Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a good inventory of hydraulic hoses and fittings. Sometimes the wait time is a bit long to get a hose made up.

The tech. came to the counter in short order and took care of building the hose I needed quickly. He did a very good job of clocking the 90° ends, the hose went in with very little effort.Thank youDon Allen.

Great place. They had the field adjustable fittings and hydraulic hose I was looking for. saved me from ordering the incorrect parts online, plus they had some advice for my project.

The people there where very helpful. They seem a bit understaffed there was a line when we walked in. This a great hose shop with guys that know what there doing. Defiantly recommend if you need a hose made or repaired.

Everybody wants it yesterday????? This is a good company and has good product aware people at the walk in counter.. If you think its slow maybe try to call it in .. negative feedback will only slow you down and stress you out ..... Patience is and important to have... Gr8 customer service I needed to get a propane line fixed for my rv and after 2 weeks of wrong hoses being ordered for me from blue dog rv and getting no where I decided to try A1 coupling and. In about 30 minutes or so I got a new hose 20 dollars cheaper thanx A1 I will recommend you to everyone😀

Stopped in with a pressure washer hose that I had damaged. Fixed it while I waited. They were busy but took the time to finish my job an get me out the door very quickly and cheaply. Thanks!

Friendly people but very unorganized and extremely expensive. Had to go back 4 times to get what should have been a simple purchase. They charged me over $500 just to add 4 ft of 1/2 inch hydraulic hose and a female coupler to four lines I brought in. Took them 3 separate charges just to get the billing right. Everyone in line I encountered was also exasperated by the level of chaos at this place. I dont know how they are still in business. They wont see me again.

The Helpful staff at the counter helped me build a hydraulic system I had written on paper with no problem even took the time to take me into the warehouse so that I could view the parts there were being assembled I would definitely recommend this place.

Knowledgeable staff, but youll be lucky to get one to help. Incredibly poor service. There is always a line and when you finally do get to the counter instead of finishing your sale they will take a phone call and disappear.

I worked there for a week and it was a disaster. They refused to turn on any heat in the warehouse where it was 34 to 36 degrees and the lighting was so dim that employees brought in there own flashlights to be able to pull the orders that came in!

Worst customer service. They have people working in the back yet no one can help you get what you need. In fact I am sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting. If you come here pack a lunch you will be waiting.
