and base were delivered and set up 2 days later. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. She went above and beyond my expectations. Might as well just head over here and don’t waste your time at any other stores or locations. We got real deep, and now we’re friends. ;)

To sum up at the start - this was a much better buying experience than we expected going in. We worked with David to find a good mattress to replace our old Queen. They have a good, professional setup and method of business here and it was a lot nicer than the last time I went shopping for a bed at a private store. The manager was also very professional, both were friendly. They have some sweet deals going on for regular purchases. We chose a used floor model to get a sweet deal for the best bed we found however the floor models don’t get the deals the regular sales do. That said David found a coupon for us and we were able to get a deal on the adjustable base we liked.

We found Mattress Firm right across from Cabelas in the Tualatin shopping center where weve gone to Home Goods, New Seasons & Pieology. Daren made our mattress shopping easy. We told him the kind of mattress we have, what we wanted, and he geared us towards our pay range. The only thing that took a while was the finance dept due to their glitch on the phone line. Other than that, it was an easy experience.

Going there was an adventure in itself, the grand kids and wife had a blast try in one mattress after another after another a little ones did some bouncing which was okayed by the sales people that were there they thought it was fun. Also found several nice chairs to Relax Inn.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever bought a mattress and been mattress shopping. We were both a little nervous going in because we didnt know what to expect. Rosalind was our sales gal and she was great. She was very informative, friendly and fun to work with. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. We tested some mattress but werent ready to buy one that day, as my husband put it, we needed to sleep on it :). We didnt feel ANY pressure from Rosalind at all when we told her wanted to think about it.
