We had a great experience here! The lady that cut our fabric was awesome! I cant remember her name. She was very nice, very courteous,and informative! We discussed homeschooling which was awesome! We will definitely go back there!

Woww !!! I walked in for the 1st time and this young gentleman directed me to what I needed for my daughter school project then I got to the register where the young girl Keyanna checked me out and answered very politely to my answers about their return policy and as I was complaining about how expensive my items were she asked me for my email address and phone number that she registered into their rewards points and I was offered 20% off my purchase. Big thank you to the store and both associates.

I had a creepy experience today at this Michaels. I walked in and was greeted by two sales persons, one older man (55+) and one middle aged woman. I happened to be wearing a crop top and jeans (not that it matters but it apparently it did). I walked to the aisle closest to the entrance and overheard the male sales person make a loud comment on my appearance as if he wanted me to hear it. He said, “I think it’s so inappropriate for a woman to walk into a store with her n*pples hanging all out. Why can women do that?” It took me back because 1. Why does my appearance as a customer matter to you? 2. Atleast wait until I walk away or you go the break room to talk rudely about a customer. I was offended, uncomfortable, and disgusted that this man would comment on my appearance esp when I’m standing nearly 10 feet away. I’m an adult woman; I can wear whatever I want. Other than him, all sales associates were very kind and helpful.

They had exactly what I needed up front, and I still entered the browsing time warp happily. Peaceful and easy even with a usually very impatient preteen.

Pretty good experience I love the fact that I can use the coupons.

I actually like Michael’s store however I always have issues when it comes to the tucker location. I’ve places several pick up orders and they’re never ready on time. No one ever has an explanation as to what is going on or why the order wasn’t fulfilled. They always put it off on someone else and take zero accountability. I’d be better off just purchasing the item in store vs doing order pickup, which I thought would be more efficient. If you’re going to provide a service, see it through and make sure everyone is on the same page

Love the prices and the staff. Prices are very low and staff is unbelievably friendly and nice. Inventory is kinda low lately but still a good place to shop.

Good selection of products. Hard to go into the store and just buy whats on your list. However, the lack of help in the store aisles is usually appalling, and how things are organized is not intuitive. On the upside, the staff at the registers are friendly and helpful with making sure you get discounts from the daily coupons.

The staff were useless, it seemed like nobody had any knowledge on the products I was asking them about, I might sound entitled but still with a hobby store like that at least hire people that knows some information about the products they are buying to make sure they dont get the wrong thing. The place is well cleaned and it was easy for me to find the stuff I needed. Other than that there was little to no help or availability from the workers. So I rate it 3/5 stars

Michaels is on the high end of a craft store. You can go to other stores like Tuesday Morning, Hobby Lobby, the dollar store, Etc and find most things in those places for a cheaper price than you can find at Michaels. However, Michaels had a 40% off coupon that you can use to get a lot of things almost half price. Went in there for the first time in months the other day and realized that they no longer offered the 40% off coupon. They have now reduced it to a 20% off coupon. That was my only incentive for going to Michaels. Now that they are no longer offering the 40% off coupon I wont be going back anytime soon. You can find the things in their store somewhere else for a cheaper price. The customer service is always good and you can always find just about anything in there. However, the price is always my determining factor. And again, they are on the high end and you can usually find stuff for a cheaper price somewhere else.

The line moved fast with the 2 cashiers. It was hard to find an item that I was looking for and I didnt see anyone around to help me when I had questions.

If I could give a negative review I would. I called ahead because I knew Id be arriving close to closing, came literally 4 minutes before they closed and this guy with grey hair wouldnt let me in after an associate said that they would allow me to. He literally stood there yelling through the door at me I was mortified. I usually go to hobby lobby but went here on account of what the associate said but NEVER AGAIN. THE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND TRASH PEOPLE

On Monday I went to purchase a Siser heat press machine. Prior to arrival I called to make sure it was in stock, The young lady who answered the phone confirmed. Once I was there I noticed online that it said you can make in payments. When I get to the register and asked for the machine (because there were no indication of the product on the shelf) I then waited an additional five minutes. A manager comes to help me I let him know that I wanted to pay with the affirm payment. His response was,”that he had never saw this option in his 5 to 6 years of employment” as well as the lady manager who also walked up and had no knowledge. Between the two managers I waited about 15 to 20 minutes. While waiting I went ahead and purchased online as an in-store pick up. The manager asked me 1.) why was I using this option and 2.) made a statement saying,”that he didn’t tell me to go through with the online check out picking up in the store”. I didn’t like how I was being talked to or questioned. Furthermore he states that it could have taken up to three hours to get to the store which was not mentioned prior. All in all I felt like I was almost being accused of something because these two managers weren’t aware of options that the company offers to pay for products I doubt that I will go back to this particular Michael’s.

Maybe it was because I went the day after New Years Day, but it looked like the store was going out of business. A majority of the shelves were barren, and that isnt counting the picked clean, mid-transition seasonal section.Good luck, Michaels.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff

The customer service was non-existent. The store had limited stock as it pertained to the items I was looking for. Finally, the prices were pretty high for items that could be found on Amazon

Michaels did not update their website to mention delays in curbside or same-day delivery orders, so my Friday morning curbside order was not ready by the 6 p.m. pickup cutoff time. I call Saturday morning (11 a.m.) and am told my order should be processed that afternoon because they pick 5-6 orders an hour. I was told I could call back later to receive an update. I call again in the 5 oclock hour (to give them more time), and the female employee on the phone (who is clearly also running checkout line) refuses to look up my order as the previous employee had done. She states that no one was processing orders after 12 and that I never should have been told it would be ready. She tells me that I will have to come pick my order myself if I want it today because there are only 2 people working the whole store. I believe this is an example of poor customer service because the employee from this morning could have told me about coming in myself. As someone whose been social distancing since March, I always opt for delivery or quick pickup. The employee from this afternoon told me the store had been open for a month in a very condescending tone, as if it were stupid of me to even try an online order. For the record, this is not the only bad experience Ive ever had here. Ive overheard store management berating employees in front of other customers, as well as experienced bad attitudes at the checkout line. This situation is just bad enough for me to actually make a post.

This crew has done an amazing job with this store. Clean and well stocked. It is a bit short staffed but the people work really hard to make it a good experience.

Good selection

This store has good merchandise. This location seems smaller and does not carry as wide of a variety of supplies compared to other Michaels that I have shopped. Regardless of the size, still a great place to buy all sorts of crafting items. The employees here were very helpful to me when I needed assistance. Go online to their website before checkout and they have great discounts for purchasing items every time you go to the store.

Hard to get help while shopping because theres never anyone around to assist or ask questions. They also need a bigger selection of yarn

The worst customer service experience at a Michaels in my life! They didnt have help on the floor,and they didnt have any of my items. It did not have its festive friendly environment that I have grown to expect. My cashier didnt even smile 😩.

There were not enough people working to do all that was required. Only two people were there to answer the phones, fill online/mobile orders, and work the front. The line was long and the wait even longer. The staff was very polite and accommodating. They were doing their best with what they had.

I went in to get something framed. Not only did Al have the patience of Job, he knew this was a personal item I would cherish for a life time. Not once did he insert the this would look better line but allowed me to take my time and make the decision. Thanks Al, for the great customer service!

Horrible experience. I bought several picture frames online. The shipment came with the glass frames wrapped in paper (no bubble wrap) so no brainer that one of the glass cracked in one of the frames. I went in person to the store to return. Big mistake. All the cashiers were wearing masks but the store manager, yes, the store manager had her mask removed and was using it as a chin guard! Horrible experience all around. Ill stick to Amazon and not try and save a few bucks next time.

Normally this is my go to store for all things crafty, but lately it has not been what I expect. Shelves empty, and a couple of rude associates. Will be going to the one in Snellville from now on.

Nice large store with everything you need for arts and crafts and framing and decorating. Excellent for gifts as well. Wide shopping aisleways with plenty of stock in the store. Usually plenty of staff for help and questions. Large parking lot with easy in and out. Quick checkouts even when they are busy.

I repaired a broken picture frame & found just what I needed for some other projects. It was much faster and easier than I expected.

There was no assistance. I wasnt satisfied with my cashier. Maybe she was having a bad day. I couldnt find any one on the floor to help me locate the tools I needed to complete my projects. I think Ill stick with Fayetteville Michaels. They have a larger selection and I can always count on assistance if I cant locate what I need. Plus Fayetteville has much more clearance items, which ultimately lures me to spend more money than I intend. So in that regard I did save a bunch of money. Thats a positive.

Only one register open with 20+ people in line

Had custom framing, assisted by Al. Awesome service and assisted us in picking great frames and matting. Would love to get other pics done, working with Al- very knowledgeable!

The selections were great but when trying to check out the was only one cashier and at least 10 people ahead of me waiting while she tried to handle a return that she ok under of been handled elsewhere. Come to find out she was sent to the front by customer service worker.

This is my favorite Michaels in Atlanta. Not only is it close to the best Tuesday Morning in Atlanta it is the cleanest and best organized. The staff here is friendly and well informed. Generally this location is quite and nice to shop. Ive gone to this one for their wide bead selection for years and always look out for a coupon in my email and always find something to make for fun!

Do not go to Michele at noonish on a Thursday. There is no one to help you and after waiting in line for 28 minutes to get my 5 items, the line behind me was over a dozen people with no help in sight. The poor clerk! She was doing her best.....the other employee was on break or lunch and I think some of the remaining people will have to wait longer than me. This may be a good place to seek employment.....as no one seemed to be in the store that worked there!

Came to make a purchase last night October 7th,2020 & the white lady at the register was very nasty to me. I watched how she treated the white customers in front of me & she was so polite & had so much patience with them, even asked them if the were apart of the rewards program & even typed their number in for them. When I came up she didn’t speak or even look at me, after she finished ringing my items I told her I was a rewards member & she said very rudely “you can type it in” I typed the number in paid for my items & waited for my receipt. She handed it to me & rolled her eyes. I’ve never had this type of treatment at this particular location (which I frequent a lot). I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she was the only one on the registers if that helps. Please train your employees to treat all customers equally regardless of color, especially in these times. I feel so bad for all you people who discriminate against people just because of the color of their skin. We all bleed the same color in the end.

Great customer service and standard Michaels stocked things. Location seems to be understaffed as many workers were running around doing multiple things at once, and there seemed to be a build up of stock boxes in the back corner near the yarn, making the knitting section difficult to navigate.Also building was leaking so clearly this Michaels location doesnt get as much love from corporate as others.

Michaels is a feel-good store. If you are jewelry maker they have all sorts extreme crystals or glass. If you are a party planner you can get just about everything you need there. Its a great place if you are a Crafter.

Been a patron of this particular store for a long time. Nice staff, sometimes they have products that I cannot find at Hobby Lobby. I do favor their buy online & pick up in store option over other craft places. My one complaint is that they seem to have little to none of inventory on a lot of shelf items in various parts of the store. But maybe its just my luck lol.
