Not great. We ordered a smoothie, a bowl and some toast; altogether the total was almost $30, and it definitely wasnt worth that. The staff were friendly, but they also took 30 minutes to prepare and then forget about our small to-go order; we had to remind them about it before they remembered to finish the order and handed it off to us. Quality-wise the smoothies and food are probably a little better than the average chain place, but definitely not worth the cost or the wait. I wont be going back, and would not recommend them.
I visited twice while I was in town. My first visit was on, fast service and I enjoyed my smoothie bowl. However, they were out of somethings that I wanted to order for lunch. The second time they were only accepting cash and I only had cards. I will definitely visit again when I return.
Willing to deal with bad service for excellent product. They never fail to disappoint me in their lack of customer service. Blown away at how the owner after so many personal complaints has done nothing about it. The staff looks miserable, never answers phones, never asks if you have a phone number for rewards and makes you feel like your a burden for ordering from them.

I come here constantly, at least once a week. The product is phenomenal. That is where it stops. It is such a shame to have a premium product, and an absolutely abhorrent service. Hand written signs with words spelled incorrectly, to their ONLY blender breaking for several days during the hottest weather in Oregons history, being closed on a hot Sunday due to staffing issues, voicemail box being full, if the phone even works, to a staff that doesnt even care to ask if you have a phone number with the company for points. This store clearly doesnt care about sales, their employees, or their customers.There is another company similar to this on Lake Oswego that will be getting my business from now on, I suggest anyone that reads this to do the same.
I’ve only ever gotten delivery from here, but they’re nicely packaged and well sized. It’s a great location for brunch. The açaí bowls have a lot of toppings that some other juice bars don’t have, so it’s nice to have a place with some variety.Overall, though the pricing is high (no different then any other similar restaurant), I enjoyed my Detox Bowl a lot.
Just came back from Bali and have been searching for a place that can replicate the smoothie bowl that were so amazing there. This place had promise, but unfortunately fell short. For one, they are very expensive and ($13 for a bowl) and smallish portions. Also I would have to agree with the other reviews, in that they are incredibly slow. THere were only a couple other people in the restaurant on a Saturday around 11am, but it still took them 30 minutes for simple order. The panini was very small and sad. I also got a shot of juice but it came out in a plastic ramican. Hopefully you have better luck.
Everything on the menu looks delicious, so far have really enjoyed the fresh juice and the immunity bowl. Theres also a nice loyalty program in place.
We showed up a little late, and not to get all “up in karen” but, kind of infuriating when we sit there for 10 min just to get told they are closed. Other than that, their bowls are great and the fruit is always fresh!

Had a bummer of an experience. Only a couple customers, but food took a long time. The cashier ‘Zoey’ (name on receipt) was very short with us and unfriendly; placed our bag on the counter, mumbled it was ours and then hauled to the back so fast we didn’t even have time to ask if there was silverware. She definitely seemed more interested in chatting with a coworker in the back than serving customers. I had also asked for no flax because I’m pregnant, she had repeated no flax, and it was COVERED in it. Had to scrape off the entire granola topping. Won’t be returning to this establishment.
They are closed. I was there at 8:25am, Google says it opens at 8am the door says it’s open at 7am. I arrived after both of those times and it was closed.

Not satisfied. Payed almost 20$ for a bowl with 2.25$ in additional toppings and almost 3$ tip. I did not get my additional toppings and no one was available to correct my order.Minus 1 star, item received was not as ordered.Minus 1 star, tipped at register before receiving my items.Minus 1 star after I had an issue with my item there was no staff available to correct the issue, there is no bell and no function to get an employee to the counter.Why ask for a tip at purchase, if you aren’t even providing basic services. No one was available to discuss the issue. They had three employees at least in the back, and no one attending the store or register. After I got the “dragon bowl” without my additions, I, I verified that this was simply a dragon bowl(as described on the menu, without my $2.25 additions.Plus one star, Friend went in and got a refund. (I didn’t even eat one bite because I was so upset by the rudeness of the food delivery, and the inferior quality of service. I lost my appetite completely.) Other reviews suggest the food quality is good, and the food is worth the price. My friend enjoyed their meal and said they were fine with the tip that was provided. I guess I’m just a triggered millennial. Take this review for what it is. Honest. I was disgusted without even eating. The person who took our order seemed fine, I wasn’t upset till they called my name for the order.
I was in this morning after the power was out at my work, I asked the lady if I would stay there and work for a couple hours and she said yes If there was 10 starts I would definitely rate this place a 10! She offered me water . She lowered the music for me and just made me feel if I was home ! The food was great and everything she suggested was amazing ! This was my first time being here but you definitely earned yourself a new customer.
I have been here twice and have enjoyed everything I have tasted. I recommend the Nutty Bowl, the eggini and the waffle. As a non-waffle person, I was impressed with the lightness of the waffle! Topped with strawberries and a little bit to of real maple syrup, it was scrumptious. The eggini was delicious with the pesto and the paninis are crispy, not greasy. The Nutty Bowl is hearty, not too sweet and has the perfect crunch from the granola and almonds. It is my go-to bowl. Nice to have a healthy option close by! Cozy inside with a fireplace and lots of places to sit. Kids section in the corner with toys. My son asks to go here all the time. Located in Tualatin near New Seasons and Michaels.
I picked up an açaí bowl to go and it was great. There was a bit of a wait due to the lovely employees building my bowl from scratch. Great value and size for the price and all the fruit was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Food tasted bad. Got the kale salad. Only had 3 slices of cucumber. Got a smoothie. Tasted like cardboard. Very disappointing.
DO NOT order in-store. They clearly prioritize online orders. We waited for over 45 minutes for a smoothie and a bowl, and the store was practically empty. When we went up to ask about it, they said they didnt even see an order in. What if I had thrown out my receipt? It is also quite pricey for what you get. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars for taste.
Called 20 minutes before closing (twice)..showed up, got turned away because it was 5 minutes from closing when I got there. He said he is only doing to-go orders, but yeeeet, I tried to make one.
Good smoothies/bowls, food is average. Their phone has been broken for months, order online instead.

I got an Açaí bowl topped with strawberries and bananas through Uber eats. The toppings were really tasty, and I think it would have been a good bowl but it really tasted like overripe banana. I don’t usually write negative reviews but I would just really like someone to see this and perhaps consider using fresher bananas in the future. I‘d love that!

This is a great place to head to. Especially after a workout at the LA Fitness right next to it. Great portion sizes. It’ll make you feel like you’re eating too healthy...
45 minutes to make a single wrap? Are they handpicking the ingredients or something? Parking lot was empty at 9 in the morning, no idea why it would take so long.
Great option for a healthy meal fruit bowl or a fresh squeezed juice. Kindof hard to spot even though it is right off the main road in Tualatin. Easy to find after the few couple of trips there. Overall a very yummy and healthy place to go for food!
I became instantly addicted once I discovered this place! The vitality bowl is my favorite! Sometimes you gotta just go with the basics, but this is more than that! It really gets me going and motivated before a long work day ahead of me. Just the taste of freshness is outstanding! The staff is friendly and peppy every time I go. Its modern but kid friendly too. Lots of variety.. not just bowls!

I have been here multiple times and so far the Superfood Bowl is my favorite! So many great ingredients and crunchy cocoa nibs on top. I love the wide variety on the menu and could eat here everyday!
Extremely slow costumer service. They made our bowls and let them melt while waiting for them. I even tipped which I wish I could take back. They wont answer the phone and while I was inside I saw them hang up the phone while people were calling. Very disappointed. Paid $30 for 2 melted bowls.
Used to one fine but last few weeks it’s taking about 15 United to prepare 1 smoothie and they are not that busy. Won’t be going here again until they can get there times down for customers waiting.

I want to like this place but its inconsistent. The customer service is just OK, no one is rude but not exactly friendly either.Main issue is that when I pay to get protein added I would like it to be added :/ its a 30 minute round trip to this place from mine and by the time I get home to find out my bowl hasnt been made properly its too much of a time suck etc to do anything about it. The bowls are inconsistent in my experience.
Why did I wait so long to try this place? I am vegetarian and love a good açaí bowl, I have tried a few places in portland that are usually more expensive and I had seen vitality bowls and honestly thought it would be just the same. I called, a friendly lady answered right away, I asked about a couple of choices in the menu and she gave me suggestions, I placed my order and 10-15 mins later I was at their door picking up my bowl of delicious goodness. With just the right amount of granola, honey, a good quantity of strawberries and bananas. It was GOOOOD, Can I please have another bowl like NOW?!

Been going here for years now and the staff seems to get worse the longer they’re open. I miss the original girls that would take their time with you and educate you on all the ingredients. Now they all want to take your order and go. Quality of food isn’t the same it was even a couple months ago and who’s to tell it won’t be getting worse. Owner should be glad they have regulars or else they wouldn’t be in business anymore. Yesterday I went in and it was the worst customer service I’ve received at a restaurant ever. I officially won’t be coming back in. Plus with all the chaos of everybody being extra clean and careful now, you would think they would do just that... but it looks like they don’t even wash their hands. Used to put up with it because I loved the food but now even Jamba Juice will do.
Basic and cheap ingredients used, but what do you expect *shrug. Overpriced and didn’t even get my order right, also waited a long time to get the order. Will not be returning.

Got the vitality bowl. The smoothie portion of it is a little sweeter and less tart than other açaí bowls I’ve had which led to an over all sweeter taste. Very pricey but they do give you a larger portion and don’t offer “smalls”
Turkey taste like fish which means it’s old meat! Service is extremely poor.

Super Berry Bowl is delicious!! Thats why Im giving the bowl five stars.I do have a concern about the janitorial portion though. The floors in lobby havent been cleaned for awhile. Also the temperature in lobby is chilly. Customer service portion of it wasnt exactly welcoming.Dont mind paying the price if quality, portion, cleanness and customer service is there.Thanks
Your food is incredible, even for the price we love it! However, time and again we have the worst customer interactions. Its not that your employees are rude, they just dont seem to care about their customer service much (besides maybe how well they prepare their dishes, which are again quite good).Most recently, today 2/19/2020 at around 4:40 we came in to an empty store and ordered two immunity smoothies. Roughly 30 minutes later we asked how much longer the wait would be (and where referred to another employee who actually asked if we had even placed an order) it turns out the employee who had made the smoothies had put them directly into the pickup freezer. There was 0 communication between these two employees, as we sat in there waiting with no follow up or other patrons in the lobby.I hate leaving bad reviews, but I wont be returning as these things always happen, Im not sure if we are just unlucky but its almost every other time there is something wrong with customer service . I will miss your food but cant get myself to deal with the same stuff over and over again when I just want some healthy food if Im sick or tired.

Food is great, but I waited over 55 minutes for one bowl!! Absolutely ridiculous. When I placed my order he said “20 minute wait” it was well over 20 minutes, just unacceptable.Edit: the owner did give me a reward for a free bowl the wait. I did change my review for good customer service.

Delicious and fresh!! Love the foods and juices. Acai bowls are really good but they could use more granola (personal choice). It is very expensive comparatively. I get that its organic but you definitely pay for it!

While visiting Portland I ate here several times. I had heard from friends who had eaten at a Vitality Bowl in another state how good the bowls and other food was and that there is no added sugar only the sugar that is naturally in fruits and vegetables. I was not disappointed. I tried a panini, a salad and then several bowls and all were delicious especially the bowls. I am trying to eat healthy food and both my husband and I felt good after eating there. The restaurant is cute and cozy especially with the fire place. I highly recommend Vitality Bowls and wish there was one where I live
The atmosphere was nice but the cashier wasn’t very inviting, I felt it was over priced for what was served & took almost 30 minuets to get 1 smoothie (okay, but bland) & Avacado toast (was sour & flavorless). I had high hopes when we came in but was sadly disappointed.
This place might be considered a little pricey by some but you pay for quality! Everything is so fresh and healthy. Refreshing summer snack. Give it a try!
Love the acai bowls and fresh juice! And so many more! The fresh juice called the The DetoxifierLemon, Raw Ginger, Cucumber, Coconut Water really helps with inflammation and swelling. It is also super yummy!The owner Woman Owned Business is friendly and goes out of her way to acknowledge your visits!

The food is delicious. I love the bowls especially the dragon bowl and the vitality bowl. My kids loved be the kids bowl. The salads and paninis are yummy too. They even have lemon ginger shots. The space is inviting with a fireplace and comfy chairs. They even have a kids table. I could eat there everyday!!
The environment is lovely and relaxing! I love the food here too its always super filling and refreshing. I love how everything is fresh and I appreciate how kind the staff are too!

You really need a check on that every time I’m there almost all employees are friendly exept the curly haired manager !!!! She rolls her eyes and isn’t welcoming at at ! I enjoy surprises and the Vitality Bowl was definitely a surprise to my palate and my wifes. He had a Bowl and I had a Veggie Panini ( the only veggie option on the menu. The Bowl was nothing more than a smoothie in a bowl and became mushy and runny with each bite. My panini was a combination of mozzarella and some mystery lettuce of sorts. I suspect that I am speaking for others as we were the only patrons in the place. We will not return as well.

So slow. Like an hour for a medicore (made incorrectly) sandwich. Way too expensive. And the techno playing was way too loud, couldnt even hold a conversation.
We patron this place many times, the bowls are great but the wait is excruciating. It took 20 minutes to make one little kids bowl, and I even called in advance. That’s slower than Chinese takeout that has to cook me a 5 course meal.

Expensive, but worth it. And honestly, fairly comparable to acai bowl prices everywhere else. It would cost you $6-7 (if you can even find the ingredients at your grocer) and 30 minutes to make one at your house, so the pricing is understandable.

Is this place ran by high schoolers with attitude? Not a place to go on lunch break EVEN when calling ahead. The person at the front gathered the finished bowls in the back but then left them back there for 15 minutes while she helped the customers coming in. My coworker and I stared at our melting lunches through the small window until she slowly made her way to the bag and passing it off to us. We will never go back ESPECIALLY with that price!
Very disappointed, gave Vitality Bowl another try, ordered with GrubHub and it seems that the employees have no idea how to read.I paid for many added items to 2 bowls and removed 1 item due to sensitivity.Well guess what - NOPE none of that happened AT ALL it’s pretty clear on the receipt and yet nothing!!!The flavor of the açaí is very flat as well, just flat out disappointed if I could give a negative rating I would.
I was very excited to try this place but after having to wait 33 mins for 2 bowls, my husband said he will not return. I did ask one of the workers if thats usually how long it takes, she told me they have been understaff because of the increase business which is good for them, but it also turned off customers due to the long wait!

Been in a couple times now and I love the dragon bowl. Full of healthy toppings and it keeps me full, this is coming from a guy who can put down a double PBPB burger, so I know I’m getting my money’s worth when I come here. Everything here is very clean, healthy and filling. My kids love the kids panini. I’ve tried the açaí coffee and it was pretty good, a little different but still enjoyable! Always friendly staff too! Go find what bowl you like best!
